05/09/2025: One night during my motorcycle trip, I spontaneously got a room. I was very happy about this great coincidence. It just worked out. Very nice people there. The dinner was absolutely delicious.

11/10/2025: Spaghetti with zucchini was delicious, and the house special spritz was great too. A lovely serene location for a spot of lunch before taking a dip. Pasta dishes around €20 each.

10/10/2025: What a beautiful beach! The facilities for wheelchair users are absolutely amazing. Mario was incredibly helpful and attentive. I highly recommend this beach to anyone, especially to those with disabilities. Thank you so much!

12/11/2025: My wife and I were married in Sorrento, we stayed at the hotel plaza and my opinion, we couldn't have chosen a better hotel!! The location is brilliant, you can walk to most things in Sorrento from here. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The sky bar was an amazing added extra. The cocktails were brilliant and the staff in the sky bar were tremendous! Friendly, funny and very helpful. The view from the sky bar is breathtaking! If I ever return to Sorrento, I'll 100% be staying here!

23/10/2025: Perfectly located hotel in the centre of Sorrento. Very helpful and friendly staff along with stunning views from the Sky Bar and infinity pool of Sorrento right over to Naples and Mt Vesuvius. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough

12/09/2025: Gelateria Valestra doesn't disappoint: it's the perfect blend of tradition and quality, where every detail (taste, texture, courtesy) contributes to a memorable experience. If you're in Sorrento and want gelato as it should be—creamy, flavorful, authentic—then Valestra is the place for you. Highly recommended!

28/10/2025: There are plenty of places to get gelato in Sorrento but my favorite was Bougajnvillea. There are an overwhelming amount of options and flavors but the staff is kind and patient and happy to give a recommendation if needed. I went for the Dubai Chocolate and was hooked. Rich and chocolaty with a ribbon of pistachio cream and crunchy pistachio pieces. I still dream about it. There is both seating inside and out. Prices are reasonable and you get a good sized scoop. Highly recommend!

20/07/2025: Siamo stati al Ristorante Da Filippo in occasione di una cena. Posto leggermente affollato ma personale efficiente nei tempi di attesa. Abbiamo ordinato un primo piatto, due tagliate di carne e un dolce. Prezzi modici per la qualità del posto e del cibo, inoltre le porzioni erano adeguate ne abbondanti né insufficienti. Che dir si voglia, ma non che non abbia rispettato le nostre aspettative. Citando un noto poeta: “fu tzoppu beddu stu manciari sangò”.

04/08/2025: Very good food. I'd recommend the tomato pizza bread starter. Bruschetta on a pizza base and the dough is delicious. It's a big place but I'd recommend booking to be safe

02/08/2025: Absolutely fabulous hidden gem in the heart of Sorrento, near the Basilica. Staff lovely. Always remembered our order from previous visits! Loved this cafe/lounge bar so much that we visited every day of our 10 day stay, sometimes more than once a day. Best coffee in Sorrento!! See you next year!

01/08/2025: A beautiful spot in Sorrento with a wonderful design and feel to it. We have visited here a few times now during our stay and each time we cannot fault it. The staff are attentive and friendly and the drinks menu is fantastic. It just feels fun. If you are visiting Sorrento, I recommend a stop here for a nice cocktail or a refreshing aperitif.

12/11/2025: Very good place to eat. They have several branches in Sorrento, this one looks very fancy. I had the best bruschetta in my life there. Pizza was good too.

19/09/2025: We shared an octopus salad, and then I ordered cream cheese, which arrived frozen, but even that didn't ruin our meal. The waiter was very friendly and explained what each fruit was.

17/09/2025: Update Just ate here again and different experience. Ordered t-bone steak again and we suggested 800 grams. Waiter said larger would be better so we said less than 1kg. We had to force ourselves to finish the meat and we didn't feel that great. The bill showed that the weight was way over 1kg. Nearer 1.5kg. Dined here twice. Good quality food well prepared. Ordered a large t-bone steak to share between 4. Told that it would be better if we had two. Indeed it was excellent and better than the single large one we had the week before elsewhere which wasn't cooked through. Fish, pasta and pizza also good. Maybe better to go elsewhere for pizza if that's all you want. Given a free tiramisu to compare with my wife's. It was not as good.

10/10/2025: It's been 22 years, and today, October 8, 2025, I'm here again. Nothing has changed: the atmosphere, the waiters, everything is wonderful... Not to mention the EXCELLENT food. Even the simple salad is tastier than at other places. It must be thanks to this wonderful city that overflows with peace and, of course, the wonderful restaurant staff. Thank you so much!

04/10/2025: Great service, we were looking for some quick and easy pizzas to takeaway after a long flight. Staff were very welcoming, offered us seats, and a drink, while we waited. Food was ready very quickly and pizza were very tasty that we ate back at our apartment.

11/05/2025: We ate there one evening, by far the BEST restaurant we went to during our stay. Outstanding quality food, fresh and homemade, every mouthful of food was amazing. No surprise there was a long queue soon after we arrived but well worth the wait! Advised to go early evening to get a table. Staff friendly and lovely family dog.

10/05/2025: I never usually leave reviews, but I had to this time. Azz! in Sorrento was simply outstanding. I had the lasagna and a pizza – both were bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The vibe was relaxed yet elegant, and the staff were genuinely welcoming. One of those places you remember long after the meal. Don’t miss it if you’re in town.

24/10/2025: Self-service restaurant. Excellent paccheri with mussels and potatoes, truly flavorful and well-prepared. The portions are perhaps a little smaller than expected... but the quality more than makes up for it! Highly recommended for those looking for a traditional dish made with fresh ingredients and great attention to detail.

21/11/2025: The location is beautiful, especially the magical garden. The service is very nice. The food was ok, only the seafood was a little tasteless unfortunately.

21/11/2025: Terrible food but beautiful venue. I recommend to take a stroll through the garden, which you are allowed to do even if you dont eat there. But the food is definitely overpriced and also not well prepared. Pasta was not cooked (I know the difference to al dente) and there was a complete lack of spices and the richness of flavors which Italian cuisine is known for. On top of that also small portions…. Over all beautiful garden but dont eat there.
