09/09/2025: Kebab with fries, only green salad and dry meat is more of a 2/10, the burger was really okay for its 5€, price-performance is good and the selection is huge, the staff, however, was very unfriendly

02/08/2025: The place is very nice, in the center of Faenza. On the downside, there's a sense of tension among the staff, which creates an overall unpleasant atmosphere. It's a shame because it has a lot of potential; I expected a more relaxed atmosphere worthy of this beautiful place.

28/07/2025: I've been going to this bar for a while now. The place is very nice, and the bar isn't bad. But I've noticed more than once that the owner treats the staff she works with indecently. This is sooo unpleasant! That's why I stopped going there.

11/10/2025: Compared to other poke joints, the experience wasn't great. Many of the ingredients were extremely salty. The pickled olives weren't drained properly, which affected the flavor of the rest of the dishes. The variety of sauces and seeds was limited. The price was reasonable, but there were a lot of upcharges for ingredients that aren't usually charged elsewhere.

21/09/2025: The sales assistant said that our poke included 4 choices of basic components + one protein, but of these 4 she didn't mention that some of them were considered extra, therefore with a higher cost and she purposely hid from us the fact that some ingredients had an additional cost, I only discovered this at the checkout, when the poke had already been prepared! 21-09-25 around 5.30 pm.

13/10/2025: Excellent coffee! The back room is very comfortable. Even in winter it's warm and you can watch the games.

12/10/2025: A veil of pity. Terrible, inedible food, arrived after an hour and a half of waiting. Terrible, disorganized, and inadequate service, despite there being at least six people serving. A completely unacceptable customer service approach, and even more audacious to serve food of this quality.

20/07/2025: The hotel is in a great location. The rooms aren't the most beautiful, but they're worth the price. We had a problem with the light in the room, and the staff member immediately called the appropriate authorities. Friendly staff.

19/07/2025: I'll start by saying that it's not the fault of the staff, who are certainly few and left to their own devices. I arrive and the girl at reception doesn't see the reservation and wants to charge us, but then she resolves it... she tells us that: motorcycle parking costs €10/day, that the bike costs €14/day..... Obviously I politely refuse, but there was room for the motorcycle; where has the Romagna friendliness gone? But now comes the best part: Moldy smell in the room with torn and obviously used sheets that we have changed by the two poor ladies we see working all the time. I won't post photos of the sheets... But in the elevator... as soon as the doors close, it's dark. We promptly tell the lady at reception, who doesn't seem surprised by the situation. In the evening, it's just as dark, we don't take it and we receive no confirmation of our request to put up a sign... nothing at all. They know it's dark in the elevator and they don't tell customers... very serious!! The air conditioner in the room has a remote control that doesn't work, and the lady replaces it with one from another brand, which obviously doesn't work. The lady replaces the batteries and finally turns it on, but then to turn it off, we have to turn off the power to the room with the master switch. When we return that evening, the poor, only gentleman manages to fix the problem for us. The red carpeted stairs take you back to the Eastern European countries before 1989. I won't tell you about the shower, which works, but I want it to remain a surprise for those unfortunate enough to be there. One gentleman takes care of everything, but he does what he can. It's the general management that's a disaster. Poor employees.

11/11/2025: What was your employee doing this evening with his black Alfa Giulia around 8:45 PM after closing time, behind the store where they put the bins, wedged between them? Why would he drive over the bins after closing time? Free stuff? Two people saw him while jogging!

09/11/2025: I used to come here often for the meat—in fact, I'd say I'm almost a regular—but since the butcher shop changed and they no longer offer Sicilian specialties, I've missed not only seeing the meat look tired, but also the real service at the counter. Last night, I ordered some ground beef and two slices. The slices were disgusting, and the ground beef was black. Never again.

29/07/2025: Affordable, delicious piadinas with little wait. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back. Thank you very much.

21/07/2025: The order didn't arrive. After half an hour, we asked for an explanation and were told it was on its way out. Shortly after, the owner showed up with a new slip of paper to take it back. After another 10 minutes, the wrong piadina arrived. After another 20 minutes, the fries still hadn't arrived. We asked for an explanation and discovered that they had also been lost. All this to serve 7 tables. The piadina isn't worthy of the location's reputation. If we could give stars based on disorganization, it would be a well-deserved 5. On the other hand, the two owners are truly kind and friendly.

23/11/2025: We had dinner at Mr. Dante's on Saturday night. The waiter was courteous and professional. The service was incredibly fast. The pizzas were good. Two pizzas with drinks were €30. I don't understand the low star rating.

07/11/2025: I hate to give it one star because I would have been very interested in this place, but you can't close it down permanently without at least giving advance notice online. I rushed for nothing.

30/08/2025: Update August 2025: A "for rent or sale" sign has been posted on the former premises, now vacant. This indicates that the ice cream shop at this address has been permanently closed. The ice cream shop has been closed for several months, and the windows have been covered with newspaper. Has it moved or ceased operations? There are no notices posted.

19/07/2025: Erano state ordinate 6 pizze ma per sfortuna del nostro amico sono arrivate solo 5 pizze siamo convinte che siano state comunicate 6 pizze ma qualcosa evidentemente è storto, nonostante ciò la pizza non era malissimo e la qualità degli ingredienti è buona

18/07/2025: Peccato perché fino all’anno no scorso un locale dove si poteva cenare bene e con una buona accoglienza, quest’anno personale (uno in particolare) dire pessimo è fargli un complimento. Non torneremo più!!!!

25/10/2025: Changed the staff, changed the doses, half rational. Inadequate staff doesn't correct their work and, what's more, they swear behind the counter. Staff cleaning is needed.

25/10/2025: I'm sorry, but you guys are absolutely disgusting. The men's toilet is useless. The one for disabled people is locked. I'm 72 and I need to go to the bathroom often. How low you've sunk. I'll comment when I get back to Spain. And then, the automatic response you gave for the review is full of clichés. No sincerity. Just blah, blah, blah. I feel sorry for the guys who work there, because it's not your fault, but the management's.

13/07/2025: It's closed. We arrived and everything was closed.

02/05/2025: SHAMEFUL, booked through The Fork and found it closed at 9 PM. With kids in tow, they made me skip dinner. Not only is it listed as open on Google Maps, but the reservation was also confirmed. I'd say The Fork is really not very serious. If I could give it a ZERO, I would have gladly done so.

03/07/2025: Eravamo un gruppo abbiamo trovato moltissima maleducazione ,scortesia ,arroganza ,abbiamo ordinato in 13 persone ,per avere una piadina ordinata e per errore loro non segnata c'è voluto più di un'ora idem per avere una bottiglia d'acqua chiesta minimo 5/6 volte ,si sono permesse di alzare la voce e trattarci in un'modo inqualificabile, consiglio o di cambiare lavoro o di fare verdi intensivi di buone maniere ....sicuramente esperienza pessima da dimenticare e sicuramente da non ripetere....oltretutto abbiamo chiesto conti separati prima si poi no .....senza parole
