08/07/2025: Durante un reciente viaje a Sicilia y las Islas Eolias, cenamos en cuatro restaurantes con estrellas Michelin y Don Serafina en Ragusa fue, con diferencia, el más destacado. Excelente comida, servicio y un entorno precioso. No pudimos encontrarle ninguna pega y el personal estuvo atento sin ser demasiado. Una experiencia verdaderamente memorable y en nuestra opinión ¡Don Serafina merece tener dos estrellas Michelin!

26/06/2025: The food is really really good. Well done chef! We enjoyed it a lot. Thank you! Definitely worth coming to this place if you are staying in the area. When we walked in, there was a sewage smell, but it went away very quickly. Not sure what it was. The service is a mixed bag. The lady that looked after our table was great. The short guy with dark hair at the front desk was rude when we walked in, but he was fine on our way out. The sommelier is kind of grumpy. It’s a shame, hence I am giving them a four stars and I hope they will read this review.

12/10/2025: I had lunch at Ristorante Duomo in Ragusa Ibla – and it was one of the best culinary experiences of my life. As soon as you enter, you realize that the highest standards are being met here. The service is excellent – ​​every move is perfect, everything meshes seamlessly together as if in a perfectly staged performance. The wait staff is absolutely superb – professional, attentive, speaks excellent French and English, and explains each dish with passion and knowledge. The kitchen offers a modern, creative, and subtle interpretation of Sicilian classics. The portion sizes are generous – you can truly "taste" each individual course. I was particularly impressed by the seafood and fish – a culinary level I've never experienced before. I was worried beforehand – based on some Google reviews – that I would be rushed through the menu. But no way: The dishes are served quickly, but at no point are you rushed through – they offer enough space to enjoy each course in peace. A special shout-out goes to the sommelier: He served some truly special wines that I won't soon forget. And all of this with extraordinary friendliness and great expertise. For comparison: The night before, I ate at a one-star restaurant in Noto. I wondered if you could tell the difference – my answer: Yes, absolutely. The service and dishes at the Duomo are at least a notch above. Simply: Thank you for this wonderful lunch – I'll be back!

03/10/2025: There is a reason why this restaurant has 2 Michelin stars and it isn't just for its food (which is spectacular). From the moment we walked in till the moment we left both my partner and myself felt like royalty. The service was impeccable and the attention to detail was second to none. There is no other word that one can use to describe the whole experience except for the word Immaculate. I never cease to be amazed when I eat here and I can't wait to go again in just a few weeks time. Chapeau

21/09/2025: Luigi is the best! With a huge smile he serves the most delicious dishes, providing light entertainment as he interacts with the customers of the night. A little patience is both required and rewarded. Be sure to be there when the restaurant opens. Or make a reservation.

20/09/2025: Exceptional in every way! Typical Sicilian dishes prepared with top-quality ingredients, local and refined products. All served in an intimate, refined, and welcoming atmosphere. Making the experience even more special is the presence of Mr. Luigi, a friendly and delightful host. Highly recommended!

12/10/2025: Fun space. The service was excellent and the food even better.

07/10/2025: A truly beautiful, unique, and special place. Service was barely adequate; it took at least 15 minutes to get a bottle of water. The dishes were tasty, but the quantity was truly inadequate. The staff was courteous, but seemed overwhelmed; perhaps not enough for the customers?

06/10/2025: The food was fine. The meat was nice and soft, and the sauce in my girlfriend's dish added a nice flavour. The lemon gel was basically frozen lemon juice which was meh (but then, it's kind of to be expected). The cannolo was nice, not the absolute best, but I was happy with it. The staff is nice and friendly, and the place feels very local out of the way of the main tourism sites.

13/10/2025: We liked the restaurant so much that we returned two nights in a row. Welcoming a warm welcome from the owner, Corrado, we ate excellent seafood dishes, both in quality and preparation. The cassata was spectacular. Highly recommended.

04/10/2025: I'd love to give the service extra stars! I've never had such an attentive, child-loving, competent, yet unobtrusive waiter in my life. Bravissimo! 10 out of 5! The restaurant is typically Sicilian, with a somewhat shabby and quirky decor, but very charming. The food was wonderful, and the prices were reasonable. Thank you for the lovely evening!

26/09/2025: We immediately received a warm welcome from the waiter, whose professionalism, friendliness, and kindness made our birthday a pleasant one. We celebrated with dinner at this restaurant, sitting on the terrace and enjoying a lovely atmosphere. For dinner, we had cheese-stuffed onions as an appetizer, which were delicious. We then tried the pasta, pork shank, and beef with potatoes. Everything was quite good.

15/09/2025: That place you don't expect, but you want to return to! The dishes are truly exceptional: unique, well-defined flavors that leave you hungry for more. Try the Tagliatelle with Lamb Ragù and Roast Lamb. If you're in Modica, it's worth walking a few steps from the center to discover this place. Excellent Modica cuisine, everything is delicious, and the prices are more than fair. Highly recommended!

14/09/2025: While on vacation in Sicily, we saw this restaurant along the road to Modica. The sign says "traditional cuisine," so we stopped in. It was a great experience. We returned every night we were in Modica. We took their advice and tried a few different dishes, including the pizza. All the food was excellent. The owners are friendly, kind, and attentive to their customers. We had a great time. They also gave us advice on what to try and see in Modica. Well done, keep up the good work.
