03/07/2025: Trattoria that has as its menu the typical dishes of the place between Emilia and Tuscany. There were three of us and so we were able to share different dishes, all prepared with local wisdom and according to tradition. The place is frequented by local customers and with almost all the tables occupied. Recommended, also for the courtesy and friendliness of the waiting staff.

01/07/2025: In Sasso Marconi, in the green hills of Bologna, this tavern is a must-see for those who love the sincere and robust cuisine of the Apennines. It is characterized by a genuine welcome that makes you feel immediately at home. The menu is a hymn to tradition, with particular attention to quality meats, seasonal mushrooms and, of course, truffles, the undisputed protagonist in several dishes. The mushrooms, very fresh, come from the nearby woods, the truffle, expertly dosed, enriches without ever covering the flavors. The wine list is also excellent. The quality-price ratio is more than fair, especially considering the quality of the ingredients and the care in preparation. Recommended for a romantic dinner, a trip out of town or an evening in company dedicated to good Emilian cuisine. Booking is highly recommended, especially on weekends. An experience that leaves its mark, and the desire to return. 💖

18/06/2025: Normal dinner from a typical tavern, I tried the petroniana but it was just a mediocre pseudo-cotoletta. The initial carpaccio was good. High prices for mediocre dishes. Very fast waitress and excellent service, very friendly owner.

Not to mention the food, everything was really delicious. We thank you for the beautiful evening, which was taken care of in every aspect. Definitely recommended!!

24/05/2025: A place near the center of San Giovanni, from the outside it actually looks like a workshop, but as soon as you enter it's a spectacle, a well-kept environment that encourages you to eat as there are windows for retail sales like a rotisserie, quick service (perhaps too much 😁😁😁 the cheese tray disappeared before I could use it) very good dishes, ok price, we will definitely be back to try their other specialties

31/05/2025: Wonderful evening! A beautiful place like very few others; with an interior that seems to have come from another era and an exterior where it is beautiful to dine. Excellent food with a consistent choice and variety but that allows you to range between many flavors all well cooked and very genuine. Excellent service and polite and attentive staff. Nicola is a wonderful host.

16/05/2025: Really very good osteria! Fantastic Florentine steak, excellent homemade first courses. Also very good is the appetizer with mixed cheeses and their bruschetta! Cooking of the Florentine steak according to tradition (a little seared on the outside, but very soft on the inside).
