Good food, fast service, friendly staff

Nice restaurant, friendly staff, good, honest food.

Everything was excellent, the portions were just right, and the prices, in my opinion, were even lower than average. The place was beautiful and welcoming, and the staff were always present and very helpful. We went at Easter, and despite it being packed, they served us wonderfully. I'd definitely go back... 👍👍👍

I'll start by saying it was Easter lunch, so I imagine there were more people than usual. The appetizers were excellent (fiocco and crostini), as was the tagliatelle with ragù. BUT: the two blackberry grills were brought much later, served by an inattentive waiter to the diners at the next table (who, by the way, didn't say no), then hastily served to us, and unfortunately they arrived cold. When paying, the owner didn't even ask us the usual "everything's okay"? Never mind, we'll be back to give them a second chance.

Unfortunately, it was a very mixed experience. The service was incredibly slow and disorganized: we waited a long time even before we got a table, and only after about 15 minutes did the owner come back to ask if we had found a seat. Once seated, we repeatedly asked for the umbrella to be opened because we were under the sun (and had a headache), but the first waiter responded with jokes instead of helping us. Only after a long time did another waiter intervene and resolve the situation. We also waited a long time to order, and we weren't even brought a drink menu. That said, the food was really good: excellent quality meat and tasty dishes. The owner was also friendly. It's a shame about the service, which seemed very amateurish and lacking in customer service. With better organization, the experience could have been truly excellent.

We'd booked a seafood lunch weeks in advance. We hadn't even sat down before the hot and cold appetizers arrived in a rush, followed by the first courses (overcooked and without any pause), and by then we'd eaten so quickly that we had to take the second courses home. The quality, however, wasn't great in my opinion (maybe it was because the place was so busy). Despite this, I'd like to return for a meat-based lunch, but on a weekday when the staff might not have to rush to serve us. I can't comment on the price since I was invited.

The food was good. There were only 2 waiters and they unfortunately didn't have enough time to serve all clients. And the owner of the trattoria wasn't kind with clients. He was indifferent.

Very fast service and very friendly waiters. The food was excellent, especially the cocoa and guinea fowl ravioli, which were out of this world. The house wine was also very good. The prices were very fair for the quality. If you're in Brisighella, go eat here!

We went for Christmas lunch, and went back last Sunday. The food was top-notch. We received some cappelletti that arrived cold. We reported it, and in three seconds they made a Sperlunga of the same ones. The owner is very kind.
