01/07/2026: We wanted to try this little restaurant located in a small alley in Forio, attracted by its elegant decor and interesting menu. The service was pleasant and never intrusive, and the atmosphere was quiet. Our expectations fell short. The Ischian wine was good. The fish was fresh but lacking in flavor, except for the truly top-notch citrus mayonnaise. The Saraceno appetizer was good. The fried fish was good but lacking in crunchiness, the grilled fish was very good, and the Boccaccio parmigiana was pretty to look at but (far from a true parmigiana) lacked sauce, the eggplant was overcooked, and the flavor was unconvincing. The bruschetta and potatoes were good. The desserts (babà tiramisu and chocolate sphere) were frozen. The ending wasn't exactly memorable.

21/06/2026: A very nice location; we ate inside, in a very comfortable room with original and charming furnishings. The dishes were served with elegant plating and were all of excellent quality. The ingredients were very fresh and superbly cooked. Even the raw seafood we tasted was all top-notch. Thanks to Ciro for his excellent service, which made us feel at home while also guiding us on a sensational tasting journey. Highly recommended!

05/07/2026: Gorgeous restaurant! It’s at the top of ischia and the view is incredible. It looks like a tiny castle with an antique foundation but the inside is very modern and encased in windows so you have an incredible view during your meal. The staff give off hipster vibes and were very kind and attentive. The food was quite average but the restaurant and view make this place worth it!

03/07/2026: A place for the soul! We had dinner last night at the Arka restaurant! A fantastic location overlooking a fairytale panorama! The interiors are impeccably designed, and the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, yet unobtrusive. The refined, high-quality cuisine offers a modern take on traditional Ischian recipes! All accompanied by the voice of Romolo Bianco, who sang exclusively acoustically, accompanying himself on the guitar. The atmosphere was priceless and extremely evocative! The price is in line with a quality restaurant!

12/07/2026: I went on a Saturday. Pros: Excellent appetizers, decent first courses, good second courses (meat). Beautiful and cool location, difficult to get to. The bill was excellent value. Cons: Power went out about ten times, very long wait times (they probably lost the order), helpful staff but very small for the number of tables. I booked online but they had no record of it.

11/07/2026: The food is really good, a piece of advice: contact the establishment and have them pick you up in the square because the road to get there is winding.

07/06/2026: Everything was special, very friendly, and everything was good. Service was perhaps a little slow because the downstairs dining room was full. But the view from the terrace was beautiful!

06/07/2026: We chose Oasis for our wedding, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. Let's start with the strong points. The venue is, in my opinion, in one of the most beautiful spots on Ischia: the view, especially at sunset on summer evenings, is simply spectacular and creates a setting that alone makes the event truly evocative. We had just a few guests and were looking for a cozy, elegant, and unobtrusive setting. We also wanted to be sure of the quality of the food, and in this regard, we can only compliment the chef: the dishes were excellent, prepared with great care. Our guests complimented us not so much on the quantity, but rather on the quality of the ingredients, the care in preparation, and, overall, the gastronomic experience they enjoyed throughout the reception. A special thanks also goes to the restaurant manager, who was truly impeccable. He oversaw every stage of the reception with great professionalism, was attentive to all our requests, and was always present with discretion. The care with which she organized and oversaw the Cuban corner and the raw fish boat was just one of the many demonstrations of her attention to detail. Her presence certainly contributed to the perfect success of the reception. However, there are some aspects that, in my opinion, need improvement if the venue wants to increasingly position itself as a wedding venue. The venue advertises the presence of a wedding planner, but in reality the role is more that of a wedding coordinator. In the final weeks before the wedding, she was close and available, but during the months leading up to it, communication was often difficult: several messages were sent without a response. In the end, the wedding was exactly as I had imagined, but this was possible mainly because I organized practically everything myself: from the prints to the seating plan, from the florist to every detail of the decor. Another aspect to consider is that the venue provides virtually no decorative elements: everything is up to the couple. Even the cake cutting, for example, would have been rather bare if I hadn't brought the two arches that created the setting from outside. The venue had only arranged small candles along the edge of the pool, where the cake was cut: a pleasant detail, but one that, in such a large space, ended up getting lost and didn't adequately enhance such an important moment. Finally, something I personally found inelegant was that the bride and groom were included in the final tally. It's a legitimate business decision, but it left me a little perplexed. In conclusion, I would choose Oasis again because the quality of the food is truly excellent and the location is unparalleled. However, I believe this venue has enormous potential and, with greater attention to the organization, decor, and services dedicated to the bride and groom, it could become a truly top-notch wedding venue.

01/07/2026: A wonderful view. We were there on two evenings. The waiters weren't very attentive. We had to wait a long time for service, even though the restaurant wasn't very busy. The quality of the food was good, and the musical entertainment was highly professional. And as I said, the view was sensational.

15/07/2026: medium food but unfortunately superficial atmosphere and poor understanding and service. they get half the order wrong (even though the name is said in italian - otherwise english is super poor too) and then dont want to follow up to fix it, not even respectfully rejecting but fully ignoring. I dont understand it, very bad mentality that left us feel tricked

27/01/2026: Disappointing! By far the worst food we ate in Naples and Ischia. The waiter was very inattentive. After about 10 minutes, we asked if we could order... (This is not what you expect in Italy.) General friendliness was definitely not his strong suit. The food was unfortunately drenched in oil, both the appetizer and especially the pasta. (See picture.) The zucchini blossom and eggplant appetizer were oily but still tasty. I was very surprised when the DOP pizza only had buffalo mozzarella and cherry tomatoes, but no tomato sauce?! (Perhaps I misread it?? That's unusual.) For the price, it unfortunately wasn't what we had hoped for.
