05/01/2025: Popular tavern in the main street of Grottaferrata. Recommended by locals, it did not disappoint expectations: traditional Roman dishes in a typical and informal environment. Authentic flavors accompanied by the excellent house wine: the choice of starters is a little more limited than the main courses. The main dish is the boiled meatballs: melting and soft like butter, very tasty. Value for money more than excellent, extremely favorable. Advised

16/02/2025: I frequented this restaurant in the 80s with my family and relatives, I returned years ago with friends and I continue to frequent it every now and then, today I would like to thank a waiter, Gianni, for the fantastic service, he took care of us impeccably, always available and satisfied us with every request, these are the people who deserve to work because they do it with passion and dedication, which is now rare nowadays, especially in this sector. Top Gianni, taking nothing away from the other colleagues, who I am sure are professional and helpful like him.

15/02/2025: CANNETO is a traditional restaurant that finds its commercial strength in its repetition of menus for dozens and dozens of years. There isn't a day of the week for lunch or dinner that CANNETO isn't full (or almost) of loyal customers. Therefore the choices that can be made are always the same. And this reason is also a reason of little attraction if one wishes to try new "classic" dishes perhaps revisited from a different perspective. The large car park allows those arriving to easily park their car. When it's the weekend... the problem is finding a seat in the various rooms of the structure. For meetings with relatives, friends, acquaintances... it is certainly the right choice. If you want to eat with a little more privacy...well the place isn't exactly the most appropriate. Table service depends a lot on who shows up: the willing young waiters do their best to juggle the orders at the various tables. But the "old people" (so to speak) up to a certainty and you will easily find your dish served in a decent time. A vote of certainty and confidence... for those who have been on the crest of the wave of Roman catering for over half a century.
