29/12/2025: What a wonderful experience! The highlight is definitely the cured meats. At the first bite, you close your eyes and experience an orgasmic moment. They melt in your mouth, truly delicious. Must be paired with the torta fritta. The service is typical of a business with a lovely Emilian touch: informal, loving, attentive, and precise. They frequently pass between the tables to check if everything is okay, without ever being intrusive or pushy. We also had tagliatelle (7) and tortelli (8) for the first course, then guanciale (8) for the second course. Last but not least: coffee is served directly at the table, using a moka pot. BRAVI!

12/12/2025: First thing, update your opening and closing hours on Google because they're different from the ones you posted outside the door. It's clear that you open and close whenever you want. It's a Friday evening at 10:20 PM. We enter, there are three tables, two large ones and a table for two who are nearing the end of their dinner. We go in and are told the kitchen is closed. We say they just wanted a coffee and two cherry tomatoes in alcohol. Another girl from the place comes and tells us we have to leave because they're closing. We reiterate our request, so we wouldn't have been sitting there for an hour, and we're told in an annoyed way to sit down. So we take our seats and leave. I wonder what kind of entrepreneurs these are??? Maybe the ones who made my boots. There's no way we have to beg and then have to pay them!!!!!! Cross as big as a house and let's spread the word NEVER AGAIN!

31/12/2025: Excellent shop with restaurant. Small, cozy and with excellent raw materials. Recommended. Cured meats, torta fritta, ravioli, fried polenta, all super good!!!

18/01/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant because we were passing through. The restaurant is part of the hotel and has a slightly retro, yet welcoming, atmosphere. The staff was very kind and friendly. The food was good and affordable.

09/01/2026: We had lunch on January 6th with our dance group Parmadanza Sanguinaro. What can I say? Everything was perfect! From the exceptional menu to the kindness and utmost availability, they allowed us to dance and stay until late afternoon. Thank you so much!!!

01/01/2026: The staff is exceptionally friendly, even the owner, who, at the end of the meal, goes around the tables asking if everything was okay. The kindness extends even to pets: the owner kindly brought a bowl of water for our dog. Low prices, high quality. Excellent pizzas, with a wide variety of toppings. The torta fritta deserves a special mention, both for its taste and price. The relaxed atmosphere makes it a place to return, even with plenty of company given the large space.

16/05/2025: Coffee break at this café located to the left of the entrance to the Rocca Sanvitale in Fontanellato. A caffè macchiato and a macchiatone, both excellent. The guy behind the counter was very friendly. Highly recommended!

09/10/2025: We stopped at this place by chance for dinner, thinking it was a typical Emilian trattoria. Upon entering, we were greeted by a small, well-maintained space that clearly shows years of loyal service. We were surprised to discover that, yes, they offer traditional dishes, but with a Neapolitan twist. So we decided to order a pizza and an appetizer while we waited. Overall, I give it a passing grade; the pizza was good, as was the appetizer, but everything was a bit... too much. The dough isn't bad, especially when the pizzas are brought to the table, but it's a bit too thick (a matter of personal taste), and it makes it difficult to finish the pizza. Good service, friendly, helpful, and smiling staff—a plus for them. The music is nice, not intrusive.

14/10/2025: Everyone loved our wedding cake!!! Sponge cake with Chantilly cream and chocolate cream. Cream puffs and sugared almonds topped with soft whipped cream. Thank you so much. Not to mention the kindness, friendliness, and professionalism you encounter when you walk into the Pastry Chef's.

21/09/2025: I expected better. The cream brioche wasn't enough, and there were tons of flies around. The staff was friendly.
