15/08/2024: went for the first time.....nice place..perhaps you can enjoy the atmosphere of the hills better in the evening for dinner... Anyway, we ate very well, there were 4 of us, we had both meat and fish, all excellent....

05/08/2024: Dinner as a couple, all very good! terrace overlooking the hills and a nice breeze, good cuisine, very interesting dishes, I was also struck by the entree offering of hot bread with a taste of Brisighella oil, a splendid idea to enhance the territory! And the final cuddle always offered and well thought out. Congratulations to all the Staff!

13/08/2024: Excellent structure in a beautiful village not to be missed. Recently renovated functional and comfortable rooms. Impeccable service and great courtesy. A terrace overlooking the entire area available for small events but also usable by guests, even if just for a few nice panoramic shots. An absolute must-try is the restaurant that explores local culinary traditions, enriching them with the imagination of a truly good chef.

26/08/2024: Beautiful, well-kept and clean farmhouse. Large, beautiful and clean swimming pool, also good spaces dedicated to umbrellas. Small rooms with rustic but functional furnishings. Restaurant offers various meat-based dishes, well made with good quality raw materials. It should be noted that there are several gluten free dishes on the menu.

31/07/2024: If six stars existed then it would be the only structure to truly deserve them in every way, because until now I had never tried the experience of a starred cuisine and you can see the difference and how! The attention and creativity in the combinations and contrasts of acidity that always balanced all the courses. A journey full of surprises that is worth experiencing. We chose the Gourmé Carne route. Congratulations!👏👏

05/08/2024: The hostess made sure that we felt welcomed and she took her time to explain the Italian menu to us. The food itself was very delicious and it felt like we had found a hidden gem in Brisighella. Make sure to get a reservation beforehand because it will be booked out quickly!

28/07/2024: Aldilà della problematica serale dovuta al guasto della piastra e di conseguenza con un menù limitato, mi ha dato fastidio il non buon senso della titolare Elena in quanto il vino non era frizzante come richiesto, ma fermo dovuto all’apertura bottiglia avvenuta il giorno prima e pertanto imbevibile, crostone pane duro, tagliata tutte vene! Serata storta ovviamente da parte loro, ma troppo caro per le pietose pietanze e mi aspettavo uno sconto visto oltre il disagio e pure il vino pessimo. Non consiglio

03/08/2024: Greeted by a histrionic host we enjoyed delicious, well-presented food. I really appreciated the Faenza ceramic charger which should be a rule. A special applause to the girl serving the tables, because she offered a bottle of superior Sangiovese to two foreign tourists who had asked for a bottle of Amarone!

01/06/2024: Frazione di Brisighella, dolci colline e vini inebrianti. Tutto ti aspetti meno che ritrovarti in una trattoria con prezzi da ristorante e porzioni da Nouvelle cuisine. Tagliere con 6 fette di salame , 4 di crudo, 4 pezzi maltagliati di formaggio, tre olive ( non la dolce di Brisighella ma quelle da aperitivo) un po' di fagioli con l'olio: 20 euro, 8 pezzi di fungo porcino fritto: 9 euro, 8 ( giuro) pezzetti di crema fritta: 6 euro, un micro tortino di marroni: 6 euro, mezzo di Sangiovese indefinito preso da un pintone anonimo 6 euro, acqua e coperto: 53 euro. Location inesistente e non curata. Penso di non aver mai vissuto una delusione simile in una trattoria romagnola.

27/08/2024: Pleasant place, good menu but Unfortunately many restaurateurs, when they grill meat, cut the sausage in half, the sausage is good when it is left whole, cooking in its own right, however they will have their reasons. The tortelloni with meat sauce were good. I can't say anything else because I haven't tasted it

06/07/2024: Everything was just right for us here! A great atmosphere, great service and incredibly delicious food! Finally a large selection of delicious and unusual vegetarian dishes. One better than the other! We ate three different pasta dishes and once the tuna in a sesame coating. For us a 10/10.

10/08/2024: What can I say: we had a good time and ate even better! The platter with excellent quality cold cuts and cheeses (and plenty of it, which never hurts!), the surprise of the fried cappelletti with pink pepper and lime, the tagliolini with courgettes and Romagna sausage, beautifully juicy and rough as I like them, all accompanied with a good white wine recommended by the service staff. At our table, we also really liked the desserts. They collaborate with a ceramic company from Faenza, the dishes are served on "artistic" plates. Cappelletti with pink pepper truly beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of "vegetarian" dishes, it's something to take into consideration in my opinion. We had some communication problems with the orders, but everything was resolved quickly and professionally by the staff! Splendid location, as you can see by searching for the restaurant on the internet: dinner and aperitif are enjoyed while looking at the vineyards with the sun setting. Once dark, the atmosphere is created by the lights they have placed on trees and branches around the restaurant. TOP location! The prices, in my opinion, given the service and the quality of the food, are normal. I will definitely go back, I absolutely have to try the meat second courses that I saw being served at other tables: they were inviting to look at! Thank you for the experience, we had to celebrate an important event and everything went well.
