17/05/2025: If you're passing by or wanting a place to eat really amazing food, this is the best place in my opinion. Always loved going and having a nice meal whenever we can. Had my wedding also here and I recommend it fully, they helped us a lot with everything, all the guests left happy and amazed by the tasty food and way of doing of the staff and host.

15/05/2025: I went here for lunch for the first time on the occasion of a baptism. We were placed in the small private room, very beautiful, and the food was truly all exceptional. I did not give 5 stars because I then went for a dinner on a classic weekend and I was honestly a little disappointed. Both first courses ordered (carbonara and asparagus sauce) with plenty of cream, something inconceivable for me in carbonara. The tuna was very good, desserts average.

27/05/2025: A beautiful surprise just a few km from home! A historic place where traditional dishes have the flavor, simplicity, courtesy and genuineness of the managers themselves; you feel like you're at grandma's house. Simple and clean plating, without frills but with a lot of substance! A special mention for the pappardelle with wild boar, perhaps the best I've ever eaten. The cleanliness of the premises and the excellent price-quality ratio make this gastronomic gem an opportunity not to be missed. Congratulations.

20/05/2025: The staff was really professional and they immediately realized that hearing those squawking children was bothering me, so they made us change tables and saved lunch with my girlfriend. The menu had been changed to a spring version, but obviously I couldn't know it and because of this we had difficulty ordering because we didn't like almost anything. The first courses in my opinion were still good but the second course only tasted of chamomile (which was actually tarragon, but completely unbalanced and even cancelled out the truffle)... too bad. Correct price. P.s. from the photos and reviews, I didn't realize it was a family restaurant (from how the manager describes it), my fault and next time I'll be more careful in my choice.

16/05/2025: To get there, you will travel (a few minutes) along one of the most suggestive streets that wind from Terraglio, via Marignana. Then you will leave your car in a convenient tree-lined parking lot. Quiet location, just outside the city confusion, in the "countryside". The interiors are very welcoming and excellently structured. The tables are large, well spaced. The kitchen is practically open. Impeccable dining room service, like a starred restaurant. And the cuisine is no exception, they really know their stuff in the kitchen (we recommend the tartare, it is truly remarkable). Adequate wines, there are those who will give you excellent advice. Everything flows in a relaxed and sufficiently muffled atmosphere. Finally you can also talk in peace. Absolutely correct cost and in line with the offer. It is best to book.

11/05/2025: Correct place, somewhat slow service, dishes with uneven results, some pasta too al dente. There is no menu, the menu is complicated because to the price of the dish you have to add drinks and the always uncertain cost of the cutlery so you don't know how much you will pay in the end, a €10 dish plus a €5 dessert can end up costing €25.

08/05/2025: Absolutely amazing! It was worth coming to Asolo (and it wasn't easy, because the SVT bus only goes to Ca'Vescovo, from where it's another half an hour's walk up the hill) even just to find this gem. A very atmospheric place with a long, interesting history. It seems to be a family business, probably spanning three generations. The lady who served us was very nice and friendly. Since we arrived when the kitchen was not yet operational, the first items we chose were a set of cicchetti in three fish versions and the enigmatic Nervetti (it turned out to be a local snack made of... pork tendons). And then we enjoyed delicious bigoli in salsa and bigoli al'anatra spreads accompanied by homemade frizzante wine. Revelation! Even though Asolo is a well-known tourist attraction in Italy, prices are lower than in neighboring, larger cities. The symbol of al Bacaro is the silhouette of a man in a black coat and a black hat. And what a coincidence: while we were sitting inside, a man in a black coat and a black hat ran down the street :-O. The place was so wonderful that it was a pity to leave. As time passed, more and more guests arrived and then it turned out that there was another room upstairs. I recommend this place to everyone.

05/05/2025: If you want to taste typical Venetian cuisine, you are in the right place. At Celeste, tradition and innovation go hand in hand. The vegetable tortelli with schioppetti pesto and the crunchy asparagus lasagnette are absolutely worth trying. Among the second courses, Cimadolmo asparagus with egg sauce and skewered veal rack with baked potatoes are a delight for the palate. The berry cake is simply sublime.

02/05/2025: Excellent restaurant, fantastic food and well-trained, friendly and attentive staff. Quality appetizers, such as the first and second courses. The lime ice cream is excellent, fresh and thirst-quenching. It offers an outdoor space and ample parking. There are some wonderful landscapes nearby.

04/05/2025: Very nice service. The menu is short but the food is delicious. Be careful if you order the "burger" you get a super tasty pattie with potatoes but the rest of the burger is not available. The portions could be a bit bigger. Overall recommended.
