03/04/2024: Found this place by chance while we were passing through Carpi. There were five of us and we had a great time both in terms of the quality of the food and the service. Personally I recommend it
01/04/2024: I'm sorry but today at lunch I don't know what happened but I found the staff inattentive and also rude because when I got to the cash register to pay I was told wait in an unprofessional manner and moreover at the moment in which I was paying and I point out that the staff was inattentive to some of our requests and responded to me with a rude tone!!!! I'm sorry because I know the girl and I didn't expect all this extra arrogance. If a person doesn't know how to deal with customers, they need to change jobs.
I doubt they make any effort to improve the service and attitude because today I saw just that but at least the food was pretty good.
After this scene I will never set foot in this place again due to the way the staff behave!!!!

28/03/2024: 2 hours sitting at the table to eat 1/4 of the things ordered.
We went for lunch, few waiters and full restaurant.
The orders were placed via the site (positive note), but when the dishes arrived we see trolleys full of food, with receipts inside the dishes with the number of tables... absolutely unhygienic.
In short, waiters who go around the whole place (not a small one) as if they were shopping, with trolleys full of food, without knowing where to take it.
Result: Cold food arrived frozen and hot food arrived cold.
We woke up hungry and dissatisfied with the service.
If you want to spend a day in a restaurant without eating, this is the place for you.
Presented at the checkout, not even a discount or an apology.

04/03/2024: Sono rimasto incantato dall'esperienza culinaria che ho vissuto da Laghi Anna a Carpi. In un angolo tranquillo di questa incantevole città, ho scoperto un piccolo gioiello gastronomico che ha superato ogni mia aspettativa: il più delizioso gnocco fritto che abbia mai assaggiato.
Il gnocco fritto qui è semplicemente divino: caldo, soffice e incredibilmente leggero. La croccantezza dorata della superficie si fonde con la morbidezza dell'impasto, creando un contrasto di consistenze che è un piacere per il palato. Servito con una selezione di salumi freschi e formaggi locali, ogni morso è una celebrazione dei sapori autentici dell'Emilia-Romagna. Ciò che distingue Laghi Anna è l'attenzione al dettaglio e la dedizione alla qualità. Ogni piatto è preparato con ingredienti freschi e genuini, rispettando le tradizioni culinarie della regione. Pay attention to the photo published on the menu... misleading... good and generous portion, in reality everything is small!! It would be enough to add an additional 4 euros for a portion that is more satisfying to the eye!! Since you also eat with what your eyes see!!!
