06/01/2025: Non si può votar 6 stelle!? Son venuta all' Oberraut molteplici volte da piccola con i miei genitori e mio fratello, ma tornarci dopo molti anni, mi ha fatto fare un tuffo nel passato.
Tutto perfetto: il servizio impeccabile, cordiale e riservato.
La camera pulita ed in ordine. per quanto concerne la zona ristorante, voto 10 e lode!
Partendo dall' antipasto di benvenuto offerto dallo chef, al primo, al secondo, al dolce.. tutto impeccabile.
materie prime di prima qualità e servizio attendo alle richieste della clientela. (la cameriera, ci versava il vino non appena vedeva che diminuiva nel bicchiere).
Complimenti a tutto lo staff!

21/12/2024: Recommended to me by local people who "had eaten at Dei" it turned out to be a mediocre restaurant.
20/12/2024: Searched on the suggestion of a friend who never chose and it was more spot on: very welcoming characteristic environment, very kind staff and above all very good food. The only problem: not suitable for people with disabilities as the restaurant is part of a hotel, on the first floor of an ancient building, reachable only by climbing a very steep staircase.

11/12/2024: Expectations were high given the menu! High prices but justified by the preparation. Ossobuco to be eliminated from the list if presented with two slices of polenta! For 19 euros a small piece of ossobuco seems really a lot to me! Milanese (breaded pork slice) small and charred. Tagliolini with venison ragù, a poor dish but was that a ragù? It looked like broth! In short... nothing experience not to be repeated

10/01/2025: Порции блюд не маленькие , смотрятся красиво . Но! Абсолютно невкусные . Из 4 разных блюд все оказались ниже среднего - мясо рульки жесткое и огромная кость , черный рис безвкусный и недоваренный и тд .
Из понравившегося хлеб и пиво ,- для ресторана слабовато …
Чудно расположен туалет- надо выйти из ресторана в подъезд жилого дома, в котором он находится , и там в деревянной будке, оборудованной для консьержа , находится санузел. Если вы ждете , пока он освободится, мимо вас туда- сюда будут ходить жильцы дома и с любопытством рассматривать .
08/01/2025: Locale caratteristico in pieno centro di Bolzano, con varie sale, servizio veloce, piatti tipici ben presentati che invogliano ad essere assaggiati, dal tagliere per antipasto, tris di canederli, gulasch, il dessert per terminare, il prezzo più che onesto, per fortuna che avevo prenotato in anticipo.

08/09/2024: Well maintained and cared for park. Ticket cost per adult €8. Perfect for families even with a stroller. You walk along a pre-established route and encounter many species of well-kept animals. The most beautiful attraction are the raccoon bears. I recommend taking the pet food box to have a little more contact.

12/12/2024: Am Ende der Fußgängerzone und dennoch gut zu erreichen liegt diese sehr urige Brauereigaststätte. Es gibt auch einen tollen Hof, in dem man auch im Winter sitzen kann - schöne Bar.
Wir haben es nicht geschafft, hier zu essen, sondern sind nur auf 2 Getränke hereingeschneit.
Das Personal extrem freundlich und schnell, die Einrichtung sehr gemütlich. Viele verschiedene Biere, leider hab ich das mit den Degustazionsgläschen zu spät entdeckt. Mein Bier war klasse und die Atmosphäre ist sehr sehr nett.
Erwähnen möchte ich: es gibt auch Wein, in Flasche oder Glasweise ... ist ja nicht unbedingt üblich in ner Brauerei.
Empfehlung: auf jeden Fall - ... aber zum Essen kann ich nichts sagen !

An sich einer schöner Ort in der Altstadt zum verweilen, wir nutzten diese Gelegenheit nicht zum ersten Mal und waren immer zufrieden. Leckeres hausgebrautes Bier. Leider lies das Essen heute zu wünschen übrig. Meine Linguine nach mediterraner Art geschmacklich perfekt, jedoch die Tomaten, mit Mozzarella eher geschmacklos, kein Brot dazu, und für 13 Euro und der angebotenen Menge, einfach happig.
26/06/2024: Risotto mit Pfifferlingen, die man suchen musste, 16 EUR u. Tisch-Bierkrug mit Messer/Gabel als Gedeck extra 1,50 EUR
