18/11/2025: Excellent fish, but the menu is not very varied

14/11/2025: A restaurant on the canal harbor, reflecting the spirit of dining in company, just like in a club. If you're looking for privacy, this isn't the restaurant for you. Plenty of seating inside and out, good food, and quick service. There are two sittings, 12pm and 1:30pm. Reservations are recommended, but almost mandatory. Reasonable prices.

28/08/2025: You definitely should always stop by the flower bar, the very friendly and helpful staff are always available.

30/08/2025: I often go to this place to eat amazing cappelletti, which you can serve as much as you want! Make sure to book in advance because it's always packed and there's limited space!

17/11/2025: Are there zero stars? Pretty awful service and food. I asked for a one-flavor brioche and they served me a different one (which, from the outside, looked like the one I'd asked for). Once I started eating it, I realized it wasn't what I'd asked for and mentioned it to the waitress, who didn't budge at all, even giving a hint of a smile. I mentioned it again to the lady at the cashier, and she wasn't the least bit concerned, either. Without even the slightest apology. The brioche, however, was obscene, piled up, like the packaged ones from discount stores, or even worse! This place is a complete no-no!

11/11/2025: A sensational place in the center of Ravenna, near the university campus. Extensive menu and fair prices. Top-quality products. Friendly and helpful staff. Students can stay and study. Much appreciated!!!

01/12/2025: I've been there several times during my lunch break because we have a special meal voucher, so we order by phone in advance so we don't end up late. Often the dishes don't arrive, and some people aren't eating. They often get the order completely wrong. Once, we found a piece of steel wool used to clean the pots inside the pasta (they didn't even apologize). Today was the last time. We ordered by phone in advance, as always. When we arrived, they served all the pasta dishes except mine, and I was asked what I had ordered. After a good 20 minutes, they practically threw my plate at me and accused me of having ordered a pasta dish that's no longer on the menu, so I'll have to check next time... I was left speechless. I couldn't have known if the dish was available until the week before, since I hadn't ordered from the menu below. I think there's a more polite way to say it, and especially when we took the order over the phone, why weren't we notified that it was no longer available? The icing on the cake was a big hair in it... better if you close it down.

22/11/2025: Good evening, one star is a must, but honestly, it's not deserved. They served me a tray as if I were a pig. In fact, perhaps they eat better in a public place. They shouldn't discriminate between customers, but simply treat everyone equally.

30/11/2025: I placed an order with Just Eat for €44, including three pizzas and fried food. A calzone I never ordered arrived, terrible quality, and undercooked. When I called them, they told me "I didn't handle the order." Terrible place.

12/11/2025: I've never eaten here, I've been there for the Tuesday milonga but I hear the food is very good.

05/09/2025: I came here for work, and I have to say it's been 5-10 years since I've had such a good croissant. The owner is very kind. Recommended +++++

08/06/2025: It's my favorite pastry shop, I often go there for breakfast; quiet environment. The pastry shop is perfect for making nice cabarets to bring to family parties or friends' houses.

14/12/2025: The front desk was incredibly arrogant. The bouncer treated us like we were the worst customers ever, completely unsuitable for his position. DISGRACEFUL. He should learn respect and, above all, how to talk to customers. Disgusting. When we got our table, he told us he wouldn't let us in unless we waited in line, which included people who weren't even on the wait list. While we were waiting for the crowd to clear so he could go back, he insulted us again, saying he wouldn't let us in. We were just trying not to crowd the others. Disgraceful, again.

26/11/2025: A romantic evening with a partner, a stunning location, but unfortunately I didn't find the quality of the food. We didn't have a great time after dinner. The price was excessive (€192) for two appetizers, two first courses, two desserts, water, and two glasses of wine; especially considering the very low quality. The service was slow and inattentive (that's to say, off-menu items are only for regular customers). I honestly wouldn't recommend it. I had too high expectations.

29/09/2025: The service was very slow considering the number of people in the room and the dishes we ordered. The prices were high and out of proportion to the amount served.

25/10/2025: We ordered two pizzas. The lady on the phone was very kind and helpful. The pizzas arrived on time. We paid conveniently with Satispay. The pizzas were excellent, filled with quality ingredients, perfect for enjoying at home! Top!

08/11/2025: When you take orders for a takeaway pizza, learn to say "we have a lot of work, come in 1 hour" rather than saying "we'll make it right away" and then make us wait 50 minutes.

27/10/2025: I was passing by but I will never set foot in the place again with a smell of fried food that I had to change clothes... terrible service the waitress with a cigarette in her mouth half lit takes the order exaggerated prices for the food that is served... Egyptian pizza chef with a cigarette in his mouth the dirty owner with long and dirty hair... Frozen cutlet not fried well it was frozen inside... Never again

21/08/2025: My husband and I have already come here a couple of times for takeout pizza during our holidays. They have a wide variety of pizzas and the owner/assistants are helpful. Even our little girl loves the marinara pizza. Highly recommended!
