Very welcoming staff, ready to explain everything about their excellent Persian specialties.
01/11/2025: Nice place near Casalecchio. It looked promising... prices were excessive for the quantity. Good kebab, but something tasted like wine. The accompanying bread was rubbery. The rice tasteless. Perhaps too far removed from Italian cuisine... but at least it should be tasty. And at least not that expensive. Just enough.

21/05/2026: We've dined here five times and it's always been great. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable, and they're excellent at recommending dishes for first-timers. The restaurant embraces traditional cuisine. The food is excellent and carefully prepared.
We'll definitely be back.
17/05/2026: Excellent dinner with former colleagues, welcoming place, and polite, attentive staff. The manager proudly explains the dishes on the menu and is very friendly. The prices are fair, nothing too expensive. I recommend it.

28/04/2026: A couple of weeks ago, my wife, Andreja, and I (Lino) spent a wonderful evening at this elegant yet simple restaurant. Elegant thanks to the excellent quality of all the food and wines, and simple thanks to the friendliness of the owner and manager, Diego, and his staff, all delightful both in the dining room and in the kitchen.
We can't recommend this delightful place enough; everyone was truly excellent, and we repeat, top quality!

30/04/2026: Pixcola ice cream shop is delicious. For a vegan like me, they only offer dark chocolate and fruit flavors, but they're the best I've ever tasted. The fruit flavors are basically soft mousses with no added sugar, but they're delicious.

23/04/2026: I booked a table for a bachelorette party. They contacted me again to ask if I was interested in the concert, and when I said no, they said they'd put us in the smaller room. We were under the stage. We found out on site that the menu for the evening was limited, no big deal, and that the concert service cost €5 per person. We asked if the chicken wings were spicy, and they said no, but surprise, they were, and we weren't able to finish them. It was my friend's party, and we had other setbacks during the evening, so I didn't want to make a fuss at the venue. The next day, however, I texted the number that had contacted me, saying it would be more appropriate to let them know about the €5 charge, especially since it was clear we weren't interested in the concert, and the response was "🤦"

06/05/2026: Excellent Borlenghi, a very warm welcome, a small and charming place, and some truly interesting Roman variations!
I see Google is asking me about parking: I parked at the Casalecchio town hall, specifically for a pleasant pre- and post-Borlenghi stroll, crossing the pedestrian bridge over the Reno and climbing the steps from Via Canale. Total relaxation!

05/10/2025: We stopped by on our way back from Florence and were so glad we did. The service was exceptional, and the food was delicious with generous portions. Highly recommended!
