20/06/2025: When I saw the film about the Pretzhof 17 years ago, I wanted to dine there. Now it's finally happened. (The only downside was getting there: 3 different navigation systems = 3 different destinations.) A dreamy family farm in a sensational location – you immerse yourself in the world of the residents, and nothing here is artificial! Genuine joy in the guests, dedicated service, and a thoroughly honest, fine, and well-thought-out kitchen with perfectly coordinated dishes, where every bite conveys the joy of cooking and you wonder why they don't have any stars, forks, or toques yet – they certainly deserve it! Thank you for letting us be guests!

21/06/2025: A very nice outdoor dining area, a pleasant dining room. Very friendly service, and South Tyrolean cuisine that leaves nothing to be desired. There are also wonderful new interpretations of well-known dishes. Everything is either regional and/or organic. Definitely a recommendation away from the usual places. Be sure to try the char as a starter—it's a dream.

20/06/2025: A truly hidden gem! Great value for money and excellent service! We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and were absolutely thrilled. A cozy terrace, a great menu, and wines that cater to both tourists and locals.

20/06/2025: Great food, service and atmosphere. If you're looking for a traditional restaurant in bruneck than this is the place! Just one note, they only have one table outside and no air conditioning (or at least not in the room we were sitting in). When we were there it was already quite hot so during summer I hope this is fixed 🤞

19/06/2025: Impossible to book! Called over 10 times in different time slots they never answer. No website or anything. It's 2025 and if this is the level of organization I can't imagine the rest. I went elsewhere.

20/06/2025: We came here for dinner on our first night in Bolzano. The best memories! There was delicious wine, great food, great service. I would love to go back to this beautiful restaurant!

07/06/2025: Abbiamo festeggiato con amici e parenti la Cresima di mio figlio. Location molto bella, abbiamo mangiato in una bellissima sala con grandi affreschi tirolesi. Piatti vari e molto saporiti, servizio veloce e preciso. Un particolare ringraziamento alla gentile addetta al nostro tavolo, cortese e sempre presente al momento giusto.
