15/11/2025: A restaurant I recommend without hesitation to anyone seeking authentic Roman cuisine in Frascati, in a family-friendly yet refined atmosphere. The cuisine is authentic Roman, prepared as it should be. Every course, from appetizer to dessert, was a succession of flavors: everything was exquisite, without exception. The quality-price ratio was more than fair, especially considering the quality of the food and service.

18/01/2026: Grande magniata on boxing day. Has all the classics and a lot of meat. Great stop if you're in the castelli.

The location is meticulously maintained, with a splendid view of the Roman hills, perfect for a romantic dinner or a day with family or friends. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always smiling, making you feel truly at home. The menu offers traditional dishes with a refined twist, using fresh, quality ingredients: every course is meticulously crafted, from flavor to presentation. The local wines are also excellent, perfectly pairing each dish. Ultimately, a place you'll always want to return to—for the good food, the relaxed atmosphere, and the authentic welcome. Highly recommended!

06/01/2026: I was with my wife and daughter for lunch on 30/12. We were welcomed by the waitress with kindness and friendliness. We ate very well: first course, artichokes and bacon, saltimbocca, arrosticini, potatoes, wine, coffee and biscuits offered by the restaurant (see photo). While we had already started, there was a misunderstanding about the saltimbocca due to my wife's allergies and they remade the dish. Thanks again. It's not for everyone.... I highly recommend the fresh and excellent products.

19/12/2025: I returned to this place with friends after a few years because both the quality of the food and the pizza were so inviting. Tonight, I was surprised to see that they still made pizzas, both in the photos and on the menus. Upon arrival, I was told they no longer operated as a pizzeria and were only operating as a restaurant. Since it was too late to make another choice, we stayed. We ordered appetizers and first courses. I had to give up the first course because the dish had a strong odor... like detergent or paint. The dish was terracotta and had probably been treated/washed incorrectly, as were my friends' dishes. The waiter kindly had it remade for me, even though I was a bit less hungry. I hope they figure out what they did wrong and remove the pizzeria photos and menus from their website, because that way, people are being fooled into thinking they're getting what they came for.

23/11/2025: When we arrived at the restaurant, we barely looked at the menu and followed the owner's and waiter's advice. The owner asked the staff to recommend fried artichokes, and we trusted them completely. However, the food was really just so-so. We were shocked when the bill came: carciofi fritti costato €22 – way too expensive! As for the porchetta, the skin was incredibly tough and impossible to chew. It was obvious that they had pre-cut it and put it in the refrigerator, so it was practically solid lard, which tasted quite disgusting.
