We had the pleasure of dining here twice, a week apart, and were thrilled both times. Each dish speaks of the care and passion put into its preparation: high-quality ingredients, authentic flavors, and generous portions that celebrate tradition.
The staff, always kind and attentive, made us feel welcomed like family, adding warmth and attention to every moment of the evening. The location is splendid: immersed in nature, it offers a relaxing and evocative atmosphere that makes the meal even more special.
I recommend this experience to everyone: here, it's not just about eating well, but about savoring authenticity, hospitality, and beauty.

The place offers delicious, home-cooked cuisine, prepared just the right amount, allowing you to truly savor the local cuisine with a set menu. It offers appetizers featuring ricotta, eggplant, cured meats, cheeses, and much more, as well as two first courses and a main course featuring Sardinian suckling pig.
Highly recommended.

13/08/2025: A dinner that made us feel like we were traveling through the scents and flavors of Sardinia.
My boyfriend and I chose this restaurant almost by chance, and we found ourselves immersed in an authentic and satisfying experience. The cheese platter speaks of tradition with every bite, the malloreddus alla campidanese envelop us with warmth, and the saffron fregola with mushrooms and sausage is a perfect blend of aromas and textures.
The desserts, delicate and unforgettable, ended the evening like a sweet caress. The staff, sweet and attentive to every detail, made us feel welcomed and at home. And the price, so fair for the quality and generosity of the food, was a pleasant final surprise.
A place that remains in the heart, to be cherished and revisited.

Tartare di tonno rosso e tonno rosso s ottato eccellenti di ottima qualità, da provare anche carpaccio di seppia e tagliolini all'articolo ottimi.

13/07/2025: Great availability even when booking by phone, excellent on-site reception, super-fast preparation of my young son's dish (cutlets and fries). I chose the lobster linguine, a true delicacy as well as a beautiful sight, not to mention the decidedly generous portion, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I then continued with some delicious shrimp and fish meatballs, finishing with a delicious lactose-free Catalan cream. My husband chose land between a lovely appetizer of Sardinian cheeses and cured meats and a very good Angus beef, to finish with his own dessert and a warm chocolate cake for my son. We chose the à la carte menu due to our preference, but they also offer very interesting guided tasting menus. I also want to highlight the attention to detail in every single course, as well as the option of lactose-free options, including desserts. The value for money was absolutely more than fair. We had a great time and therefore highly recommend it, both for families and in general. The location is intimate, minimal yet effective, and super clean (as are the bathrooms).
13/07/2025: We ordered a menu that included 10 appetizers, bread, water, fregola with seafood, pasta with truffles, and dessert for €30 per person. The carabineri were spectacular.

06/08/2025: A delightful hotel in a magical setting in central Sardinia. It has a small pool overlooking the village of Seulo and a terrace where you can have lunch or simply read a book. We enjoyed a sumptuous breakfast, filled with fresh, local produce, delicious pastries, and a wide selection.
A pleasant discovery!
29/07/2025: The hotel with its pool, the staff, the surroundings, the Italian food, and not to forget the Italian wine—all of this makes your heart race.
As a motorcyclist, Sardinia is simply a dream.

È stato molto piacevole scoprire che la qualità delle pietanze che abbiamo gustato è immutata. Il menù fisso non punisce l’eccellenza dei piatti. Antipasto vario con verdure, salumi e formaggi. Michele, che produce le eccellenze che porta in tavola, è sempre prodigo nel descrivere ciò che abbiamo gustato.
Notevoli i primi e strepitosi gli arrosti: agnello e porcellino.
Ottimi anche i dolci.
Non vediamo l’ora di tornarci!

25/07/2025: A typical restaurant serving traditional Sardinian food. Reservations are recommended. Parking is limited. The owner is a unique but friendly character. A good selection of cheeses. Wine is available only by the glass, either Cannonau, which is very good, or Vermentino. The myrtle liqueur is a must-try; it's special. Good price. I recommend it.
24/07/2025: More than a restaurant it seems like a trattoria from another time. Typical Sardinian cuisine with generous portions. The very friendly owner makes you feel at home. The prices are, let's say, fair. I'm a tourist and I recommend it, if I were from the area I would return.

We were served a multi-course menu, typical of the region – all freshly prepared, using ingredients directly from the farm or from the surrounding area. Each course was lovingly presented and tasted excellent. The homemade pasta, the tender meat dish, and the fantastic dessert deserve special mention. The accompanying regional wine was also first-class. I would also like to mention everything that was served.
A big thank you to the team for this unforgettable evening! We would love to come back.

03/08/2025: Ho cenato qui con alcuni amici e siamo rimasti tutti entusiasti. Il posto è semplicemente favoloso: immerso nel verde e nella tranquillità più assoluta, un’atmosfera suggestiva, curata nei dettagli e lontano dai rumori del paese. Ideale per chi cerca una serata rilassante e fuori dal caos.
Il personale davvero gentile e disponibile. Ottimi gli antipasti e sopratutto la carne!
Un luogo che merita davvero di essere scoperto e vissuto. Ci torneremo sicuramente!
27/07/2025: We came to this wonderful corner of paradise on the recommendation of a dear friend, and no advice could have been more accurate! Piccolo Ranch is expertly managed by the excellent Cristian, always present, professional, and discreet. The same goes for the entire staff—Erika, Manuel, and Nicola—who are excellent in organizing the restaurant and eager to please guests with their presentation of traditional Sardinian dishes. All this creates a family-friendly atmosphere, transforming a simple stay of a few days into a wonderful adventure to be repeated as soon as possible!
Highly recommended!
