22/08/2025: WOW - absolutely amazing. My father took a 3h drive to come here meet us from munich. And it’s been so much worth it. Incredible attention to detail when it comes to ingredients. Delicious, delicious food. Amazing views and authentic atmosphere. Topped off by the ‘hofladen’

23/08/2025: I ate excellent polenta with goulash, the desserts were excellent, and the service was even better.

22/08/2025: The food and service are top-notch. The price/performance ratio is also very good. Unfortunately, the inn is located directly on the main road, and the traffic spoils the atmosphere.

21/08/2025: A restaurant serving traditional local cuisine, just steps from the center of Brunico. Very welcoming and with excellent quality dishes. The wine list is also good. I just find the price of a bottle of water (€4.20) disproportionate.

08/08/2025: Conosco questo ristorante che è una tappa fissa quando passo per Bolzano per la sua cucina tradizionale. Consiglio di assaggiare anche i piatti del giorno che vengono proposti. In due abbiamo preso un canederlo di formaggio con verdure, che sono oggettivamente un rischio per il ristorante ma le ho trovate buone e semplici ma saporitissime: era un piattone con carote al burro, broccolo, cavolfiore, zucchine in padella deliziose e spinaci con un enorme e sofficissimo canederlo al centro. Un primo del giorno ovvero tortelli di patate ripieni di formaggio buonissimi, un piatto di patate saltate e una krautsalat. Acqua e mezzo di vino e non avevamo spazio per il dolce perché le porzioni sono adeguatamente abbondanti. È un piacere mangiare all’interno di questo locale che è senza fronzoli e ti porta ad assaporare una cucina genuina in un ambiente di altri tempi. Conto entro i 45 euro, tutti meritati. Tornerò ancora.

24/08/2025: I had to convince my family to wait with dinner till 18:30 (when they open), but it was totally worth it. We were probably the only customers for like half an hour. For that reason the service was really fast. I had the filled pasta with a butter sauce. Despite the interesting looks It was perfectly cooked and delicious!! My family was also really positive about the salmon.
