The location is meticulously maintained, with a splendid view of the Roman hills, perfect for a romantic dinner or a day with family or friends. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always smiling, making you feel truly at home. The menu offers traditional dishes with a refined twist, using fresh, quality ingredients: every course is meticulously crafted, from flavor to presentation. The local wines are also excellent, perfectly pairing each dish. Ultimately, a place you'll always want to return to—for the good food, the relaxed atmosphere, and the authentic welcome. Highly recommended!

The cuisine is authentic Roman, prepared as it should be. Every course, from appetizer to dessert, was a succession of flavors: everything was exquisite, without exception. The quality-price ratio was more than fair, especially considering the quality of the food and service.

19/04/2026: This place was a very welcome sanctuary from the very poor and low quality restaurants of Rome City where we felt like pariahs being tourists. Service and food was excellent and the prices very reasonable. We felt welcomed which was something very lacking in Rome. If the opportunity presented itself to revisit, we would. 27/04/2026: A historic restaurant in a central location, recommended by friends, and it lived up to expectations. The atmosphere is familiar yet elegant, with attentive and meticulous service. During our family lunch, my mother had serious allergies: the chef personally came to the table to ask her in detail and propose express dishes, specially prepared on the spot. A truly rare and much-appreciated attention. Excellent value for money, but what is most impressive is the quality of the service and food.
