27/01/2026: I went on boiled meat day. The dish was good, not a large one, but still good. It was well cooked, and the side dishes were good too. I thought it would be a little less expensive given the somewhat old-fashioned feel of the place. But okay.

03/01/2026: I'm a vegan and I had a business lunch at a traditional restaurant. He made sure to serve me a complete meal, including an appetizer, a first course, and a side dish. In addition to the quality, which was immediately apparent, I want to compliment him on his helpfulness and promptness in meeting my needs. I must say that the owner was truly professional and friendly.

04/01/2026: This restaurant is a must-try, especially for those who appreciate traditional flavors (I recommend the Sopa Coada). Excellent food, excellent wine by the glass, and very reasonable prices. The owner is a true gem, attentive, and knowledgeable.
02/01/2026: I'd like to give it a sixth star because it's been a long time since I've eaten so well that I felt like I was at my grandparents' house!!! The family atmosphere and the excellent products offered are 5-star... When I asked for a small bowl with a little radicchio and some pasta and beans on top, they obliged!!! What a marvel!!! I'll definitely be back!!!

27/02/2026: Amazing food. Nice and friendly staff. If you will stay not far away from Treviso, take the train and come to this restaurant, it’s less than 15 minutes walk from the train station. Only here you can try the traditional dish made by original recipe “La Sopa Coada” (soup with pigeon meat), it’s soooo delicious. Also you can try their Tiramisu and red wine Raboso that is traditional for Veneto region.
24/02/2026: A quaint location, truly welcoming and informal. The soupça was amazing, which was the reason for our dinner. The other dishes were also carefully prepared and tasty, and the portions were generous. Very friendly staff. The atmosphere is very loud, but the acoustics are good, and the interior temperatures are pleasant. The open kitchen is beautiful. We were a group, but we were served without a hitch. The pineapple was amazing. Highly recommended.

14/02/2026: We had the most wonderful experience at Osteria Al A Becasse. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent , warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavour and clearly prepared with care and pride. The father tending the open grill is a highlight in itself ! you can see the passion and great attention he gives to every dish, making sure everything is cooked to perfection. It adds such an authentic and special touch to the whole experience. The restaurant has a warm, cosy atmosphere that makes you feel completely at home. Being a family-run business, there’s such a lovely, friendly feel throughout ,you’re not just a customer, you’re treated like a guest. There’s also a very good selection of wine to complement the meal perfectly. And the homemade tiramisu? Without question the best I’ve ever had — and I’ve had a lot! We stayed at Castel Brando, and it was just a 6-minute drive, making it incredibly convenient. I would highly recommend Osteria Al A Becasse it’s thoroughly worth a visit if you’re in the area. A truly memorable dining experience. 👌🏽

14/03/2026: I came to this restaurant with friends, a bit of a novice, and was surprised by the recommendation of a friend, knowing that I'm a modest connoisseur of good food. We ordered a special appetizer of cod strips and tasty vegetables, and radicchio with a sample of creamed cod and polenta. Then I ordered a guinea fowl risotto. I must say I've rarely eaten such a flavorful, perfectly cooked risotto. Having visited various restaurants in the Veneto, I appreciate risottos made in this region, whether meat or fish, which are very special in their cooking. My compliments to the chef, a true professional. For the main course, I had a Vicenza-style cod with polenta and a large pan of grilled radicchio. It was delicious and inviting. We did a wine tasting, starting with a toast to the still wine for the first course and a red for the second course, as our friends had ordered some sliced ​​meat. An excellent selection of wines from excellent and renowned wineries. I highly recommend this elegant, refined restaurant with several rooms and very professional, attentive service. I'm not familiar with your awards in various guides, but I think it's one of the most excellent restaurants in the Veneto region. Highly recommended. I'll be back to try more of your dishes.
21/12/2025: Invited to a birthday dinner The restaurant was notified well in advance that they were preparing two vegan menus, including dessert, and despite this, there were several unpleasant moments. The other vegan and I were offered both appetizers and traditional entrees, claiming we were vegan (for example, crostini with radicchio and cheese and risotto with butter and cheese), and each time the question "Do you have butter/cheese?" was asked, the answer was yes. Each time we declined, the waiter remained shocked that we were actually vegan, making unsolicited jokes about us, such as "Now that I know you're vegan, you've sunk too low and I don't want you anymore," or turning to the men at the same table, people I didn't even know, "I wouldn't hang out with vegans like that/If I were you, I'd change tables/Don't take them out anymore." The second course consisted of a small plate with a quarter of grilled radicchio, four roasted potatoes, a spoonful of mushrooms, and a spoonful of cooked vegetables. When I tasted the vegetables, I felt tiny pieces with a strange texture in my mouth, so I looked at the dish more closely and it looked like ground meat was in the middle. I asked the waiter for clarification, who went to the kitchen to inquire and confirmed that the vegetables had been cooked with pancetta. Finally, the dessert offered as a vegan option was a mille-feuille with classic custard, much to the surprise of the waiter's umpteenth "No thanks, I'm vegan," and the subsequent chaos of finding a truly vegan option for dessert. While fortunately I don't have any allergies, it's still extremely serious to continue serving omnivorous dishes to vegans, as the staff has no way of knowing if there are underlying medical problems behind this diet. There are people who are allergic to pork, milk, eggs, and so on. Continuing to pass off omnivorous dishes as vegan was truly disrespectful and, in part, risky given the intolerance/allergy issue. There's a lot of work to be done regarding staff professionalism and training on different dietary regimens. Even a quick Google search would be enough. In 2025, it's absurd that a restaurant of this caliber doesn't know the difference between omnivorous, vegetarian, and vegan.

