08/09/2025: I went to this restaurant and wine bar for a wine tasting, and everything was perfect and lived up to expectations. The wines offered are produced in their own cellar and are all excellent. The location offers a spectacular view and a breathtaking sunset. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and knows how to offer excellent advice. I'll be back!

07/09/2025: Excellent experience with a sunset aperitif among the olive trees and subsequent dinner at the restaurant. Beautiful location, delicious, refined food, and friendly staff.

16/01/2026: I decided to have lunch here at the last minute on a Friday after being unable to find a table several times over the weekend. The reason is very clear. You enter a place that feels like a 70s/80s time capsule and is welcoming. The service is friendly but not intrusive, attentive and fast. The food is excellent. The cod is creamed just right, the roast pigeon is incredibly tender, the cardoons are excellent, the fried custard cubes just like my grandmother used to make, all in generous portions. Even my mother, who is a great cook and therefore difficult to please, had a wonderful time.

05/01/2026: Simply perfect stay! The room was simple but spotlessly clean and had everything you needed. The staff was very friendly and available for any need. The breakfast buffet was generous and with excellent products. The restaurant was also excellent (we tried it on another occasion). The spa for a relaxing day was much appreciated. The hotel's location is very central; ideal for visiting a village that is enchanting, even on winter days.

01/02/2026: In the heart of Brisighella, a charming and very well-kept restaurant. They sat us at the most comfortable table for our bulky furry friends. The food was excellent, with unusual pairings, a nice selection of wines, and the desserts were truly excellent, truly delicious!

19/01/2026: My partner and I were there for dinner on Saturday, what can I say, we had confirmation of what a great place it is, we dined on the upper floor where the view of the cave makes the idea even better, the staff are extremely professional, the food is delicious, and the quality/price ratio is excellent, you absolutely have to try it.

06/01/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant, chosen by chance while strolling through the village. It's a unique place, dedicated to witches, and the owner is a charming host who explains its history. The food was good and high-quality; we loved and devoured their homemade focaccia with seeds, as well as their appetizers and pasta. At the end, the owner gave us a tarot card tied to our birthday. A truly delightful and curious day in Brisighella!

01/12/2025: In the countryside, five minutes from the center of Faenza, the cuisine is excellent in its preparation, ingredients, and portions. They insist on not making the classic piadina romagnola, a must-have at Romagna's agritourism establishments. The location is enchantingly surrounded by hills, with a vast lawn gently sloping towards the orchard. There's a large pool and spacious surrounding area with shaded areas for privacy. The best location in the Faenza area and its province.

27/12/2025: A stroll through Brisighella, where we meet for lunch. We chose this restaurant by chance and were so glad we did! The place is welcoming, with original decor and attention to detail. The food is excellent, with meticulous attention to detail. The young woman who served us was incredibly kind. We highly recommend Framboise and will be back to try other dishes.

03/01/2026: We had a great experience about 10 days ago, and we're going back today. I ordered pan-fried wild vegetables and cappelletti with truffle, both excellent. My husband had mixed crostini and gratinated vegetables...he was also very satisfied. The olive oil they produce is excellent...as I wrote at the beginning, I've been back and am updating my review now after seeing the place better. Inside, it was a bit chilly; we were in the largest room. If I could give one piece of advice, I'd light the fireplace; it's quite atmospheric. The lady serving is welcoming, and the place has a rustic, informal trattoria feel, which I like. Today we tried mixed mushroom crostini, which were delicious, and ricotta tart with truffle, delicious!!! Then we had two orzotti with sausage and porcini mushrooms...excellent. Thanks to the restaurant owners.

02/01/2026: Unfortunately, it didn't go well. We ordered two plates of cappelletti with ragù and received two plates of cappelletti with truffle. I even accepted the exchange, but my wife, who doesn't like truffle, asked for the ones with ragù. However, both her first and second courses were so overcooked and mushy that they had lost their mince. I'd say that in Romagna, they're unpresentable. Also, they're a bit sparse and a bit overpriced.

28/10/2025: Highly recommended bruschetteria/restaurant. Simplicity and authenticity of flavors, served with kindness and friendliness by the owners. Delicious ragù.

09/10/2025: On the main street, where the ancient and renowned Via degli Asini (Donkey Street) of Brisighella, one of the first villages listed as one of the most beautiful in Italy, begins, lies what appears to be a simple bar: Bar Bruschetteria Torre. Surprise! There, you can enjoy the most amazing bruschetta you've ever eaten! A large, well-finished bruschetta with a variety of ingredients, including cured meats, cheeses, herbs, salad, and other vegetables, all drizzled with the historic Brisighello olive oil, is worth a full lunch. The excellent bread, the carefully selected mix of ingredients, and the excellent olive oil make it a true harmony of flavors. They also offer other very good dishes, including first courses, and it's also an excellent bar, of course. Inside, the space includes a few tables where you can eat, but if the weather permits, the best option is to eat outside where there are several tables set out surrounded by some plants, right under the Via degli Asini and with a view at the end of the street to the horizon of the hill of the Church of Monticino, one of the three hills that characterize the village (Clock Tower, Medieval Fortress, all three can be visited).

23/11/2025: We just found this place by chance and it ticked all the boxes - delicious traditional food, an impressive wine list with lots of local favourite bottles, good carafe wine and olive oil, friendly service and a relaxed farmhouse atmosphere. Looking forward to returning to try more!

04/09/2025: It's located in a quiet countryside spot near Sarna, a few kilometers from Faenza and Brisighella. Besides the rooms, which I haven't seen, it offers excellent food. We were there for lunch on Ferragosto (August 15th) and had a delicious meal.

The service was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and happy to offer recommendations. The menu features great local dishes, all well prepared and full of authentic flavour. It’s the kind of place where you can relax, enjoy the setting, and savour the food at a comfortable pace. I’d definitely recommend making a reservation, as the restaurant is popular and fills up quickly.

16/01/2026: We went for Christmas lunch, and went back last Sunday. The food was top-notch. We received some cappelletti that arrived cold. We reported it, and in three seconds they made a Sperlunga of the same ones. The owner is very kind.
