Al Falco In Mirandola

I go there every day, the quality of the food is not bad for a canteen. The structure dates back to the 80s and would definitely need a good renovation and modernization. The service leaves a lot to be desired; the tables where you eat are practically never cleaned, as are those with the condiments which, when they run out, are often not replaced. It is not uncommon that after the meal you don't know where to put your tray because the trolleys are always full and are not replaced with empty ones. For work reasons I have eaten for years in another establishment of the same chain where the service/service staff ratio was more or less the same; cleanliness, service and efficiency were impeccable, so don't come up with the usual excuse that there is no staff.
