Sapori, profumi, gusti di un tempo, della tradizione, del territorio...rivisti, rivisitati e riprodotti dallo Chef Samuele Bravi in maniera ineccepibile. Sala diretta magistralmente dal maitre sommelier Nicola Saporito in grado di saper consigliare abbinamenti ad ogni portata. Futura Osteria un porto sicuro, un approdo enogastronomico certo in un panorama culinario di grandissima incertezza ed inconsistenza. Bravissimi e complimenti.

10/06/2024: Great spot! Didn’t look like much from the outside, but it is very charming on their patios. The owners are lovely and the food was very good. Portions are small, but healthy services is good and friendly. Food is very authentic. We had just done a very long hike on the Frangigena trail So we were dressed casually to say the least. And felt comfortable.

04/08/2024: Utilizzo dell’ottima materia prima con saggezza e rispetto, si sente dalla squisitezza dei piatti che chi sta’ dietro ai fornelli ama il suo lavoro . Niente è lasciato al caso. Si percepisce dai piatti e dai sorrisi del personale di sala che c’è il piacere di far star bene e rendere felice il cliente Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale Bravi bravi bravi Consigliatissimo

24/07/2024: Un esperienza unica, cucina locale rivisitata pur mantenendo i veri sapori della tradizione. Tutti i prodotti vengono scelti e prodotti direttamente dalla gestione interna famigliare, il servizio é di altissima qualità, ti fanno sentire a casa.

19/08/2024: Excellent. Recommended by a friend and I will recommend along. Given how close it is to Ponte Vecchio I was a bit concerned it may be somewhat of a tourist trap but i was absolutely wrong. Cool setting essentially in a little cellar/cove. Service was great. Prices were reasonable (for Florence). The chef/owner walks in and out interacting with the guests. Food was excellent. I sometimes wonder if I ate at the same place as some of the people that gave horrible reviews. I have been around the world and eaten at some of the best restaurants that exist including many with Michelin stars and this is a great place with genuine local cuisine. My only criticism is that the red wine was too warm, but that is not unexpected in a small place like this in the crazy heat of August in Florence. Highly recommend. Small place so although we were lucky to get a table without reseverations if we had come 30min later we would have been out of luck so book in advance if you can.

04/08/2024: Dopo visita agli Uffizi abbiamo pranzato in questo locale lì vicino, conosciuto e frequentato in passato da amici. Unica sala con pochi coperti ma ben curato in stile tipico da osteria, ottima cucina sicuramente non turistica, ottimi crostini toscani, buona panzanella ed una trippa veramente da sogno, la migliore mai mangiata. Oste gentile e simpatico, ci tornerò sicuramente. Consigliato

19/08/2024: Tasty lunch and definitely felt more as though for Italians than tourists. Really excellent roast beef, family also enjoyed the meatballs, eggplant and sides. Less keen on the lasagne but that’s because they wanted the beef instead once they tasted it! Didn’t feel quite as good value as some of the other excellent meals we have had but was delicious. Worth the walk away from the tourist area - agree it can be confusing over which establishment to go to (we knew we had booked the trattoria but had to have someone from the cafe show us the way!).

15/08/2024: Nos trajeron la cuenta con 41 € de más, pedimos una revisión y se justificaron diciendo que había sido un error de cálculo. Nos devolvieron 40, no 41. Desde el principio no quisieron atendernos, alegando que la cocina estaba cerrada. Servicio pésimo y comida con mal sabor.

02/09/2024: My wife had sea food pasta and I had pizza. I’m not a big fan of thick pizza base. Other than that pizza was ok(4.0). My wife rated sea food pasta at 4.5 we rated service at 4.0 but in fairness they were quite busy. Priced fairly for location.

10/08/2024: Well, where should I start... Food: ordered only two salads which were horrible. Ignoring that the big rocket wasn't even chopped, the chicken was tasteless, seasoning wrong, there chunks of salty anchovies which have no place in Ceasar salad, and worst of all I found hair in my salad bowl. Service: critically bad! Long wait to get menus so I had to help myself. I thought that wasn't very well received at first, but I've seen your 1-star reviews, it all makes sense now. I assumed the staff hated us because we declined having bread starters so they treated us unkindly. It took them ages to bring two simple salads. Atmosphere: very cheap-looking and uncomfortable garden furniture, only giving 1 extra star for being so close to the Duomo di Firenze. Never visiting again.

02/08/2024: The location alone is great, we would just have a drink first. But after looking at the map. Still decided to stay for dinner. Delicious! What a T-bone fioritino.

06/08/2024: Venite qui per un’esperienza Toscana autentica e per il buon cibo servito dall’oste e il suo staff, che noi abbiamo trovato molto cortesi e disponibili. Menzione d’onore per i sughi, qui abbiamo mangiato il migliore piatto di pici all’aglione di sempre. La trattoria è un luogo di altri tempi che consigliamo di visitare! Prezzi veramente competitivi, anche loro di altri tempi ☺️

12/07/2024: E' la più antica Trattoria di Rapolano. Roberto, detto Buzzino, è sua moglie Giuseppina propongono piatti della tradizione con professionalità, servizio veloce ed essenziale, a prezzi onesti. Immancabili tagliatelle e pici, arrosti misti (pancetta slurp!), trippa.

