08/07/2025: Durante un reciente viaje a Sicilia y las Islas Eolias, cenamos en cuatro restaurantes con estrellas Michelin y Don Serafina en Ragusa fue, con diferencia, el más destacado. Excelente comida, servicio y un entorno precioso. No pudimos encontrarle ninguna pega y el personal estuvo atento sin ser demasiado. Una experiencia verdaderamente memorable y en nuestra opinión ¡Don Serafina merece tener dos estrellas Michelin!

26/06/2025: The food is really really good. Well done chef! We enjoyed it a lot. Thank you! Definitely worth coming to this place if you are staying in the area. When we walked in, there was a sewage smell, but it went away very quickly. Not sure what it was. The service is a mixed bag. The lady that looked after our table was great. The short guy with dark hair at the front desk was rude when we walked in, but he was fine on our way out. The sommelier is kind of grumpy. It’s a shame, hence I am giving them a four stars and I hope they will read this review.

22/08/2025: We expected more based on the reviews we read.. normal portions.. very overdone with the salt.. overall we were not thrilled.

22/08/2025: I had dinner at Luigi's a couple of days ago. It's a small but very welcoming trattoria, just like Luigi, who is very courteous. The dishes were excellent; we had four different starters and we all loved them. I especially had the spaghetti with anchovies, breadcrumbs, and lemon: extraordinary! The desserts were also excellent... definitely worth trying.

04/09/2025: A wonderful experience in the magical setting of Ragusa Ibla. Excellent and unique dishes. The impeccable, professional service, coupled with friendly service, made us feel at ease. Highly recommended.

You'll have an option to choose from few different tasting menus that take you through different re-invented italian dishes that showcase local fresh produce. You can opt for a wine pairing or select your favourite form a relatively thick wine list.

06/09/2025: This restaurant is a real disappointment, although it is recommended if the waiter really does his job properly. The one who plays the boss is unpleasant, pretentious and disrespectful of the customer. It feels like the room is divided in two. On one side are the locals, on the other are the tourists... as for the quality of the food... It's flat and to top it all off the pasta arrived cold! Avoid

29/08/2025: Poor food, they don't know fish. We had fried mixed seafood, calamari, and vegetables, and a chicken sandwich, all frozen and of poor quality. There's no table service, but we paid for everything: the tiles where your food is served, as if you could just take it away, the paper placemats, and the sauces you didn't order. They don't have a bathroom, and I was advised to take my daughter to the bar. There were seven of us and one child, and for the quality and quantity of food, we paid a fortune.

28/08/2025: A typical local restaurant, focusing on traditional Modica and Sicilian dishes. I'm originally from the area and rediscovered the flavors of my youth with potato balls, arancini, and excellent ricotta ravioli with pork stew. The lolli with fava beans and cavati are also excellent. Very fair prices. Recommended if you're passing through Modica!

30/08/2025: What can I say... The stalls have become an icon of Iblei's culinary excellence... Fantastic Mood, characterized by a superb and unsurpassed baroque setting!!! This charm, of course, is accentuated when you enter the restaurant as you savor the delicacies of the various courses. Everything you taste will be heavenly!!! Top-notch cuisine!! Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff, futuristic venue!!! Very clean and welcoming. I recommend it to true connoisseurs of the sector and beyond...

06/09/2025: Simply amazing food with very pleasant service. The Quattro Gati starter is highly recommended. All the pasta dishes were delicious, and the Saccata and Turamisu desserts were the best of our entire Sicilian vacation. Overall, a 10/10 in all aspects.
