03/01/2025: Cozy place and helpful and friendly staff. Interesting menu, good food from starters to meat main courses. I was a little disappointed by the truffle carbonara, I was expecting something more. As a second course, the really good braised beef. Overall we had a very good time, given the quality of the menu offered we paid the right price. To return.

30/12/2024: Locale accogliente e personale disponibile e gentile. Menù interessante, si mangia bene dagli antipasti ai secondi di carne. Sono rimasto deluso un po' dalla carbonara al tartufo, mi aspettavo qualcosa in più. Come secondo il brasato di manzo veramente buono. Nel complesso siamo stati molto bene, vista la qualità del menù offerto abbiamo pagato il giusto. Da ritornarci.

In addition to the wonderful location, the fantastic food, the zero km wine, Erta Luzati's expertise is that pulse that makes everything perfect. He was able to guide us in the times, in the fundamental choices starting from the management of the animation, the music, the flowers... showing us true professionals!!. We didn't have to think about anything and he didn't miss a beat! Hearing yourself say "it was the most beautiful wedding I've ever attended" and thinking exactly the same thing is priceless! Olivella will now forever be a magical place, where we will continue to daydream, sipping an aperitif at sunset. Thank you!!!

07/01/2025: Nice place, very kind, staff very attentive to customer needs. Everything taken care of, extraordinary dishes with delicate flavours. Interesting descriptions of the dishes from the chefs, and from the sommelier for the wines. The underground tunnel is also nice to visit, when accessible. Definitely worth returning! Thank you!

Each dish had attention to detail and the flavors were well balanced. Special thanks to Sabrina, who took care of our table with great professionalism and courtesy. She was always available, attentive to our requests and made us feel really at ease. His impeccable service made the evening even more enjoyable! I absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food and excellent service. I will definitely be back!

08/02/2025: Super experience at the Cacciani restaurant. A place that exudes an elegant tradition, comfortable and pleasant service, punctual without long waiting times. Start with a typical platter to taste the local products, assorted and good. Tonnarelli cacio e pepe very good, tasty without being too much. SPECTACULAR cannelloni with meat sauce, right portions, balanced in taste. But the truly incredible thing were the desserts, three for two people. Black cherry trifle, cream millefeuille, some of the best tiramisu I've ever tasted in five years of visiting starred restaurants or in the Michelin guide. Fair bill, willingly paid for the great experience. Try it!! You won't regret it

08/01/2025: Perfect for feeling at home while eating excellent traditional dishes. We went with my sister and my mother and the lady, easygoing and friendly, made us feel great, like an aunt! Well done and thanks.

24/11/2024: Negative experience. We went today for lunch, there were 8 of us. After sitting for a good 20 minutes they finally bring us water. We want to order, there is no menu, the lady arrives to offer us the dishes, already annoyed, as if we were almost doing her a favor by staying there. We order the appetizers and first courses. The appetizers arrived on paper plates, but oh well it was the minor problem, the first courses instead arrived after 1 hour and a half. Roman dishes not up to par. Carbonara average, amatriciana (if it can be defined as such) absolutely zero, the tomato was completely watery. After having been there long enough to conclude a wedding, but having only eaten two things, we get up to go to pay, open heaven, we were all friends and everyone wanted to pay their share. Nothing, the lady was upset by this fact, she wanted a single share, even though we had proposed to increase the price for each of us to also make us pay the commission, but nothing, she didn't want to know about it. In the end only one of us had to pay and then, we had to exchange money. Obviously we didn't see a receipt. Reasonable price... well for the quality of the food, even too much perhaps. Terrible organisation. The lady was nervous and grumpy all the time and had zero tact for customers, she shouted around the "room" with her collaborator and every time you asked her for something you had to hear her snort in your face. really shocking things. A piece of advice, limit the seating a bit, too many seats for a very small restaurant. Maybe then you could have a decent organization.
