26/06/2025: Large, welcoming and very clean place. The atmosphere is relaxing. Courteous and professional staff able to satisfy the needs of the customers. The pizzas and the first courses tasted today are superb. Excellent quality (high) and price ratio.
We will return to try others.

16/06/2025: My wife had the tagliata with olives and cherry tomatoes. Tasty, but the olives were pitted, which is not very easy to eat.
I had the tartare. The meat was minced, while with a real tartare it is sliced. I also prefer that the chef mixes everything and you can just season it instead of having to mix everything yourself.
15/06/2025: Delicious food and a beautiful location right next to the castle in Dozza, although you need to reserve for the outdoor tables. Prices are rather high, but portions are small.

21/06/2025: By now, every year after returning from vacation, it is a fixed stop. The inevitable queues that form on the stretch from Faenza to Bologna force us to exit the highway and stop to eat one of the best piadinas in Romagna. In this very well-equipped kiosk you eat well, you feel good and there is even a playground for the little ones. Kind and nice like every year. See you next June
16/06/2025: Some time ago the piadina rucola bresaola e parmesan was very good as in the photo today we ordered the same piadina rucola bresaola e parmesan, and I received a very thin piadina that had no taste, you couldn't chew it... too bad because there was a place where the piadina was very good. ........Madam, at the usual place we ate because we were hungry, not because it was good, that's why the plate was empty, we were so hungry

02/07/2025: rustic and characteristic tavern, friendly staff but the prices are beyond all logic. for 1 king's platter which includes a few slices of cold cuts and 4 slices of piadina, 1/4 of house wine, half a bottle of water and a coffee I spent 29 euros. when the table was set with a paper placemat and not even a bit of bread. it really seems like an out of market price to me
01/07/2025: I often pass by Dozza, a fixed stop is the very welcoming tavern with quality typical dishes and very hospitable staff, highly recommended!

20/06/2025: I have been going there for years now, I have bought both at the restaurant and take-away many times. They are very good. Fast service, pleasant pleasant atmosphere and food to say the least very good, over the years the quality has never changed. The lady who runs it is always super kind. The prices are also excellent for the quality you receive. The last time the two of us barely spent €30 (food, a 1L water, a soft drink and the cover charge included) and we left with a full belly. I will continue to go back. Extremely satisfied.

08/06/2025: I have been going to this fantastic restaurant since the summer of 2021, the guys who run the place are fantastic, kind, courteous, friendly and professional. The outdoor setting in a public park personally gives me the feeling of home and makes me feel very comfortable, in fact it is the favorite place for me and my partner to have a quiet dinner (and in the cool when the days get hotter). As for the food, it is impossible for me to give it a truthful evaluation because with their seasonal menus they always outdo themselves more. I also had the opportunity to test their lunch offer a couple of times when I was passing by, it was fantastic for me, too bad I work far away.
07/06/2025: Wonderfully immersed in the peace of a small but welcoming place among the urban greenery.

12/06/2025: cozy and quiet bistro, refined atmosphere, despite the prefabricated external structure, the exterior and the whole are more than enjoyable especially in spring/summer. The cuisine is refined and very careful in every detail. Good choice of wines.

14/06/2025: Wenn auch ohne Ausblick, jedoch an altes Gemäuer geschmiegt überraschte uns dieses Restaurant kulinarisch. Anders als in der Gegend sonst üblich fanden wir auch Fisch und Meeresgetier auf der Karte und das war auch wirklich gut !
Alle Tische waren besetzt, rund um uns nur Italiener. Das rote Rüben Risotto war erstklassig und alles andere auch sehr gut. Wer genug von schwerem Steak hat, der ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Ein klare Empfehlung unsererseits !

The only flaw, the shower is only paid (1 euro 7 minutes), there is no cold alternative

03/06/2025: Attracted by the nice location we stopped at this restaurant for lunch.
Unfortunately the experience was negative from every point of view.
Half an hour of waiting just to order, and almost an hour of waiting between appetizers and first courses (there were 2 of us and we had ordered a piadina as an appetizer and then 2 simple pasta dishes...).
We were sitting outside and the waiters always ignored us without asking for anything, but the worst is yet to come.
If I hadn't come in to ask, the cooks would have left and we would have been left without eating, are you kidding??
After 5 minutes the waiter arrives with the pasta dishes, one cold and the other overcooked.
We eat something without being able to finish them, annoyed we head to the cashier complaining again about what happened and the waiter present didn't even have the good sense to give us a discount or to offer us two coffees.
Even worse, none of them seemed to realize what had happened, as if it were a normal thing.
If you don't have a bit of passion for this job and you don't reserve a minimum amount of attention and respect for your customers, maybe it's better to change jobs...
