11/10/2025: Dinner to forget. Long waits for the dishes. I had a sliced ​​steak and the side dish arrived 20 minutes later after several requests. A hair was found in the first course, and we had to ask for cheese three times. The pizzas were raw and watery. A terrible experience, never to be returned. I'm responding to your reply. Since it was a celebration for us, we didn't want it to end worse than this. However, you can report me if you want, but my opinion doesn't change. And given the other reviews, I'm not the only one complaining. Change jobs.

15/09/2025: From Lazio to Tuscany, but with disappointment. Nothing to say about the location, except for a few details that would have certainly made a difference. But when we asked for the menu, we were told the oven was broken, and most of the dishes couldn't be served because they'd run out of ingredients. And after choosing, obviously without much of a choice, a simple cheese board and pasta with pesto (which I usually eat at home), we asked for the poached egg (on the menu) and were told it took too long to prepare. Two glasses of wine we requested were poured not from the bottle, but from a carafe. Origin unknown. Finally, not even a decaf coffee. Honestly, if I had been in the restaurant, I would have warned about all these problems. We won't be returning, sorry.

28/07/2025: Quaint and rustic. We were looked after by the personable and very obliging and helpful Ivan. Our visit also included a wine-tasting of biodynamic wines. Perfect for a Steiner educated family 🥰 Morizo was our wine guide who schooled us on Brunello and Rosso. We are absolute philistines and knew nothing about this type of wine. So this added to our southern hemisphere repertoire of Pinot Noir and Barossa valley reds.

23/05/2025: Locale alla vecchia maniera, casalingo e accogliente. Il menù è ovviamente tipicamente toscano e ma da vegetariana sono riuscita comunque a scegliere. La qualità è eccellente, le porzioni giuste. Antipasti a 8€ primi sui 15€ e secondi sui 18€. Rapporto qualita prezzo eccellente!!!

19/05/2025: Ho mangiato da sola in questo ristorante storico. AMBIENTE:Il locale è molto bello, che sa di antico. Due salette, tavoli spartani con tovagliette e personale gentissimo. CIBO:Non ho mangiato molto perché la loro proposta è diversa da quello che volevo io per cena. Oltre ai piatti nel menù c'erano anche piatti del giorno come il collo di anatra ripieno e le fave fresche con il pecorino. RAPPORTO QUALITA'/PREZZO: essendo in centro città mi sembra un costo ragionevole e non eccessivo Bellissimo locale e ottima la loro zuppa tipo ribollita

08/08/2025: I just went to the restaurant for a quick lunch: excellent!!! Homemade pasta, tagliatelle, ravioli, and sautéed porcini mushrooms: EXCELLENT!!! Very friendly and fast service. Good value for money!! 1 tortellone, 1 tagliatelle, 1 sautéed mushroom. Bread, water, grated cheese, 2 covers (in a lovely air-conditioned veranda - August 8th) €32!!!

15/06/2025: Accoglienza squisita di un ragazzo molto spigliato, gentile e disponibile a dare informazioni sui piatti e sulla Toscana. Abbiamo preso due antipasti, due primi e il dolce ed era tutto buono.

17/05/2025: We came to this restaurant inspired by the positive reviews and we were not disappointed. The pasta dishes were really very tasty, the staff welcomed us really well and in a friendly way. We were sitting outside and it was great since it is in a very quiet side street of the city. Highly recommended!

06/10/2025: On a busy Sunday in October, we stumbled upon this trattoria. The space isn't very large, but it was very welcoming. The owners were extremely courteous and willing to welcome us, even though the place was almost full. The food features traditional local dishes, all very good. The value for money is excellent. It's definitely an unpretentious place, and perhaps that makes it a little more appealing, as you're welcomed into a typical trattoria-style atmosphere, a welcoming and helpful family atmosphere without too many frills, where the owner is happy to chat with you. It's ideal for those who want to stop and enjoy a moment of tranquility and feel a little at home.

15/09/2025: The homemade pasta is good. The platter and crostini are excellent. The staff are very kind and helpful. I'm not giving it 5 stars because they didn't inform us that the POS was out of order before seating us. A typical Arezzo osteria. A little more cleaning wouldn't hurt.

01/10/2025: The staff was loud and didn't speak English clearly. It was difficult to understand them. After ordering, we waited a short time for our food, but the waiter kept staring at us even while we ate.The rest of the staff seemed too interested in us. They also brought us some leftovers and bread in a bag that we didn't ask for, but they added it to the bill, along with a Coke that should have been €3 but it was 4€ and they charged us 4 even though one was supposed to be included in the price of the pizza

03/10/2025: We came on a Friday evening, without a reservation. The meat was very rare, they didn't even ask us how we wanted our meat cooked. Then we ordered baked potates as a side and took them forever to bring them to the table. The whole menu looked dull and not appealing. Staff were rude and unfriendly

29/09/2025: Visited this osteria in Arezzo on a Monday, when many other restaurants were closed. The tagliata, a typical dish from Tuscany, was generous but average, with a lot of sinew. The waiter insisted on a huge bowl of pappa al pomodoro for antipasto despite my already large order. White beans were fine, though I expected green beans as contorno. Service was extremely poor, from a bearded male waiter wearing glasses of petite build who was so unfriendly for unknown reasons. Average food, unforgettably bad service.

08/02/2025: Vine aquí a mitad de semana con un grupo grande. Hicimos reserva, y el restaurante hizo frente admirablemente. Este es un restaurante muy bueno que ofrece una excelente relación calidad-precio. La comida es italiana y variada. No hubo quejas de nadie. Si vas a asistir a una conferencia en el centro MiCo y quieres un lugar local para una cena, este es un gran restaurante auténtico para visitar.

12/10/2025: Il Pinone. A historic restaurant on Montalbano. The furnishings are a bit dated, but the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, offering a wonderful view. Traditional Tuscan cuisine with a meat and fish menu. Friendly and efficient service. This time we opted for the meat menu and took advantage of the availability of local porcini mushrooms. Everything was delicious. The ingredients are treated with care. The wait times, considering the restaurant was full, were absolutely appropriate for freshly prepared dishes. Special mention goes to the desserts prepared by Ilenia. We were full, but we couldn't say no, and we were right. A delicious warm cheesecake, an exquisite chocolate mousse, and Ilenia even let us try her salted caramel brittle... Super! Absolutely excellent value. Then we sat on the terrace to eat like lizards. Ample parking under the pine trees. Great in the summer for a bit of cool air. I could have posted photos of the dishes, but you know, I won't. Why? Because you have to come. Enjoy your meal.

21/09/2025: A great lunch to celebrate my grandparents' birthday. The food was very well prepared. Excellent fried mushrooms, tortelli mugellani, and tagliatelle. Attentive and friendly service. Great for a Sunday lunch!
