28/07/2025: A somewhat old-fashioned hotel, but the location is perfect. Close to the village and the beautiful lake. Our room only smelled of smoke... A great base for exploring the Three Senses. Breakfast was delicious.

17/07/2025: Perfect vacation. A traditional and original structure, strategically located just steps from the center. Ideal for tourists of all ages. The entire staff was impeccable: kind, welcoming, and helpful. We stayed on a half-board basis, and the breakfast was plentiful and varied, with quality products (thanks, Luca). Dinner? Wow! I'd go back just for dinner. The food is truly delicious.

21/08/2025: We stayed here in August for a week. The hotel has an amazing location close to everything you need. The hotel is very clean, beds made fresh each day and sheets and towels changed daily. The staff were brilliant. I have to mention Assumpta in the skybar who makes the best ice coffee in Sorrento. Carlo in the foyet bar was a fabulous host for drinks in the evening but all staff were great. The pool while small is adequate with fantastic views of Vesuvius. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

16/08/2025: THE WORST PLACE I'VE EATEN IN A LONG TIME. I don't like to kill you with reviews, but it was a real disaster. All the waiters were arrogant and rude. I politely asked them various questions, and they were always arrogant. I had to eat two dishes because the first one, the ravioli, was served with a portion of only three. A real disaster. They almost hit you when they took the dishes away.

04/08/2025: One of the larger restaurants we saw but this didn’t out us off and we were pleased with the food and drinks we received. We ordered Pizza, Gnocchi and chips with 2 beers. Reasonable prices and good quality. Nice and quick service

08/08/2025: The spa was a pretty cave, but the experience was absolutely terrible when I called at 2:57 PM. She told me to come at three. I told her it was not possible. She said OK come at three. I told her again it wasn’t possible and she said just come now I proceeded to walk over. I paid over $100 for a 50 minute massage. They stuffed me in a room with no air no music a rock hard bed… they b didn’t even cover my naked body!!!. I tried telling the lady that I had a bruise and to be careful of that area. She had zero idea what I was saying she then continued to start with my feet, which was absolutely ridiculous. I had a cut on my foot as well. She was rubbing it… I Immediately got up and walked out And politely asked for my money back and the lady said she could not give me my money back. Completely rude and unprofessional. UPDATE: you should have someone communicating that speaks English is my point about the time. And NO, that is a lie they did not offer me a massage the next day she said it wasn’t possible. They said they would put me in a different room. I told her I wanted a different masseuse and she said no.

30/07/2025: Whilst staying nearby at a guest house, the Artis Domus Spa was a recommendation by their staff & I attended for a full body massage (my wife stayed on the beach). Reception staff were very helpful as I was apprehensive by myself & explained fully my treatment. I was given a robe & disposable small knickers to wear after changing in a private room. My female masseur was lovely, gentle & very pleasant so overall I was most satisfied. I then had a refreshing shower. Excellent facilities. Unfortunately I did not get her name as I would mention her personally in my review. I received my massage 23/06/25 at 5pm, so hopefully the spa management can check to commend her fully. Thank you.

24/07/2025: Very high prices, but they are not indicated on the counter. The taste of the pastries is quite ordinary, we discovered a bakery across the street, with fixed, signed prices and pastries of incredible taste

10/07/2025: The sweetest Nonna brought us our pastries and I felt more welcome than ever. Excellent cappacino!

20/07/2025: Siamo stati al Ristorante Da Filippo in occasione di una cena. Posto leggermente affollato ma personale efficiente nei tempi di attesa. Abbiamo ordinato un primo piatto, due tagliate di carne e un dolce. Prezzi modici per la qualità del posto e del cibo, inoltre le porzioni erano adeguate ne abbondanti né insufficienti. Che dir si voglia, ma non che non abbia rispettato le nostre aspettative. Citando un noto poeta: “fu tzoppu beddu stu manciari sangò”.

11/05/2025: We ate there one evening, by far the BEST restaurant we went to during our stay. Outstanding quality food, fresh and homemade, every mouthful of food was amazing. No surprise there was a long queue soon after we arrived but well worth the wait! Advised to go early evening to get a table. Staff friendly and lovely family dog.

10/05/2025: I never usually leave reviews, but I had to this time. Azz! in Sorrento was simply outstanding. I had the lasagna and a pizza – both were bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The vibe was relaxed yet elegant, and the staff were genuinely welcoming. One of those places you remember long after the meal. Don’t miss it if you’re in town.

05/06/2025: This is a must visit. The food was homemade, simple yet delicious. The gardens you eat in are beautiful, with an amazing view. Family run and owned, they sell oils and limoncellos and other products as well. Get the gnocci- it is melt in your mouth good.

15/08/2025: Everything was delicious. I was especially impressed by the Caprese, which was creamy and soft but not dry. The staff was helpful and the atmosphere was welcoming. I'll definitely be back.

29/07/2025: Sono stata al Ristorante Sorrento e devo dire che è stata un’esperienza davvero piacevole. I piatti erano super buoni, cucinati con cura e davvero saporiti. Il servizio è ottimo: il personale è stato gentile, disponibile e mi ha fatta sentire subito la benvenuta. L’ambiente è accogliente e curato nei dettagli. Anche il prezzo è giusto, considerando l’alta qualità del cibo e l’attenzione che viene data al cliente. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

20/08/2025: Be careful with the bar, they rip off tourists. They charge you whatever price they want. It's more like the Moroccan medina than Sorrento.

15/07/2025: After being in Sorrento for the last week I’ve tried several places and this one we passed by several times and decided to try it on our last night. Being let down on some of the highly rated places this was a very well welcomed surprised on the whole experience. You can taste the love and care in the food. We got the calamari, chef special of Seabass with vegetables, meat sauce with a home made paste, and the Diablo sauce pasta. All food was seasoned perfect and done perfectly. Do not pass on this hidden gem. My experience is 10 years in the Resturant industry in US and my wife’s experience is 25 years in high end Resturant’s around the world.

14/07/2025: Food was ok. Nothing exciting. Staff fall at your feet when you arrive but quickly their rudeness appears. Waiter treated a lovely gentle younger waiter like crap. Was so rude to him in front of the handful of customers. Safe to say we won't be going back. Endless array of gorgeous restaurants to eat in in sorrento that aren't just there to demand a tip at the end. Tried to sneak a tip to the lovely younger waiter but the rude guy was glaring at us from he sidelines throughout. Stunning building and has great potential, shame about the rudeness.
