07/12/2025: We were invited to a ceremony and had a great time. I wasn't familiar with the location... very beautiful. The wait staff was very courteous and attentive to the guests' needs. There's ample parking. The menu is good. Marco from RECANATI
09/10/2025: A truly beautiful place. I was there for a wedding and I have to say that everything was perfect, from the service to the food, the parking, and especially the view (the terrace where the wedding was celebrated). Breathtaking! Must try.

30/12/2025: If you're ever in the area, don't miss the restaurant (we didn't try the rooms, but the setting is magnificent!). Delicious local cuisine (special mention for the stuffed pigeon) with incredibly attentive and lovely staff. I'll definitely be back!

06/01/2026: I've been to this restaurant several times, and over the years it has fully maintained its high quality standards. I must say I've never gotten past the appetizers... but now this has become a conscious choice. They make for a hearty, enjoyable, and varied meal, as they're always different and hot, which is especially good for winter. The crescia is delicious. The staff is friendly and attentive in presenting their dishes. As always, I tell myself that next time I'll try the first courses, too, but who knows?

02/01/2026: We ordered the hand-chopped Fassona beef tartare, the "onion in the onion," polenta and Taleggio cheese with mushrooms, gnocchi with mushrooms and blueberries, and black garlic spagetti with red shrimp tartare. Everything was delicious, far exceeding our expectations. Well done! We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

There are no other words to describe it: everything was simply exceptional.
The quality of the food is superior: every dish is prepared with attention to the smallest details, using the freshest ingredients that bring out authentic and refined flavors. The cuisine was truly excellent, one of the best I've had in recent memory.
What makes it all perfect, however, is the balance with the service: the quality of the service was impeccable, and the entire staff was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely kind, making the lunch more than enjoyable.
A rare combination of excellence between cuisine and hospitality. Highly recommended!

07/01/2026: Excellent restaurant located within the buildings of the Chiaravalle di Fiastra Abbey, near Tolentino. I couldn't fault anything; the atmosphere was simple yet elegant, and the service was fast, courteous, and helpful. Excellent value. I recommend the truffle carbonara, which is very creamy and features crispy, flavorful bacon. The Ascoli olives and desserts are also very good.
The arrosticini were nothing special.

14/01/2026: The place is very spacious and on weekdays it's crowded with workers, laborers, and salespeople, with full meals costing between €15 and €20. On weekends, they host dinners with dancing, and the prices go up. I went to the Epiphany celebration in a very large restaurant room, like a large mountain chalet, and ate wild boar gnocchi and a delicious mixed grill. It looks very promising. I'll definitely be back.

19/12/2025: I can't believe these positive reviews: the food is literally mediocre, often poorly cooked. The bill is ridiculous, the bathroom cramped. The waitresses are only friendly to those they know (to whom they also bring various free samples, focaccias, and liqueurs).

23/08/2025: A pleasant discovery in the Marche hills. All the dishes we tried were delicious (the pappardelle with wild boar ragù and the lamb skewers are highly recommended). The service was excellent, with friendly and prompt staff.
The small, welcoming restaurant is tastefully decorated, and the large outdoor terrace overlooking the mountains is also stunning.
Recommended.

The menu features typical local dishes, including both traditional and modern appetizers, and homemade pasta dishes topped with surprisingly flavorful sauces.
The main courses focus on braised meats, including an excellent lamb shank, accompanied by a good selection of side dishes.
The wine list is excellent and the desserts are decent.
The service is attentive and prompt.
The price is fair and appropriate for the quality.

24/12/2025: I was there for the first time and I must say I was very pleasantly surprised.
A very nice place with a simple but extremely interesting menu featuring highly refined dishes.
The wine list is simply wonderful.
Despite the place being packed for a business dinner, we were served quickly and with great attention to detail.
The first course was truly delicious.
I will definitely be back.
I RECOMMEND.
