01/01/2025: 31.12.2024. New Year's Eve dinner: a disaster. Dishes that are scarce and lacking in originality. Two examples to understand. Mandarin in the glass: 5 segments of mandarin with a mint leaf, it would seem, in a glass. Good luck lentils with traditional sausages: two small pieces, equal to 2/4 of a slice of cotechino. It's a real shame, because I made a terrible impression on two of my guests, focusing on the quality of the venue which was totally lacking. So much disappointment among those present.

03/01/2025: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, attracted by the outside. As soon as you enter, you enter a welcoming, warm room that immediately makes you feel at home. We took two first courses, one sliced ​​and another second course accompanied by side dishes: All delicious, of high quality and cooked to perfection. The same goes for the desserts. The service was impeccable, polite, present but never intrusive. Congratulations guys, if we were to return to Frascati we will definitely be back!

07/01/2025: Nice place, very kind, staff very attentive to customer needs. Everything taken care of, extraordinary dishes with delicate flavours. Interesting descriptions of the dishes from the chefs, and from the sommelier for the wines. The underground tunnel is also nice to visit, when accessible. Definitely worth returning! Thank you!

I fully confirm that it is a welcoming, very organised, restaurant with an elegant and refined style. The food was delicious and with a touch of originality in every dish. Highly recommended.

30/12/2024: Cozy place and helpful and friendly staff. Interesting menu, good food from starters to meat main courses. I was a little disappointed by the truffle carbonara, I was expecting something more. As a second course, the really good braised beef. Overall we had a very good time, given the quality of the menu offered we paid the right price. To return.

02/12/2024: Excellent dinner. The very kind welcome of the waiter already predisposes positively to the dinner. Ate a fresh pasta alla gricia revisited with the addition of porcini mushrooms: excellent for preparation, quality of the raw material and abundant quantity. Appetizer of breaded and fried cardoncelli mushrooms, really very good. Honest prices in relation to the value of the restaurant. Truly recommended restaurant.

24/11/2024: Negative experience. We went today for lunch, there were 8 of us. After sitting for a good 20 minutes they finally bring us water. We want to order, there is no menu, the lady arrives to offer us the dishes, already annoyed, as if we were almost doing her a favor by staying there. We order the appetizers and first courses. The appetizers arrived on paper plates, but oh well it was the minor problem, the first courses instead arrived after 1 hour and a half. Roman dishes not up to par. Carbonara average, amatriciana (if it can be defined as such) absolutely zero, the tomato was completely watery. After having been there long enough to conclude a wedding, but having only eaten two things, we get up to go to pay, open heaven, we were all friends and everyone wanted to pay their share. Nothing, the lady was upset by this fact, she wanted a single share, even though we had proposed to increase the price for each of us to also make us pay the commission, but nothing, she didn't want to know about it. In the end only one of us had to pay and then, we had to exchange money. Obviously we didn't see a receipt. Reasonable price... well for the quality of the food, even too much perhaps. Terrible organisation. The lady was nervous and grumpy all the time and had zero tact for customers, she shouted around the "room" with her collaborator and every time you asked her for something you had to hear her snort in your face. really shocking things. A piece of advice, limit the seating a bit, too many seats for a very small restaurant. Maybe then you could have a decent organization.

24/11/2024: We came across this tavern/fraschetta by chance because the characteristic environment caught our attention. The service is basic, food is served on paper plates. The owner, constantly on her cell phone and speaking in a loud voice, was sitting at a table next to ours. After a chat with the manager, who was also the chef, he didn't seem to shine with a passion for cooking. The classic dishes of the Roman tradition, Amatriciana and Gricia, were not up to par. Overcooked pasta and watered down sauce. The quality/price ratio is not exactly that of an osteria or a fraschetta.

28/12/2024: Excellent carbonara with attentive service! Appreciated the bowl of water for the dog without having asked for it!
