Very fast service, we took the courgette flowers stuffed with fresh mozzarella and anchovies as an appetizer, a very good fillet of cod, as a first course, I recommend clams and courgette flowers, and gray cod, then we continued with the Giudia style artichokes, beautiful, crunchy and with flavors and to finish meatballs. The fried food is perfect and not at all oily, the bread for making the slipper is also good. The house wine is also good. Honest prices

06/04/2024: First restaurant I’ve been in Rome. I got the pan con tomate and the lasagna, both great but not mind blowing. The wine yes was mind blowing - their Pinot was out of this world! A lot of character in the place, and the servers were super nice and friendly.

06/04/2024: Typical Roman restaurant in the heart of Testaccio. Simple but welcoming place. We ate tripe, oxtail, chicken with peppers, chicory with anchovies and artichokes. All cooked according to true Roman tradition. Attentive and competent staff. As a Roman I recommend.

Charming place.
06/04/2024: There were 3 of us and we had the courgette flowers and chicory as a starter, both good. As first courses, gricia and pajata, perfectly cooked pasta and generous portion. Saltimbocca, the meat is tender but nothing special honestly. The desserts are very good (pistachio and millefeuille cake), super table service

31/03/2024: We went with a prior reservation through their website, we didn't have to wait in lines and they had the weight ready for us.
The food was good.
Located in Trastevere, with terrace.
They were interested and asked if we had had a good dinner, very nice staff.

02/04/2024: Very good food, you can try all the specialties of the Roman tradition.
01/04/2024: There is a similar store nearby, but it is different.
I mistakenly went to a restaurant with a similar name for dinner, but I regret it. I ordered diramisu and other desserts, but they were different from the diramisu in Japan.
Also, the service and attentiveness of the staff at the store is perfect.
It was raining so we had to sit outside, but they moved the desks to keep us out of the rain, so we had a comfortable time.
If you are from Japan, please stop by if you are nearby.

06/04/2024: Arrived before 7:30 p.m. and already no more places. We waited a good half hour before getting a table.
We were well received by the owner.
Small error on the order which was quickly rectified. Despite this, the service was very good.
The Carbonara were the best we tasted in Rome.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is atypical and warm.

07/04/2024: So confused as to how this place has so many 5 star reviews! Honestly one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been to. The cacio e pepe had no black pepper and the pecorino was watery, the clams in the spaghetti with clams still had the grit in them so it was obvious they hadn’t been washed properly, and the tomato sauce on the rigatoni tasted like water. Pasta at a petrol station would’ve tasted better.
Our server was a nice guy though, shoutout to him
07/04/2024: The place is a little poorly maintained inside, but it has its charm if you go to the back, where there is a room with stone walls and a fireplace that is more pleasant.
The bathroom is a disaster, only 1 for men and women and it is not dirty but the following. The day I went there was even a water leak through the floor and it was slippery, which no one on the staff was dedicated to cleaning up.
We try:
- Seafood risotto, or rather 2 shellfish...what I had for shellfish was nothing more than 2 prawns. (cost €16 and not worth it)
- lasagna with ragout cost €10 (this was delicious, and that's the reason I didn't give the place 1 star)
The prices are average, but it depends on what you order.
Positive point: They did not charge us the tass for service, which is what many other places in the city charge.

05/04/2024: If you want to taste traditional Roman cuisine you have to come here; everything was excellent from the starter to the dessert, which I won't mention since you need a Roman accent to do it well 😊, and even the wines from vineyards near Rome were super and didn't make us feel the cold of the evening dining outside 'open.
