07/04/2024: LET'S PUT A CROSS ON THIS PLACE I'm from the area and I often frequented this historic place (with excellent and well-deserved fame) until a few years ago (5 years ago...) It would be a convenient weekend destination but unfortunately we ate really badly twice in a few months. Crescentine and cold cuts (very scarce and poorly presented) Boiled potatoes passed off as baked potatoes Acceptable mixed grill and French fries (but nothing special... ) served without the bread, later requested and brought so rubbery that it seemed dry. Not good value for money by my standards ADVISE : BATH OF HUMILITY TO PRIDE ..........

04/04/2024: Varignana was a makeshift destination (in the sense that it was the available solution), but it was a nice stay! The TIRANTIGA hotel and restaurant is located in the village of Varignana... For those who love hills, meadows and clean air, a quiet life away from the chaos of the city! I didn't have any meals but I heard very good things about it... And then the room was always full! The room was small and welcoming, good value for money. Highly recommended!!!

08/11/2023: Stefania had impressed us with her professionalism and precision right from the day of the tastings, but on the day of our wedding we were amazed: everything, from the aperitif to the dessert buffet, was delicious and the quantity more than perfect. A note of praise in particular for Stefania: thanks to her there was no need for a wedding planner, she followed us a lot throughout the entire organization and was always available.

11/10/2023: We got married in La Gaiana a few days ago and we relied on Stefania's super professionalism for the catering. Everything was perfect. From the appetizer to the dessert buffet. Burnt wheat spaghetti with calamari and fresh artichokes...sublime, fantastic lamb chops and lastly, stratospheric Neapolitan pastiera. A crossroads of cultures with Tina from Naples and Laki chef from the extreme Pungiabi-India region. Adequate prices and excellent service. WELL DONE!!! Highly recommended for corporate or group dinners.

26/10/2023: A 100% municipally owned golf club of excellence managed with attention and passion. The results are evident and appreciable. One more reason to visit Castel San Pietro Terme, the Slow city of good living. And I confirm!!!

30/03/2024: My partner, I and our 3 year old daughter went for dinner on a Saturday evening. We had pizza, tortellini and scallops, all really good. Very helpful staff and super quick in serving the dishes (also in preparation). Worth highlighting is the truly exquisite amaretto pudding. Honest prices. The only flaw: little space between one table and another.

05/04/2024: The place is very nice and welcoming. The menu is right and I think it can vary with the seasons. If you want fresh food you can't have encyclopedia style menus. I ate the tortelloni with mascarpone and porcini mushrooms, divine! Then a homemade hamburger, delicious. Average prices and very friendly staff.
