02/02/2025: Che bello trovare un Ristorante con la R maiuscola a Brisighella di cui se ne sente parlare bene anche fuori. Menu ben pensato curato preparato e presentato. In sala meglio i giovani

30/01/2025: Domenica sera siamo finalmente riusciti a tornare alla Cavallina. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il cibo ma anche il servizio della cameriera,sempre attenta ma mai invadente. Il mio crudo di ricciola e i paccheri con la gallinella erano squisiti. L'antipasto di fegatini di mio marito era veramente buono così come il secondo di pesce. Sempre graditi sia l'olio di Brisighella da mangiare col pane sia i dolcetti offerti col caffè. Conto più che onesto.

23/02/2025: Siamo rimasti colpiti dalla qualità del cibo ottimo . torneremo per gustare altri piatti e per la professionalità ,non scontata del personale ,attento senza essere troppo invasivo complimenti alla cucina !

06/01/2025: Siamo stati a Brisighella per una passeggiata e ci siamo fermati a mangiare a pranzo in questo ristorante. Servizio professionale e cortese, ma non pretenzioso. Ottimo il cibo, menzione speciale per il risotto alla faraona e tartufo, veramente perfetto. La cameriera ci ha consigliato un vino buonissimo. Anche i biscotti (fatti in casa!) con il passito erano deliziosi. Complimenti davvero a tutto lo staff! Torneremo di certo appena possibile!

Hospitality, professionalism, service, excellent food, very beautiful and well-kept environment, all at absolutely affordable prices in line with the market. Varied menu, many cuts of meat available and tasty first courses and starters. The wine list is excellent and very extensive.

26/02/2025: It was a beautiful experience! We ate very well and the place was very impressive! I was given dinner as a gift for my birthday by my partner and I couldn't have wished for anything better!

20/02/2025: In my opinion, the place doesn't live up to its reputation. We ate cold dishes almost impossible. An ultra-salty and overcooked black risotto, a goose breast and a piranha that were badly cooked and very tough. The desserts are good. Disproportionate price for what we ate. As far as I'm concerned, the place has been cancelled.

16/02/2025: A more than decent trattoria, various types of dishes, some dishes not easy to find in other restaurants such as liver in the network. Medium/high prices but money well spent.

15/02/2025: We were in the area for a weekend and thank goodness we found this place! We liked it so much that we came two nights in a row and were really very satisfied the food is really fantastic, the service of the staff is very efficient and the environment is very welcoming the price is honest given the quality and portions on Valentine's evening they even gave us a rose! If we're ever in the area we'll be back for sure

18/01/2025: Sono tornato oggi all'Hosteria Guercinoro di passaggio a Faenza. Ci ero stato esattamente il 7 ottobre 2023 con una amica giornalista enogastronomica. Ero rimasto incantato dai crostini "toscani", dalle tagliatelle e dalla "battuta" al coltello. Ricordavo ancora con entusiasmo anche quei dolci strordinari. Quindi ho pensato di riprovare. Il servizio è nelle mani della titolare: Gentilissima,ma spesso poco concludente. Abbiamo atteso un'ora e mezza con un locale mlneppure troppo pieno. Alla mia richiesta se ci fossero stati problemi la titolare mi ha risposto pungente " abbiamo solo tre fuochi e non possiamo fare diversamente". Io direi che allora dovrebbero modulare la sala ed i posti a sedere sulla cucina:se possono gestire in tempi ragionevoli solo poche comande riducano consentemente i tavoli. Detto questo abbiamo trovato molto buoni ora come allora i crostini alla Toscana. Troppo unta la polenta fritta con baccala' mantecato,purtroppo. Anonimi gli " spaghetti alla chitarra con formaggio e carciofo". Assolutamente "uccisa" dal radicchio rosso d'accompagnamento perché condito con eccesso d'aceto- la tartara. Peccato per le patate con buccia al forno: lesse e dure. A quel punto ho preferito evitare i dolci dei quali ho voluto conservare l'antico ricordo di anni fa .... Al momento del pagamento la titolare ha, con gentile correttezza, tolto dal conto le patate che avevo lasciato nel piatto. Tutto,nel complesso, più che sufficiente.

12/01/2025: My friends and I passed by this tavern by chance: we were walking through the streets of Brisighella and we stopped to eat here. What can I say… everything perfect. Crazy location, the place is literally dug into the mountain and the exposed rocks make the environment rustic and warm. The lady who served us was kind, friendly and always professional (thanks again for offering us coffee). We found the food delicious, especially the potatoes and the cake. Five stars are not enough. We will be back!!!

08/01/2025: Pochi piatti ma fatti con cura e qualità. La signora che ci ha serviti molto gentile e accogliente. Hanno attenzione particolare per i clienti. Ci hanno dato anche la spiegazione della filosofia del posto (le streghe!) e un piccolo souvenir da portare a casa. Siamo stati molto bene!

04/02/2025: Family-run restaurant that I have known and frequented for years, located in some ancient and evocative premises in the center of Fognano. The cuisine is excellent and every time I always have the pleasure of being surprised by something, like the succulent pan-fried thrushes last time; the homemade pastas honor tradition and the most authentic flavors of the Apennines, mushrooms, truffles and game, accompany them perfectly. The hunting crostini, truffle cappelletti and passatelli are excellent, among the best that can be found in Romagna; The pigeon is also delicious, as are all the second courses. The house wine is sincere and the hospitality of the hostess is always extraordinary. For me, Cheterena is a place where you can relax and refresh yourself in the best possible way, with a very beautiful alchemy that links the environment, the people and the food!

05/03/2025: Ordered the pasta with cacio and pepe and it was the best tasting version I’ve ever eaten! It was so subtle yet delicious. Pasta with cacio and pepe is one of my favorite dishes and when a restaurant has it on the menu, I order it. Usually, this dish is so strong and at times can be overwhelming but at Framboise, it is perfect. Yes, this is my opinion but I’ve lived in Italy now for over 15 years and have traveled to every region sampling it wherever it was available. I’ve even made it at home with disastrous results. Not only was that dish great but so were the others that we ordered. The restaurant personnel were so kind and provided great service, including making a dish they haven’t had on their menu for some time. I would highly recommend stopping in at Framboise if you are ever in Brisighella or even nearby, it will be worth it.

07/02/2025: In visita a Brisighella, ci siamo fermati a pranzo in questo ristorante. Il locale è molto carino, accogliente e pulito. Le cameriere gentili e professionali, sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra. Servizio abbastanza veloce. Abbiamo ordinato crostini, un primo a testa, un dolce a testa, vino e caffè. Tutto molto buono, ben impiattato, prodotti freschi. Il conto giusto per ciò che abbiamo mangiato.

16/02/2025: It's a shame, the location is impeccable and very beautiful, the food isn't bad, but unfortunately the service dampens any desire to return, long waits, the waiters don't know where to take the dishes, 20 min. Of waiting to pay, repeated and solicited requests for desserts, coffee and service in general! I understand that there are few of them but it doesn't work like that! A real shame! Salty bill!

13/02/2025: Excellent welcome, quality food, abundant at affordable prices. We couldn't believe our eyes (a mountain of typical appetizers, encore first courses, encore second courses, desserts galore, wine and water for 30 euros) all in a pleasant, interesting and clean context like the rest of the town. We spent a night in a camper in a splendid equipped area not far away. It will certainly be part of our stops in the next transfers. Thank you
