07/04/2024: This place is located at the foot of the two towers of Bologna and is really welcoming! There is no table service and orders are made at the totem with a very large and easy to understand screen for all ages at the entrance on the third floor or just near the stairs on the first floor!! There is also a very nice terrace with tables and chairs overlooking Piazza Ravegnana, from which you can eat and enjoy a beautiful view!! The food is all delicious and made fresh on site with genuine, handmade products! The red tortelloni with walnuts and gorgonzola are delicious and the tagliatelle and tortellini are also exceptional! Tigelle and fried gnocco or crescentine whatever you want to call them are very good and tasty made when ordering and the really delicious cold cuts such as mortadella, pink salami, raw salami and normal salami! Water is included upon consumption and without paying anything extra! The breakfast was also good with croissants, donuts and fried tortelli with sweet ricotta, lemon zest and honey...a delight!!! I really recommend it!! Drop by if you're passing through Bologna, you won't regret it!!!

07/04/2024: If you want to stop in front of the 2 towers and eat something typical in a short time without giving up taste, tradition, and above all quality, don't complicate your life, come here. Professional, courteous, quick staff, despite the influx of people. Excellent breakfast, the best cream brioche in Bologna. High quality of food and service, small portions, prices a little high but justified. There is a lot of people coming and going especially at peak hours, but the restaurant, on several floors, is tidy, clean and also offers more relaxing areas if you book. Possibility to buy some excellent takeaway products as well as fresh pasta. The red beetroot tortelloni stuffed with mushrooms...wow!

19/03/2024: In reference to the EATALY bar A painful place Three colleagues stopped in for a coffee There were three of us at the counter and a family of foreigners. Behind the counter was a single gentleman who was trying in some way to respond to the needs of the foreign family. At a certain point, after we had waited a long time, the gentleman started arguing with some guys who were in the back area as he was alone at the counter. The scene was pathetic, even though he was right in requesting the presence of a second person to help him since it seemed to us that the boys were not engaged in other tasks. The foreign family was astonished. One of the guys came without even saying hello, annoyed and arguing with this gentleman asking us what we wanted. We only asked for three coffees: a normal one, a restricted one and the second restricted macchiato without foam. The boy with an annoyed manner made the three coffees in front of us with practically the same quantity without any difference between the restitti and the normal one (we know on the machine where the pressor selection button is located) and in one he took a spoonful of foam and he slammed it inside her. At that point the colleague with the normal coffee drank it, we left the other two as they were and left. If this is the representation of Italy's professionalism, poor us.

29/03/2024: Compared to other Autogrills, it is penalized by having bathrooms with access from outside the refreshment area, even if they are kept clean

25/03/2024: The staff at this Autogrill are superb, I've been going to this place for years now and it's thanks to them that I don't choose another stop to start my day ☀️ A special thanks to Mrs. Stefania who always makes me feel at home, her smile is a welcome that reaches your heart

07/04/2024: Nice pizza, great crafted beer and tasty desserts. Visited few times and enjoyed the time and food. I would expect a bit better service (long wait to make an order), but the rest is fine.

07/04/2024: Let's start from the assumption that the receptionist forgot to seat us at the pre-arranged time but he can also stay there on a Saturday. The second sore point is the air conditioner that was blasting us over the head despite repeated warnings from the staff. The third sore point was the intrusive waitress who took away glasses and plates without our consent and it also happened at the other tables. Fourth sore point, we had asked for charcoal pizza dough but we received normal dough, which is not normal because there was a supplement which, moreover, was applied to us anyway but after pointing it out they discounted it. Fifth and horrendous sore point, we found pieces of string in the pizza almost certainly coming from the porchetta, a truly disgusting thing given that unfortunately we partly ingested it. We pointed out EVERYTHING at the checkout but with little success since in the end they only took away the surcharge for the pizza dough. Some things just shouldn't happen. I am disgusted even now and feeling nauseous. Reluctantly this place won't even see my shadow 😊
