13/08/2024: Siamo venuti in Vacanza 3 giorni con la mia compagna, per fare un giretto "all'AcquaPark" (che vi consiglio, anche e soprattutto se avete bambini), abbiamo alloggiato all'Albergo "Il Castello" (Famoso anche perchè è stato l'Albergo di Ayrton Senna), che vi stra-consiglio, perchè davvero Ottimo. Ci siamo fermati qui allo "Zenzero Blu", per esperienza ho chiesto consiglio alla gente del Posto (prendendo info dal Bar "La Vela"), dove ringrazio di cuore il Gestore per l'ottimo consiglio dato (Simpatico e anche molto Gentile). Ci siamo trovati subito con una bellissima accoglienza, oltre ad avere un parcheggio davvero spazioso nella parte frontale (parcheggio per disabili presente). Appena arrivi c'è un ragazzo/ragazza all'entrata, che vi da' subito il Benvenuto. Nessun tempo di attesa. Subito ci trovano un posto, molto bello e accogliente, nella parte esterna del Ristorante (siamo al 13 di Agosto 2024, temperatura perfetta con zona anche arieggiata). Bellissimo lo spazio tra i diversi tavoli, non mangi o ceni sopra gli altri. Grande lo spazio di divisione, soprattutto per tenere la giusta intimità, e per non essere infastidito da altri. Personale gentilissimo e molto attento, sempre presenti tra i tavoli, e sempre a chiedere se c'è bisogno di qualcosa. Ci tengo molto a riportare, che tutte le ragazze che ci hanno seguito, hanno sempre tentuto grandissima attenzione (sia ai cibi che alle bevande), ma non solo a Noi, anche a tutti i tavoli presenti! Ci hanno consigliato benissimo. Dispongono di un Menù davvero vario e molto completo (dispo. anche Cibo vegetariano). Posso riportare con grande felicità, che abbiamo cenato benissimo !! La carne era di una Bontà unica, cotta alla perfezione, condimento eccezionale, tipo Fricò ! UNA BOMBA !! Pizza fantastica, leggera e croccante, cotta alla perfezione! Crema Catalana come dolce, UNO SPETTACOLO ! VOTO 10 ! E tutto questo, ad un PREZZO TROPPO ONESTISSIMO !

19/07/2024: We go many times a year to Italy and we know what good food is. I normally don’t do reviews but this time I must. The pasta fish was not al dente ,it was even nearly boiled. I asked to have a better one cooked and I got a new one but when I checked the bill I had to pay twice for the same pasta. She told me nothing before. The waitress is an very arrogant woman,not friendly at all and with zero hospitality. You don’t feel welcome there so choose an other restaurant. (Bandini is much better and also very friendly!!!!)

01/05/2024: Happened by chance on May 1st. A very pleasant discovery, a restaurant refined in its simplicity. Perfect service, dishes of truly great quality and presented very well. Price absolutely normal for the service and quality offered. We will definitely return.

31/07/2024: Normal tagliatelle but the meat is truly exceptional and the wine is also great.

26/07/2024: They had spoken very well to me about this tavern, especially for the first courses and the meat. The first courses were really very good, the meat in my opinion was not up to high expectations, but still good. Unfortunately, it's everything else that has encouraged me several times to get up from the table and leave. We had dinner with all the gnats on our heads for the entire evening, we consulted a "menu" that was anything but a menu. The first ones weren't even mentioned and the prices were very approximate and in fact the final bill surprised us quite a bit. The most critical aspect for me was the presence of the owners' dog which wandered undisturbed among the tables without taking into account that there could be allergic customers or those like me with a great phobia for dogs, which greatly limited my freedom. of movement and made me stop wanting to sit at the table. These aspects must also be taken into account, not everyone likes eating with a dog as tall as the table which is constantly rotating. I tried to tell the owners 3 times and they simply sent the dog away, but it promptly returned.

08/12/2023: We ate for lunch and I must say that the welcome was fantastic, the food was good and plentiful too, the waiter was delightful and attentive, the lady equally delightful, the food was excellent, I highly recommend it, obviously the first courses are super.

17/06/2024: Occasionally we take takeaway dinner: I must say that all the dishes are very good and tasty, the owner at the counter is always very kind and smiling. The only flaw is the interior of the restaurant, which certainly needs to be modernized and brightened.

13/12/2023: It's my second time and I must say that the meat is always at the top, combined with a show that always brightens up the evening on Tuesday evenings, the environment is very pleasant, it feels like being in a mountain house, a place built entirely with wood

03/12/2023: Exquisite food. Photonic tigelle! Real tortellini: pasta, consistency and filling. Very good fillet. Very nice environment. Very kind and professional staff.

11/08/2024: We didn't stay overnight. We had dinner in the pizzeria. The waitresses were very kind and quick. Good pizza.

02/08/2024: Overnight stay in this hotel for approximately 1 month (work trip) despite the shortcomings, which are: -air conditioners not working (detached on purpose by the owners to save money) -refrigerators not working (response received: because the water is not paid for, depriving us of refrigerating drinks and in this case medicines for one of the collaborators, with weather conditions outside of 38º) -water served at the tables not bottled but filled into glass bottles via distiller. We resisted for a month so as not to create company problems, when one beautiful day (assuming that following a diet I never considered the first one even though it was still charged to my owner) I noticed that the portion on my plate of chicken breast and salad it's much smaller than usual, I politely ask the waitress with glasses if I could take advantage of another second to stave off my sense of hunger (it's okay to ask). After the waitress enters and leaves the room 4 times with a panicked expression, she makes excuses without giving me an answer, until the last time she tells me "we'll do it for you but tomorrow the owner has to talk to you" (the same one who was present at the time of service) The next day during breakfast while I was sitting and talking to the other owner she tells me that she has nothing to do with the restaurant area, whereupon this blessed owner introduces himself and connects to what the lady was telling me , screaming in my face, saying he was mad and that he would get it Measures by calling my office, railing at me (for a slice of chicken) in a very rude manner, inviting him several times to moderate his tone and terms but nothing, I ask him if he had gotten up crooked that morning and he mentions his problems of health not inherent to the meaning of his controversy. What can I say after 1 month we fled like hell by mutual agreement with my collaborators, I don't give a shit and I take into account the friendliness and professionalism of a couple of waitresses who carried out their work in the best possible way. I advise against staying overnight especially if the period is long.

20/08/2024: What can you expect from a dark, dirty, gloomy restaurant (chain) close to a shopping centre? A little, but at this point absolutely nothing. I order a vegan salad and what do I find inside? A coiled caterpillar afraid of being eaten. When I notice him he opens up still alive in all his splendor. Nauseated, I wait a few minutes to recover and I look around and what do I see under my neighbors' table? A nice junk that darts undisturbed into the darkest corners. In short, what can I say, the little gifts for the children have struck once again, the childish attractions have worked but now neither I nor my children will ever set foot in this place or any restaurant of the same chain again. I haven't seen much embarrassment from the staff about what happened and this makes me think that this situation has already happened again. The offending dish was simply canceled from the bill: I expected at least an apology, but once I paid the bill I was happy to leave the place forever.