07/12/2025: When a restaurant is great without the need for Michelin aura, you know its worth the experience. Our small family of 4 had the best foodie experience in this home-styled culinary experience consisting of local produce served by a warm and friendly team. Absolutely delicious as we ordered just about everything on the menu. That's what happens when we have 2 growing teenagers. And the view of the evening sunset across the sloping hills just made us feel like God was present.
16/11/2025: Extremely authentic flavors. I've eaten at many good restaurants, but this is one of the few that truly stands out. Excellent cuisine, unique flavors, and excellent service. So much attention to detail.

17/02/2026: Trattoria near the Sile River, with a covered terrace. If you sit outside, there's no service. Cicchetti are nothing special, and red beer is only available during the summer months. I'd say it's better to have a first course or a fried fish dish than cicchetti.

03/07/2025: Domenica scorsa, aspettando ora di pranzo, ci siamo recati alla Fenice per prendere un aperitivo. Il locale è molto carino e caratteristico, ornato da attrezzi ed arnesi agricoli e di cucina dei tempi dei nostri nonni. Quadri e disegni sono molto caratteristici... Abbiamo preso due spritz aperol accompagnati da del pinzimonio all'aperto. Avrei già fatto un pensierino per mangiare in questa enoteca prossimamente visto che le sale sono climatizzate ed il posto mi piace. Lo consiglio...
28/05/2025: I was having some of their excellent finger foods and had the pleasure of being guided to the "treasure room" with plenty of wine bottles to taste. We had a great conversation and I can highly recommend this well sorted wine and food place.

12/06/2025: Entrando qui senti il fascino delle vecchie osterie degli anni 60/70. Le proposte gastronomiche sono stuzzicanti e si capisce che c'è uno chef in cucina assai capace. Anche i vini ed i dolci sono davvero apprezzabili. Una bella riscoperta. Bravi!
20/05/2025: Osteria tipica e carina...penso 35-40 posti a sedere. Arrivati 20.30, prese ordinazioni 21.15. Stesso tempo per avere il vino. Antipasti arrivato 22.30 e secondi alle 23. Terminata la cena 23.45. Slow food ok ma così è troppo slow. Cibo ottimo, ma non ci tornerò per il servizio. Conto sopra la media. Peccato.

13/06/2025: ....abbiamo provato questo locale per un pranzo a menù fisso. Il locale e' molto carino sia all' interno dove e' arredato con gusto sia all esterno dove c'e' un bel giardino. Cibo buono ma....sono rimasta un po' delusa dalle opzioni di scelta: come secondo un banale pollo al forno o una banale caprese o una banale cotoletta alla milanese. Non posso dire di aver mangiato male, ma rispetto alle altre trattorie frequentate a Treviso, il menu proposto non e' stato convincente, troppo banale. Per cui poiché le proposte sono tantissime, la prossima volta ne provero' uno nuovo.

Ma alla Baita sono stato veramente sopreso per l'ottimo servizio del personale di sala alle quali invio un grazie mille e un plauso anche dai miei amici ! Ma torniamo al menu veramente sublime ,ve lo allego perchè merita di provarlo se siete in zona , tutto molto leggero, senza condimenti pesanti che poi fai fatica a digerire . Piatti sublimi con abbinamenti azzeccatissimi . Tutto veramente dezioso da leccarsi i baffi . il dessert di ottima fattura fatto da una paticceria collegata alla Baita . Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo . Bravissim chef e brigata , velocissimi e piatti sempre caldi e gustosi . Ci torneremo senz'altro . grazie mille a Tutti
02/05/2025: Ritorno ancora una volta in questo magnifico ristorante sulle colline del Montello Trevigiano. Ristorante con parcheggio interno ed esterno immerso in un bel parco, ideale per bambini e adulti. Cibo eccellente, dagli antipasti, ai primi fatti in casa e dalle carni buonissime. Portate molto curate e ottime. Buona scelta di vini, sia in bottiglia che vini della casa. Dolci e gelati buonissimi e di loro produzione. Servizio al tavolo molto attento e curato. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Un elogio a 360 gradi, dalla cucina, ai collaboratori di sala e soprattutto alla Direzione della Baita.
