05/09/2025: I've been to this restaurant several times, always for dinner. What can I say? Their delicacies are guaranteed in terms of quality, deliciousness, and that feeling of love from the first bite! The grilled fillet—my favorite—is simply amazing!
If you ever come to Frascati, I highly suggest you stop by and enjoy the great Italian food! If you're a meat lover, this place is definitely for you: you'll simply love it!

26/08/2025: We stopped by chance, because among the places on the belvedere it was the one that seemed the most beautiful and tidy, in fact it turned out to be a wonderful experience, we had various appetizers and a classic cacio e pepe, to finish a really good and unusual cheesecake, the service was polite and fast, everyone was really good.

we didn't like anything.

08/07/2025: Terrible service. We were served extremely late and carelessly accompanied by annoying and out of place sarcastic statements from the owner. Seeing the other tables finish dinner without seeing our order arrive denotes in my opinion a profound rudeness on the part of the staff. Absolutely not recommended from the moment we kindly exposed the problem at the time of payment we did not receive any kind of courtesy on the price.
30/06/2025: By mistake the online portal made us book for a Saturday lunch when in reality the place would not have service.
Mario welcomed us anyway and provided a table just for us.
Incredible location, rare welcome and kindness, excellent food and fair prices.
Highly recommended!

28/08/2025: Located in a location with a stunning view of Rome, this centuries-old restaurant is a must-try if you want to eat well and make a great impression.
The menu is frequently updated with seasonal products, but some traditional staples remain, like their absolutely must-try cacio e pepe.
The desserts they prepare with care and love are also noteworthy. I recommend the zuppa inglese if you can find it, because it literally sells out quickly.
27/08/2025: Our son's graduation dinner on July 24th on a wonderful terrace with a truly lovely atmosphere. The chef was superb and the staff was extra helpful. As a surprise, they even delivered a wonderful cake from the pastry chef! Superb! Marina Morelli

22/07/2025: Excellent experience. I had lunch and dinner at this fantastic restaurant. The menu offers good selections of first and second courses. Generous portions. Isabella and Stefano are very friendly. I definitely think that next time I'm in Frascati, I'll return to Grappolo D'Oro, especially because I have to try the renowned porchetta!

16/08/2025: The place itself is nice but I don't understand why when I asked for a pizza with vegetables without mozzarella (so focaccia) they brought me a microscopic strip of dough like "pinsa", then I asked why it wasn't a pizza and they replied "you asked for a focaccia" ... ok, so can you bring me a pizza with vegetables without mozzarella? They replied "that then becomes focaccia and I always bring you this, what difference does it make to you? If it's small I'll bring you another one" Naturally I received a product that wasn't crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, even undercooked... that's what's the difference! But then what kind of answer is that? Isn't the pizza chef capable of making a round pizza without mozzarella? Not to mention the cost of the mini focaccia (12€) and the fact that the bill was done on a sheet of paper on the fly... well... rude and expensive, never again!

13/07/2025: We finally managed to experience Zaraza’ a nice local restaurant in Frascati a beautiful city closed to Rome on top of a hill where at sunset you can literally see Rome underneath your sight
It was a great experience especially if you want to experience something different which is away from the traditional and commercial places that sell mainly aperitifs, pizza & cold cuts
As starters we have tried the homemade porchetta which was delicious however the presentation was a bit poor with some not fresh rocca leaves and 1 cherry tomato
As main courses we had the homemade tagliolini with zucchini & zucchini flowers which were mind-blowing and the homemade chicken with tomatoes & red capsicum sauces
We were extremely satisfied and impressed by the quality of the genuineness of the food
The only note where there should be improvement is definitely the service, great job done by Marco at the beginning with the recommendations, however after serving the main courses we were left alone nobody came to check if we were good or ask for any feedback, they didn't cleared the plates and nobody asked for desserts so we decided to pay & leave
The place deserves an 8 out of 10, especially at sunset time
05/07/2025: Un’ottima trattoria storica nel cuore di Frascati, una cucina tradizionale e un servizio familiare ma attento e curato. Una vista bellissima su Roma che rende l’atmosfera molto esclusiva.
