Their carbonara is a masterpiece of flavors, with the right combination of crispy bacon, creamy eggs and pecorino. The lemon sgaloppina is tender and succulent, with a fresh and vibrant sauce that caresses the palate. The chicory is expertly prepared, retaining its bitter character but balanced by complementary flavors. The baked potatoes are cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The Roman and Judean-style artichokes are deliciously crunchy and aromatic, representing the best of Roman cuisine. To conclude on a high note, the tiramisu is a cloud of sweetness and the texture contrast of the sour cherry and hot ricotta tart is simply unforgettable. The Il Tettuccio Restaurant is an unmissable destination for lovers of good Italian cuisine. The low prices and the super attentive and courteous staff. 5 stars deserved

01/04/2024: Restaurant with a pleasant and comfortable environment a stone's throw from Via Veneto, Villa Borghese and Via Sistina. I found everything well presented and prepared by an excellent kitchen, with normal waiting times. Service is attentive, attentive and non-intrusive. The restaurant offers a notable variety of dishes, ranging from meat and fish appetizers, to first courses (always land and sea), from the grill to crudités and fish and meat tartare. Normal prices (three-course lunch around €50/60), however excluding the wine which I didn't try.

31/03/2024: This is the best restaurant that we ate at during our time in Rome. The food was delicious and perfectly cooked, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend the salmon, the rib eye steak and lamb rack - however all the dishes we ordered were lovely. Clean and relaxing atmosphere really added to the wonderful dining experience.

03/04/2024: Very pleasant restaurant at a busy touristy area. I went with my family of four adults and one baby and we had a wonderful meal. The staff was kind and helpful to suggest some dishes. We went with the truffled carbonara, ravioli and some pasta with lamb ragu. Everything was delicious. Worth a try!

02/04/2024: The service only becomes friendly once you have proven yourself to be a grateful and humble customer. But you will then be rewarded with excellent food. There were no disappointments with the antipasti, as well as the primi, secondi and dolci. There is also pizza, but it is not on the menu. You have to ask. The house wine is mediocre.

05/04/2024: I went there with a friend last week and I was very impressed. We took a rich mixed platter, with really high quality Roman cured meats and cheeses. Then we tried the trio of meatballs and second courses, perfect for those who want to try more traditional dishes. The waiter was very friendly and approachable, it's worth going there (and coming back)!

06/04/2024: Osteria for lunch break in the Prati district, in the immediate vicinity of the labor court, many offices and shopping streets. The Roman first courses, Gricia and Matriciana, are excellent, with a limited choice of second courses. Recommended for a quick and cheap lunch break.
