05/01/2025: Truly special experience!!!! Perfect location, warm and familiar atmosphere, truly studied dishes based on the Marche tradition Tasty from the starter, to the first courses, to the second courses, a succession of taste and pleasure. The tagliatelle with wild boar ragout with knife-cut meat complete with bay leaves and juniper berries were highly appreciated, the ravioli with truffle and flakes of Fossa cheese were delicious, the lamb with seared fingers was tasty, desserts made by them.... what say EXCELLENT!!!!! 29/12/2024: We were in a group with the children for lunch, the staff and owners were polite and helpful, the food was excellent, plentiful and traditional. Excellent agreed price. We had a good time. And the children ate like at home, happy children, happy parents

15/01/2025: At Ettore's, excellent traditional cuisine with well-packaged and prepared typical dishes. The pizza is also of a good standard even for me as I am Neapolitan. Better to book. Fair prices.

03/01/2025: A place we know very well by going there frequently. The pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven was very good. The pasta is very good, both the raw material and the cooking. Last time I had strozzapreti alla norcina and in the end I cleaned up the plate since that pasta was good. For second we had the cut in two, I who usually can't eat beef, I enjoyed both the flavor and cooking. Any excuse is good to go back to eat in such a familiar environment. The carbonara is highly recommended!!

20/12/2024: Super! The food is very good, the first courses are homemade, the meat is delicious, the desserts are tasty. Whoever brings it to the table, despite a packed restaurant, manages to find calm for a smile, a few words or an explanation of the dish. And this really doesn't happen everywhere. Highly recommended.

29/12/2024: We spent Christmas lunch with a group, the restaurant was completely full, the staff and owners were always kind and attentive and nothing was ever missing, the price was excellent, the place was very well looked after, top.

05/12/2024: I went to this restaurant on a Friday for lunch by chance. I ate a lot and well and spent the right amount (1 starter + crescia, 1 first course, 2 second courses, 2 side dishes and 2 coffees = €32) I highly recommend it

08/09/2024: 5 basi sugo e 5 paste diverse quindi tt uguale! Agnello scottadito durissimo, maiale ai frutti rossi e tartufo super stoppaccioso. Crescia molla e gommosa, piatto di verdure miste tt piene di zucchero, cipolle e peperoni troppo caramellati. Buoni carciofi e cicoria ripassata. Diciamo che ho trovato tanto fumo e niente arrosto!

17/11/2024: Io adoro questo posto! Che sia con la famiglia o con gli amici.. almeno una volta al mese ci devo tornare! Ricolando è un ristorantino che fa una cucina casereccia davvero eccellente! Ogni cosa è squisita.. anche la pizza a me piace moltissimo, è gigante, sottile e l’impasto è leggerissimo.. ma la cosa che preferisco di più in assoluto è l’oca. Così buona solo nei ricordi di mia nonna e qui da Ricolando! Personale super! Troppo carini, gentili, simpatici e disponibilissimi, tutti! Se vieni a cena qui.. starai bene! È una Garanzia!

06/11/2024: Schlicht, einfach und authentisch. Kleine Speiseauswahl - dafür aber alles frisch und lecker. Portionen üppig und mehr als ausreichend. Da braucht man keine Speisekarte. Die Bedienung schnell und immer freundlich. Bei Einheimischen sehr beliebt und daher immer voll - also auf jeden Fall vorbestellen. Preis-Leistung absolut top.

01/11/2024: Truly a great discovery, we can't wait to return. We arrived at peak time with the place full so as not to send us away they were kind enough to find a place for us too. The staff were super friendly and attentive. We liked everything from the starter to the second course. Next time we will book early to enjoy the wonderful view.

02/11/2024: Consigliato da gente del posto abbiamo cenato in questo agriturismo. Il consiglio è stato azzeccato. Personale cortese e simpatico. Menù vario e con piatti della tradizione. Piatti abbondanti e prezzi corretti. Che dire assolutamente da provare se si è in zona.

17/12/2024: A "good" restaurant for evenings with friends, or alone for a business trip. People come here because the food is stellar and sincere. The wild boar sauce is the best I have ever eaten. Super recommended if the goal is to make your taste buds happy
