L'impasto è incredibilmente leggero e ben lievitato, segno di una lavorazione meticolosa e di ingredienti freschissimi. Le combinazioni di ingredienti sono un trionfo di sapori, perfettamente equilibrati, e la cottura nel forno a legna conferisce alla pizza un aroma unico. Dalla classica Margherita, semplice ma di una bontà disarmante, alle pizze più creative, ogni boccone è un piacere per il palato. 09/03/2025: Small pizzeria in Frignano, near the centre. Even though I don't live in Pavullo, I have been going frequently for 3 years and it has become a fixed point every time I go to Pavullo. Thin and crumbly pizza, light dough. Very good and friendly owners and diners, they make you feel at home, always a pleasure to see them again. Some desserts are homemade, like in this case the tiramisu, light and good.

16/04/2025: Pranzo con menù alla carta per quattro persone adulte, un tris di primi formato da: Crespelle al tartufo scandalosa, nella quantità e nella qualità; Una pasta ai funghi, non mantecata, priva di sugo, precotta che risultava calda all’esterno e fredda all’interno; Tortelloni alle noci, non mantecati, con semplice panna sopra e briciole di noci. Le portate sopra descritte avevano come ingrediente principale il sale. Un secondo di carne in umido di verdure che sarebbe risultato anche buono, con bocconcini di carne tenera e verdure ben proporzionate, peccato che anche in questo piatto il sale ne faceva da gusto principale. In quattro persone sono state consumate tre bottiglie di acqua da 0,75 e una di vino, questo evidenzia la salinità delle portate. Ristorante da evitare.

20/03/2025: Bancone servito ricco di splendide e sicuramente buone leccornie. Questa pasticceria a Pavullo ci ha conquistato in due diversi momenti. A distanza di sei giorni abbiamo ordinato due torte. Una Sacher e una torta con cialda, molto particolare. Entrambe buonissime, hanno ricevuto elogi da tutti coloro che ne hanno assaggiato almeno una fetta. Prezzi giusti per la qualità e la professionalità offerte. Parcheggio nella vicina piazza, servizio cortese.
