You know, everyone is different — and that’s exactly what makes this world awesome. But when, in a restaurant, a chef comes out to tell you that your tastes, your way of life, and your preferences are weird just because you like potatoes or don’t eat meat or fish, and that you’re somehow not “normal” — it doesn’t just feel uncomfortable. You actually start wondering how you ended up in a place where you can’t simply be who you are. We live in a time when individuality is valued and empathy is supposed to matter, and yet you find yourself in a situation like this and can’t quite believe what you’re hearing. I wish you happiness, dear chef.

01/04/2026: TOURIST TRAP! Please, be aware what you are walking into. This restaurant wants to do everything to get the bill up. Don't get me wrong the food is pretty oke, but.. pasta's for 20 euros, pushing for extra sides, "water menu" and appetizers. And even then, you can say this can all be part of a Nicer restaurant. Getting the bill. Glasses of wine for 18,50(had no idea), side dish(no idea it was a side dish) and then to top it off coperta. Which usually happens for cheaper pleases where people order a water and then enjoy the view.. This place is a fake. Don't go here, don't listen to what chatgpt tells you😂

From the first moment we were greeted by the owner, a man of rare kindness and wonderful company, capable of making everyone feel like special guests. The restaurant is meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail: every corner, every décor choice speaks of passion and love for hospitality. The food is simply sublime. Authentic dishes, prepared with quality ingredients and a mastery that captivates from the first bite to the last. It's one of those places where tradition meets creativity, leaving the palate—and the heart—fully satisfied. An experience that will truly remain among the most beautiful memories. 05/05/2026: My boyfriend and I were there a few days ago and were really, really happy. The pici were incredibly fresh and the wild boar ragù was amazing. The guy who served us is very charismatic and talented, and he's passionate about explaining the cuisine and history of Poliziano. We also had an appetizer of crostini with pecorino and lard, which was delicious. I also wanted to try their tiramisu with biscotti, but unfortunately I was full 😂 Definitely worth returning!!

02/05/2026: The food wasn't fresh and the service was extremely rude. Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was very negative. The dishes seemed to be made with low-quality ingredients and weren't fresh at all, which affected both the flavor and the overall presentation. Furthermore, the staff was unprofessional and unfriendly, creating an unpleasant atmosphere throughout the visit. I don't recommend this place and definitely won't be returning.
