19/05/2025: Exceptional. I have no words to express this splendid culinary and wine experience. A starred trattoria in every sense. Let's start with the appetizer ... (I don't remember the names well, I apologize) Tigella with parmesan ice cream, sublime .... the tagliatelle with ragù I swear are the best I've ever eaten, and I use the word eat because the portion is truly abundant, fantastic combination with the onion served separately and at the discretion of those who want to try. the sweetbreads, let's not even talk about them, an Eden of taste. A Monte dei Ragni 2016 to taste everything. Noting the other courses also made me want to return very soon! The dining rooms, each different from the other, are characteristic and truly noteworthy. The bill? Well, compared to how much and how you eat, that too deserves applause. The staff is professional and prepared as well as available. A 10 and honors fully deserved!

21/05/2025: How does one describe a meal this good in words. It is all about the fresh ingredients and a whole bunch of love. Undoubtedly a hidden gem that serves meals that are an emotion. We ordered the tortellini, tagliatele asparagus and penne ala vodka followed by fior di latte and the creme caramel. Everything was par excellence, the fior di latte and a special mention to the Ciambella the vhef sent us with the desserts on the house.

24/05/2025: A place near the center of San Giovanni, from the outside it actually looks like a workshop, but as soon as you enter it's a spectacle, a well-kept environment that encourages you to eat as there are windows for retail sales like a rotisserie, quick service (perhaps too much 😁😁😁 the cheese tray disappeared before I could use it) very good dishes, ok price, we will definitely be back to try their other specialties

16/05/2025: Really very good osteria! Fantastic Florentine steak, excellent homemade first courses. Also very good is the appetizer with mixed cheeses and their bruschetta! Cooking of the Florentine steak according to tradition (a little seared on the outside, but very soft on the inside).

04/04/2025: Everyone / the food was delicious - great choice of red wine , the homemade spaghetti and ragu as my starter was amazing ….. and then I had the Collette!!!! Cooked with ham and cheese and smothered in the most delicious cheese / mushroom / cream sauce …. Wow !!!
Take a side salad which is freshly made as the potatoes will fill you out loooollll and the salad was spot on
Now for desert I had a home made pastry ( crostata) tart and with a very nice glass red desert wine ( all wines are local !)
Can hardly move now and need a siesta

03/05/2025: Nuova inaugurazione ad aprile, siamo stati invitati da amici della zona. Avevo assaggiato dei funghi fritti spettacolari, cosí ho deciso di tornare per un pranzo con mia moglie.
Locale situato nel verde delle campagne bolognesi, tutto intorno solo il rumore ed il profumo della natura.
Parcheggio ampio.
Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti da un cameriere giovane e sorridente, non avevamo prenotato, per fortuna era rimasto un tavolo disponibile (consiglio di prenotare!). Tavoli distanti tra loro, locale con soffitti a volta molto belli e caratteristici.
Su consiglio del cameriere abbiamo ordinato un antipasto con gnocco fritto, salumi e formaggi e a seguire le tagliatelle pernice e tartufo.
Porzioni ricche, prodotti fatti a mano, qualità delle materie prime utilizzate. Ad ogni boccone si percepisce la cura e la ricercatezza dei prodotti che vengono serviti, sicuramente frutto di selezioni accurate. Ottima anche la selezione dei vini proposti.
Per me in assoluto la migliore pasta al tartufo e pernice fatta in casa che abbia mai mangiato!
Prezzo estramente contenuto per la qualità dei piatti.
Tutto perfetto, ambiente famigliare con un servizio attento e cortese.
03/05/2025: Abbiamo deciso di provare questo locale, che da poco ha cambiato gestione.
Stefano, il proprietario, ci ha fatti sentire a casa sin dal primo istante.
Elena, la cuoca, è una vera esperta della tradizione bolognese.
Tagliatelle al ragù abbondanti, fatte a mano, pasta all’uovo eccellente, ragù saporito e ricco.
Per me sono il comfort food per eccellenza e queste mi hanno ricordato proprio quelle che mi faceva la mia nonna la domenica, per i pranzi di famiglia.
A seguire tagliere di salumi misti (salame, mortadella, coppa, lardo, pancetta e prosciutto crudo) accompagnato da gnocco fritto, come la vera tradizione comanda.
Servizio impeccabile, laute porzioni, sapori che ricordano la cucina di casa, quella buona, autentica e genuina.
Prezzo modesto, pranzo sublime!
