Gluten-free pizza is good, but it is almost always short in terms of tomato, leaving almost empty central parts. The pizzas with the other doughs have improved over time and are considered very good, their appearance is actually inviting.
The biggest problem with this place is undoubtedly the service. On the telephone it is a problem to make oneself understood and one is repeatedly asked to turn off the speakerphone even though it is not active. The background noise of the pizzeria makes it difficult to understand which sometimes results in incorrect orders. Despite this, they try to end the conversation as soon as possible by throwing the order number and hanging up. Then there is a person who is in close contact with the public who often appears to be very grumpy and doesn't help the experience, but it doesn't seem right to me to point out the "culprit". Furthermore, the receipt almost never shows the pizzas, but rather similar pizzas in price, so the actual cost of gluten-free supplements and additions is not known.
I would recommend making a separate waiting list for people who only buy gluten-free pizzas. This is because it is often necessary to wait in line for all the normal pizzas and observe the local pizza chef apart from being on his cell phone or messing around with the oven turned on. Besides being a waste of energy, it would help reduce the queue. I repeat, I am not talking about orders in which this typology also exists. For these the pizzas of the order come out almost at the same time.
Furthermore, gluten-free pizza is only made in the evening even though the pizzeria is open at midday

We returned to this modern restaurant recommended by the Michelin Guide, a very charming and refined location, located in the historic center of Carpi.
To enjoy a pleasant day we had lunch at the tables set up outside.
Our choices: Scampi and raw red prawns served on ice, Roasted prawns mirepoix of vegetables, fresh fruit and Hallo-Ginger sauce, Seared scallops on carrot and lemongrass cream, Spiralotti “Felicetti” with snapper and bottarga, Tagliolini alla marinara “all without cocci”, Millefeuille with strawberry diplomatic cream and chocolate chips, Chocolate ice cream…slightly sweet, toasted almonds and orange compote, all delicious and made with good raw materials.
The room service is professional and helpful. The prices of the dishes are appropriate to the proposal and the quality offered.
Reservation recommended.
Good address, definitely worth a try.

The service suffers from the fact that if the place is full it slows down very significantly because there are not enough staff.
Food varies: some dishes are really good, others are poorly thought out and the result leaves something to be desired: generally this equation applies: traditional recipe with excellent result, personalized recipe with result to be perfected.
In summary, pleasant restaurant but with some things to fix.

09/03/2024: Serata fantastica con le amiche d'infanzia per festeggiare l'8 marzo. Cibo come sempre nelle
serate a tema molto buono con antipasti sempre nuovi con abbinamenti ricercati, paella superlativa e sorbetti deliziosi alla frutta, segnalo il menù. È sempre una gioia per il palato ritornare qui.
30/01/2024: Sono andata per la serata a tema portocanale con il pesce dell'adriatico e siamo rimasti contentessimi, pesce ottimo e servizio veloce e curato. Ci avevano parlato di questo ristorante e devo dire che è stata una bellissima sorpresa. Molto bravi.

08/03/2024: I stopped by chance, since then every week I stop in for lunch or takeaway...very clean and welcoming location, Francesco the owner is very kind and attentive to raw materials and also to customers who, like me, sometimes have intolerance problems advise me on what to eat....a small space outside for the summer period
