03/04/2024: Excellent restaurant just outside Orvieto. Very good food with harmonious combinations, a note of merit for the pig off the menu and the self-produced cold cuts. Furthermore, the Sangiovese proposed as the house wine is valid as well as recommended. Everything is introduced and accompanied by the kindness, precision and friendliness of the staff. Prices are slightly above average, but adequate for the experience.

29/03/2024: Cozy and quiet place. I really appreciated the quality of the raw materials with which the dishes are made and the fact that even though there are only two of them, they manage to organize themselves very well. The proposal is broad, genuine and local. I highly recommend dropping by. P.s. the celery sauce is astronomical!!

28/04/2024: Well well.....DON'T LOSE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!!! There were 9 of us without a reservation on the evening of April 26th. The place was already full at 8pm, but they found us the main room by joining 3 tables. Top service, kindness and courtesy from the owners, not to mention the nice and kind girl who looked after us (a cute brunette and always quick). Abundant dishes and excellent preparation. The prices are adequate and we were served quickly. Thanks for everything.

25/02/2024: Inside the village of Collepino, between the green of nature and the pink of the stone there is the San Silvestro tavern ... a timeless place, with Niki's welcome and quality dishes you can't help but be enchanted. Agnolotti with artichoke ragout, grilled lamb and smoked scamorza with truffle. Recommended for taking a break from the daily frenzy and enjoying excellent Umbrian products.

07/01/2024: I returned after 20 years and I assure you that the mushrooms they offer are difficult to forget. Rustic style tavern located in an extremely characteristic village of a few souls. Kind owners and a very familiar environment. Anyone who visits Umbria and its beauties should stop in this tavern.

17/04/2024: It's a good place to have lunch. The menu is honest and average, regardless of the original names attributed to the dishes. Sometimes it may happen that you come across off-menu proposals with apparently simple Umbrian dishes, but which stimulate a sincere and spontaneous "Wow!"; it happened to us, for example, with an extremely unique and special Coratella, but also with a very tender Lamb with Scottadito which "smelled of milk" and tasted of fresh and local products (editor's note: we asked and learned that they are supplied by the historic butcher's shop in Spoleto, Partenzi Lauro & Figli). Andrea, the owner, is kind and, if necessary, knows how to give interesting explanations about food, especially local ones, while his brother Fabio dedicates himself with passion to cooking, supported by people of a certain age and experience in Umbrian dishes and tradition. Returning there in mid-April 2024, we found a change in the dining room staff and we were struck by the availability, kindness and mastery demonstrated by Mr. Giovanni.

25/03/2024: Excellent quality food, trained and attentive staff, pleasant place and atmosphere, honest bill for what we consumed.

06/04/2024: Located in a delightful village, among the most beautiful in Italy, we entered by chance fasting and late for lunch, but we were nevertheless seated with extreme kindness and served, even though the kitchen was already closed. We ate local ham, salami and sausage, a choice of cheeses, rustic pickles, bread and excellent wine until we were satisfied. It couldn't have happened better. Highly recommended.
