Framboise In Brisighella

Happen to walk in to this restaurant because it is opposite our hotel in Brisighella. It turned out to be delicious and good services.

The fresh pasta was cooked to a decent standard, in small portions and reasonably priced. The service was extremely slow and sloppy. They brought your plate without pepper or cheese. The outdoor seating is a bit slanted and unstable.

Small. Exquisite. Reservations are a must. 🍷 Framboise Cucina in Brisighella is a little gem. Simple in its decor, warm in its service, and impressive in its cuisine. Here, the chef himself is at the stove, making the pasta from scratch, and you can taste it in every bite. The starter: Tortino di patate con asparagi e salsa al gorgonzola, simply divine. The Strozzapreti cacio e pepe, perfect, handmade, and full of character. The Tagliatelle al ragù con piselli, the ideal width, with a ragù just like home cooking. And the Rotolo di pollo with Barba di frate (monk's beard) – a wonderfully regional vegetable, expertly prepared and a true discovery. Enjoyed with a house blend of Albana and Chardonnay, harmonious, elegant, and the perfect accompaniment to the meal. Served with dark and light focaccia. A place for everyone who loves honest, no-fuss, but expertly prepared food. In Brisighella, it's clear: time and time again! 🍽️🍽️🍽️🍽️🍽️

Well-kept atmosphere, a less than warm welcome, well-finished aesthetics of the dishes, the quantity of the second courses needs to be reviewed and the flavours too unbalanced, overall they could do better.

A restaurant we discovered by chance while visiting beautiful Brisighella. We had an excellent lunch; the menu is interesting, and the dishes are truly prepared with skill and love. The atmosphere is decidedly relaxing and refined, and the service is excellent. We will definitely return. Highly recommended.

A small restaurant in the center of Brisighella. Vintage decor with lots of different touches, but that's its beauty. A truly excellent dinner. The dishes are a bit sophisticated, but not overly so, and very good. Prices aren't those of a trattoria, but they're not those of a luxury restaurant either. In short, you eat like in a luxury restaurant at a good price. Worth a try.
