22/03/2024: Those who make pizza are very cold but their pizza is hot

19/01/2024: Yet another time I ask to always have the same pizza!!!! And never, never once did it arrive to me the same as the first. And I say NEVER. There's always an ingredient missing. And they are not ingredients dictated for a pizza of my imagination. The one I get has those ingredients from their menu. Tonight I'm asking for that pizza which I usually underline that I would like well cooked or with toasted edges because they are cooked on raw meat and remain indigestible to me. Nothing.... on three pizzas, mine raw. Soft. I specify at 7.00 pm on the phone while ordering that I will be at the pizzeria 15/20 minutes later. they tell me "ok"....and then we waited another 20 minutes because they only prepared once we arrived. My pizza was raw and the other two were singed. We're not quite there... if they want to close they're on the right track. I certainly couldn't live with my €10 worth of pizza.....but with this I'll take away the trouble!!!

10/03/2024: I go there every day, the quality of the food is not bad for a canteen. The structure dates back to the 80s and would definitely need a good renovation and modernization. The service leaves a lot to be desired; the tables where you eat are practically never cleaned, as are those with the condiments which, when they run out, are often not replaced. It is not uncommon that after the meal you don't know where to put your tray because the trolleys are always full and are not replaced with empty ones. For work reasons I have eaten for years in another establishment of the same chain where the service/service staff ratio was more or less the same; cleanliness, service and efficiency were impeccable, so don't come up with the usual excuse that there is no staff.
