14/10/2025: Absolutely amazing local experience. Presentation of the dishes, the service and the atmosphere are top notch. The dishes were beautifully balanced - we had seasonal deer and chestnut dishes. Down to earth but feels like a Michelin star meal. Highly recommended! Probably one of the best desserts we have ever tried.

17/10/2025: We spent the last evening of our vacation at the Pretzhof. It couldn't have been better! Since the Pretzhof had been recommended to us, we arrived with high expectations. All the tables in the restaurant were full, but the manager offered us a seat at the bar. It didn't feel awkward at all—quite the opposite! We've rarely seen such friendly, dedicated, and competent service staff! The wine list offers a huge selection from local and even distant wineries, so everyone can find something they like. We each ordered three courses from the manager. He gave us great advice on choosing the right dish. All three courses were simply world-class! No frills, just honest cuisine at a completely reasonable price!

13/10/2025: Beautiful restaurant just steps from Vipiteno. Traditional cuisine using local South Tyrolean ingredients, cooked to perfection. I particularly enjoyed the pasta dishes, the open dumpling, and the appetizers. The wine selection is excellent.

28/11/2025: Found this place by chance, with a typical South Tyrolean atmosphere, tables without tablecloths, friendly and helpful service, and obviously traditional but unique dishes, which are very good. Reservations are recommended. I luckily found a table. Prices are average, and there is no street parking.

07/11/2025: A good traditional restaurant in the historic center of Bolzano. Typical but clean decor. The menu is very traditional and from what we saw at other tables, everything looks very tasty. We ate typical German dishes that were delicious. The Sylvaner wine was nice from a bottle. They lacked quality mustard as the one offered was in sachets.... The service was very nice, fast and attentive. Be aware that there will be a waiting line.
