10/05/2025: I went to this place recently. The staff was quite friendly overall, although one of the guys stood out for his kindness and helpfulness, which was really appreciable.
Unfortunately, however, the experience was not all positive.
They got my pizza wrong three times. And the worst thing was seeing the pizza chef remove the chips from the wrong pizza and put them back on the "right" one by hand, instead of making it from scratch as would have been correct.
An unhygienic and certainly unprofessional gesture, which left me very disappointed.

06/02/2025: Good morning, I take a salad as soon as I enter and on the conveyor belt there is a bottle of oil, which I take to dress the salad, the lady who was behind the counter turns around badly telling me that it is not oil for customers.....but if it is on the counter I am a magician? Is it difficult to keep it behind the counter? Brain-damaged breed
From tomorrow never again in this canteen

14/11/2024: It's a canteen, so I usually eat plain and cooked or raw vegetables, the salads and cold dishes are good!
19/10/2024: Classic canteen, nothing more. There are many repetitive dishes and some with little care, but overall once you learn what to eat you eat quite well.

02/09/2024: Not very seriously we called to have the pizzas delivered at 8.00pm and at 10.00pm there was no trace of the pizzas, after having also called them back several times and they continued to reply that they had already left (so they were also making fun of us) in the end we felt cheated and we canceled because it was now 10pm and with a table of 6 people we had to put on the piadina at 10pm after we had called them from 8pm.
It wasn't the first time I called them, I had also called them some time ago and even then they had arrived late and on top of that the pizza was burnt, okay I got over it and said it could happen but with this time I will never trust them again They.
01/09/2024: I'm calling to order 6 squares for home delivery
I am told they will be delivered at 8.50pm
At 9.30pm the pizzas still haven't arrived, we call to find out how they were, they apologize for the delay (due to the square being closed) and we are told that they are in the oven and that they will arrive in 10 minutes (with beer included).
10pm of pizzas No trace.
Thank you for the pain you gave us... but given the previous reviews we weren't stupid
Customers are not treated this way, we will definitely not return again

21/12/2024: Personale non cordiale e cassiera maleducata solo per aver chiesto il caffè dopo mezz'ora di attesa..
E al momento di pagare non ci ha nemmeno salutato.
Non ci torneremo più.
14/11/2024: Dopo aver giocato a Medolla con la squadra di basket, ci diamo fermati a cena da Arnold. Locale semplice ma accogliente con un buon parcheggio esterno. Ottima la selezione di birre alla spina che si possono accompagnare con pizze e hamburghers. Proprietari molto simpatici! [che non guasta mai!]

Ho mangiato un hamburger molto buono e ci voglio ritornare 😋
Magari la prossima volta proverò qualcosa di diverso del menù dato che c'erano anche i primi piatti.
23/02/2025: Hamburger di qualità, carne selezionata top, menù che varia a seconda della stagionalità. Complimenti, un vero pub, stile rock, per bersi una buona birra in compagnia e mangiare bene! Il personale è gentilissimo e il servizio veloce! Bravi!!!

26/03/2025: Pessima esperienza. I fritti sono troppo unti e bruciati, il cibo talvolta non corrisponde a quello presente in foto nel menù, piatto e bicchiere sbeccati, piatti ordinati insieme arrivano a distanza di troppo tempo uno dall'altro. Infine nessuna considerazione mostrata dal personale alle mie rimostranze. Non tornerò mai più.
