17/05/2025: Posto spettacolare!!! Posizione panoramica, ambiente accogliente, proprietario e camerieri gentilissimi e last but not least cibo molto buono ! Piatti della tradizione rivisitati in chiave gourmet!! Dall’antipasto al dolce tutto molto buono e particolare. Panino al puled pork, tonnarelli alla gricia con carciofi, agnello con salsa di limone e dolce alla pera al vino ottimi!!!
Prezzo giusto, in linea con la qualità del servizio, del cibo e dell’impiattamento!!!
Locale da visitare se si è a Frascati!!!

We wanted to have lunch in a typical out-of-town restaurant on Easter Monday. It fully corresponded to expectations. Very kind owners and staff, in a spontaneous and sincere welcoming way. Excellent typical dishes of Roman cuisine. The grilled lamb is well presented on a platter.
Atmosphere and service consistent with the type of venue. Advised

We were welcomed by the very kind owner who recommended us some typically Roman cuisine dishes revisited in an innovative way which really amazed us. Local wine list highly recommended. Attentive and impeccable service. A day in the hills to remember...

15/05/2025: Nine years ago, we dined at La Vecchia Frasca for the first time, and recently decided to return — we’re so glad we did! From the antipasti to the desserts, every dish was homemade and full of authentic flavor. The meal was perfectly complemented by local Frascati wine, for which the town is rightly famous.
We were also pleasantly surprised to find that the prices remain just as reasonable as they were nearly a decade ago.
La Vecchia Frasca continues to be a wonderful choice for a delicious and traditional lunch or dinner in Frascati. Highly recommended!
09/05/2025: The food is good. Very bad attention from the blonde girl. The other brunette girl was much kinder. But the truth is we don't feel comfortable with the attention. It seemed like they treated us differently just because we were tourists.

21/05/2025: Mi sono recato in questo ristorante nel centro di Frascati una domenica a pranzo nonostante le recensioni non proprio positive. Invece, è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa, personale cordiale e professionale, servizio ottimo anche come tempi, cibo di qualità, dall’antipasto, ai primi, fino ai secondi, il tutto con un locale strapieno. Consigliatissimo!!!

11/03/2025: Devo ringraziare lo staff di questo ristorante perché con i loro piatti ho fatto un tuffo nei veri sapori della cunina romana, finalmente un posto che realmente offre la cucina tipica del territorio anche con qualche piccola rivistazione che non va ad alterare il piatto originario.
Abbacchio alla scottadito e coratella semplicemente fantastici il tutto condito da un ambiente familiare ed un servizio efficiente e cordiale. un posto da consigliare. Ci vedremo presto per assaggiare altri piatti.

23/09/2023: Questo posto è stato scelto all ultimo momento per festeggiare il compleanno di mia figlia con 7 amiche. Devo dire che è stata una piacevole scoperta. La pizza le bruschette ed i supplì veramente buoni, personale gentile e servizio con i giusti tempi. Mia figlia ha detto che ci tornerà sicuramente perché è stata benissimo ed ha mangiato veramente bene. Prezzi onesti.

31/12/2023: We went to this very rustic trattoria before Christmas, a place that to say is Spartan is an understatement, where you would think you would eat well, plentifully, and spend the right amount. You would think, precisely, because the reality is quite different. To start, the three of us shared a platter of cured meats and cheeses (not even excellent ones to be honest), then we had a plate of pappardelle with wild boar ragù each and a portion of kid, again each. To drink water (tap) and a liter of house marc. Bill: 45 euros per skull, having also skipped side dishes, fruit and dessert. For the same amount you could eat fish in Fiumicino and even pay for petrol to get there. Never again.
