05/10/2025: Highly recommend LaTonnarella. It is in a great location with breathtaking water views from the rooms and dining room. The hotel’s decor is beautiful. The staff is very pleasant and professional. The food is delicious. We wished we could have stayed longer.
02/10/2025: My wife and I really enjoyed our 3-night stay here. We visited in late September and had great weather. The hotel is nicely decorated and we loved our terrace balcony with a great view of the bay. We also enjoyed the hotel breakfast. We did not make too much use of the beach but it is pretty rocky down there so I would recommend bringing some water shoes or flip flops.
We also had dinner one night at the restaurant and the food and service was fantastic.

28/10/2025: It was absolutely outrageous! We only had a light lunch since we weren't very hungry – we shared three dishes. At the end, they charged us an extra €3 per person as a service charge, so a total of €12 for four people, and then another 10% service charge on top of that (another €12).
When I asked why the service charge was doubled, they said one was for "taxes" and the other for the staff. So, basically, €24 in tips – completely excessive! Never again will I fall into such a tourist trap!

30/05/2025: Not sure how this has got these fantastic reviews. The ambience is fine, small and got sat to the toilet. The food after being cooked was such a small portion, left more weight from the bone than we got in meat. The side were also small. Bought dessert because we were still hungry, looked fantastic but had far to much alcohol in it, it was a struggle to eat.

06/11/2025: Great stay! Highly recommend. Staff was helpful, breakfast was complete and delicious. Shower got really hot and AC worked perfectly. This spot is also great because it’s close to a bus stop to take you to downtown sorrento or the marina.
31/10/2025: A good hotel, a 10-minute walk from the center of Sorrento. Paid parking is available, and the breakfast is excellent and plentiful, with both sweet and savory options. Very friendly staff.

10/06/2025: Beautiful hotel and restaurant with fantastic views. The food was good, but not up to par. The service was slow and noisy, lots of discussions in Italian. There is a nice wine list but the choice of wine by the glass was limited. The Vitello Tonato was fine. The main course, gratinated lobster, was less. It was a very small lobster with maybe 50 g of meat and the gratinating did not add anything to the taste. The Crepe Suzette was prepared at the table, which is always a beautiful spectacle. It was strange that no sauce was added at the table, while it was present during preparation. Furthermore, forest fruits were added that do not really belong there, no orange and no ice cream.

20/11/2025: This was our first lunch in Sorrento. We were here in Sept 2025 when we did our Amalfi coast trip. This place is right by the water. The setting was beautiful. You can just about see Mt Vesuvius across the ocean. They have a nice selection of food items. What we ordered was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. Th service was very good too! Will definitely come back.
20/11/2025: I had a very good fish platter at a decent price. The house wine was also good. My only complaint is that, although the area is famous for its lemons and limoncello, it seems a shame that not even a shot is offered on the house. I was amazed to see that in many terraces in the Amalfi area limoncello is offered by the shot or spritz at a very high price.

The pizzas are simply perfect: crispy crust, fresh ingredients, and the unmistakable flavor of the South. You can immediately feel that the food here is cooked with passion.
I was particularly impressed by the prices: incredibly reasonable for the quality you get. The value for money is 100% spot on here. We'll be back!

16/11/2025: Excellent Gelato, we went to two other places and wished we would have found this one earlier as it definitely rose above. Maria is truly passionate about gelato and we will try to go back for her lemon cake before we leave as it sounds delicious too!

07/11/2025: This was one of my favourite meals in Sorrento. After a couple weeks of pasta during my vacation, we decided to stop here for lunch and I am so glad we did!! We both had the lemon sushi, and our server was nice enough to allow me to have it made with tuna instead of salmon. It is a combination I never would have thought up but the lemon mayo and lemon zest was amazing and the fish was so fresh.
The server was so friendly and welcoming too. Highly recommend for anyone passing through!

05/10/2025: The BEST pizza of my life just a couple of blocks from our hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! The flavors were incredible, with a perfect crust that was both crispy and chewy. Each bite was packed with fresh ingredients that really elevated the whole experience.
What made it even better was the friendly service. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. It’s the kind of place you just want to come back to again and again.
If you’re in the area, don’t miss out on this gem of a pizza place. It's a must-try!
11/09/2025: The pizza is really good and the view of the Vesuvius is great. However the waiting time and the service is not great... We've been there twice in a week and had to wait over an hour to have dinner. Also we ordered the tiramisu as dessert and unfortunately it's not a proper a tiramisu, but a frozen one. When we questioned the waiter, we've been told it's a gelato even though it's sold as tiramisu. I was really craving a tiramisu on my last day, and I'm not a big fan of gelato, so to avoid disappointments it would be great if this could be more clear for the customers