21/07/2024: Diciamo che con gli antipasti ci ha già stesso e una pappa col pomodoro che i miei figli hanno leccato il piatto. Tutto strabuono grazie a prodotti genuini scelti e cucinati con maestria. IraqNon so come qualcuno abbia potuto scrivere che è caro... prezzi che non si vedono più da 5 anni! Consigliato! Davvero soddisfatti. Si segnala l ottima accoglienza.

19/06/2024: Ci siamo stati per il mio compleanno mentre eravamo in vacanza a Montecatini, locale trovato da ricerca online. Piatti locali, ottima materia prima, tutto preparato al momento. Proprietario e staff cordiali ed accoglienti, tanta tanta storia dietro al locale e a chi lo gestisce. Per noi un’esperienza bellissima, culinaria ma anche umana. Anche i nostri figli adolescenti hanno apprezzato tutta la serata.

10/07/2024: The experience at this restaurant was, to say the least, grotesque. I entered on an evening when it was pouring and the place was empty: they asked me if I had booked and made me wait to check availability. So far nothing strange. After having made me sit at the table that they wanted to assign to me, I was brought the menu with the list of dishes offered at a cost that I could say was disproportionate for each course. I opted for the dish "Risotto Acquerello with squid ink, smoked butter, herbs and toasted hazelnuts": basically a risotto seasoned with a salty green mush and pieces of hazelnuts, which I was told was excellent and I asked, how to customary, that it was very, very al dente. During the long and inexplicable wait, I was served an entrée that seemed to mimic molecular cuisine, so fashionable a few years ago. The unacceptable factor is that the rice was so overcooked that it formed a mush and the green mush had an unpleasant taste on the palate. The location, minimalist with some modern pieces, overall creates a kitsch environment. The very supportive staff treats customers with detachment and sufficiency. In this case I give one star because I can't put zero. Personally I found the whole thing unclassifiable.

06/08/2024: Despite having booked, and even though we arrived to an empty restaurant, we found ourselves alone in the room. All the other guests who arrived later were made to sit on the terrace. Correct portions, neither abundant nor scarce, but considering the whole bill slightly expensive. Between the starter and the main course we asked for a portion of fried potatoes to be added for the children. We were told that larger tables than ours had arrived and that we would have to wait a bit. We have canceled the request. One of the 2 desserts cost 7 euros. At the time of our request it had not been specified that the cost was different from the others.

26/07/2024: I've been at least a dozen times, and I never say never a disappointment. The top. I'll even leave all the cool places in San Vincenzo, and I'll come up here to eat. Fantastic fried fish...

02/07/2024: Anche se la tappa è stata breve essendo l'ora di pranzo, abbiamo apprezzato la gentilezza e la qualità dei pasti (antipasti toscani e pici all'glione), quindi consiglio questa locanda a chi voglia fermarsi a Pitigliano

24/06/2024: Siamo a cena in questa location da sogno, in una serata molto ventosa veniamo ospitati all'interno del locale. Abbiamo mangiato due tartare di chianina, una trippa e una tagliata di manzo con rucola e parmigiano. Due dolci molto buoni e una lista ampia di amari. Servizio nei tempi, personale gentile, nota in evidenza forse un pochino alti i prezzi per le portate che abbiamo preso. Grazie per la serata!!!

16/07/2024: Lekker met ons gezin van 6 personen gegeten. Kaart heel goed maar alleen in het Italiaans. Er komen ook veel locals. Ze hebben ok Liza’s maar is feitelijk een toscaans restaurant. Personeel is vriendelijk en spreekt Engels. We dronken wijn van de eigenaar van onze agriturismo. Aanrader

07/07/2024: Ottimo, elegante, accogliente e un buon sottofondo musicale. Professionalità, attenzione ai clienti e originalità dei piatti. Accolti con un calice di bollicine e un entre' offerto con schiacciata a seguito, appena sfornata. Sono solo l'inizio di una cena superlativa. Carta dei vini ben assortita e piacevole anche la varietà dei dessert fatti in casa. Conto giusto e non salato come leggevo da recensioni precedenti. Si spende ciò che si ordina, e solo matematica. Ritorneremo Chapeau

12/07/2024: Good medium-priced restaurant who offer a great gluten-free menu, if required. Lovely, lively ambiance, and very friendly and helpful staff.

09/07/2024: I had a 7:00 reservation and from the moment I showed up the owner was extremely rude to me and basically brushed me off. After I was finally sat, I could still hear the owner arguing with another staff member and I’m quite sure it was me they were arguing over. It made me extremely uncomfortable and I felt very unwelcome. I politely excused myself and said “that’s ok. I will go elsewhere.” Owner flicked his wrist at me and said, “ok ciao ciao” obviously not bothered in the least that he just lost business. Maybe he was having a bad day .. who knows .. but when a customer is leaving with tears in their eyes feeling very offended .. that’s a problem. Save yourself some grief and go down the street to many other restaurants that will be happy to have you!!
