11/01/2025: I've been there 3 times over the years and each time I can't wait to go back. Spectacular food and an infinite cellar (impossible to read the entire wine list) that you can visit. They make simple traditional seasonal dishes with a bit of modernity, I still remember the guinea fowl salad eaten 10 years ago, the most tender and juicy beef fillet ever, and the dessert with marron glaces 😍😍😍 It costs a little more than average but it's worth it for so much quality.

26/12/2024: When you enter a restaurant you set off on a sort of journey, thought out, studied and meticulously put into practice. FEVA welcomes guests by immediately presenting the open kitchen behind the windows, even before they actually enter. Quite a test of courage. Once you cross the threshold, the human warmth that the staff exudes is tangible. Everything was impeccable (applause to Alessandro whose professionalism in the dining room makes the difference). The menu is surprising, with classic but innovative tones. You may like some dishes more, some less: subjective. Overall, when you get up you are satisfied (and definitely full). What really matters is the experience; feeling immersed, trying to understand what lies behind the plates without being afraid to laugh out loud or blow your nose. Haute cuisine accustoms us to standards in which the diner sits, speaks little, and must not disturb the room because someone's eyes are on him. Well, luckily FEVA is NOT this. Sitting, comfortable and without worries. Try it. You won't be disappointed.

Very nice waiters, kind and always smiling as well as beautiful boys and girls. Well done everyone obviously even those who are in the kitchen who don't see each other but work 👏👏👏👏👏

I really liked the veranda overlooking the internal garden, the table service was managed by two very kind and professional ladies

29/12/2024: Unexpected and surprising place at the foot of Montello. From the outside it looks like an inn from times gone by, while upon entering it is a very pleasant little restaurant furnished with modern taste and a warmth that can be felt in every choice. The food is truly fantastic, I don't like pork, much less ribs, but how they served them here... remarkable. Various appetizers and all tasty, in particular the giardiniera "from their garden". Particular risotto is out of the classics. Amazing desserts. Wide choice of wines. Price not cheap, but adequate for the care and taste. It's just a shame that the parking isn't really spacious.

10/12/2024: Beautiful venue, intimate and refined, ideal for a lunch/dinner as a couple or as a family. Highest quality ingredients and unique combinations that enhance every dish. Every time it's a dilemma what to choose from the menu as each dish is really tempting! Warm atmosphere, impeccable service and an unforgettable culinary journey. A true pearl of Montello, well done, well done!

15/01/2025: A pranzo per lavoro, ho scoperto il piacere di stare a tavola. Ottimi i ravioli di zucca ed eccellente il filetto alla Wellington. Da non perdere le frittelle, certamente un classico, ma servite ancora calde allo zabaione, crema e classica, sono indimenticabili. ottima scelta di vini nazionali. Ci tornerò.

28/10/2024: First time at Bosco del Falco for a baptism. Located in the middle of Montello, the place has a large garden with various tables for aperitifs and cicchetti outdoors. I ate very well, I liked everything, the guinea fowl and wild boar were really excellent. I found little attention in supplying the table with water and wine. To return

04/01/2025: Lo conosco da anni e ci torno sempre volentieri. Qualità buona con piatti tipici della zona. Prediligo la carne accompagnata da un buon vino della cantina, rosso o bollicine tutto buono. Forse avrebbe bisogno di un "aggiornamento" nei locali in quanto ormai un po datati. Camerieri gentili e non invadenti. Fa parte della catena dei piatti del buon ricordo. Comunque lo consiglio.

18/12/2024: Pranzo aziendale per due anni di fila. Cibo molto buono, di qualità, abbondante, saporito e di casa. Vino ben servito. Personale cordiale e location molto caratteristica. Consiglio vivamente e ci tornerei subito.

05/01/2025: Excellent historic osteria in the center of Treviso. Strong flavours, the only flaw is that the portions are a little small. I would also like to point out some "bigoli" which looked more like spaghetti alla guitar, by section (see also photo). But excellent seasoning. Like the final tiramisu (but not much of that either).

31/12/2024: I was here for New Year's Eve dinner, they don't do a big dinner but an à la carte menu, which I appreciate. I took crescents filled with montasio, a truly successful dish, cooked just right. Then I tried the pork fillet with baked potatoes, but I liked it, but it was perhaps the least successful dish Furthermore, for dessert I tasted the strudel with cinnamon cream, one of the best strudels I have ever eaten in my life and the combination with the cinnamon cream was excellent. I also tried the tiramisu, good but I was expecting something more, too much coffee for my taste but that's very personal, I found the biscuit not very tasty and too elastic, in my opinion you could do better I really liked the place, it was old but very well kept, small and welcoming Friendly, polite and competent staff Correct prices for the place
