02/08/2025: A very beautiful and charming place. Very friendly staff and a very welcoming atmosphere. We tried the bucatini with rabbit, but I was disappointed; the taste was quite disappointing. Prices, in my opinion, are a bit high, with a cover charge of 4 euros.

16/06/2025: Absolutely love this pizzeria, discovered it just outside our hotel, the staff are dam amazing...made us the best pizza in less than 3 mins!! We've been back twice..and even had a boogie when a dance night was being hosted in the rear bar area..bloody marvellous...we'll be back!! Pizza heaven 😋 😍 ❤️

10/06/2025: We arrived Saturday morning from Naples, after shopping at the supermarket, we decided to go for dinner, maybe I should have informed myself, that the place was a pizzeria, to tell the truth we didn't feel like a pizza. After consulting the menu, we decided to have dinner. In our opinion, maybe it would be a strategy to focus on making pizzas, if they are excellent, I don't know, because we didn't feel like trying them. We received a salad, okay, order a mixed one, maybe the waiter didn't understand me, I speak Sicilian and a grilled sausage, side dishes parmigiana as an appetizer an Italian mix, the appetizer was delicious, the salad very salty, the sausage, we took it home and grilled it today. You always hear people say, there are no customers, maybe a moment of reflection. we didn't feel like criticizing, also because we wanted to spend a quiet evening and we were tired from the trip, in the end I said that we were not satisfied without perceiving any reaction.

21/08/2025: An unforgettable experience! La Sorgente restaurant, located on the beautiful Sorgeto Bay, offers a welcoming atmosphere. The food is excellent, with dishes prepared with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. The staff is extremely friendly and makes you feel truly pampered. The solarium area with reserved umbrellas is perfect for relaxing after a delicious lunch, and the famous "sprinkle" service is a real treat that makes the experience even more enjoyable on hot days. Highly recommended for those who want a combination of good food, relaxation, and customer service!

04/08/2025: I also enjoyed trying the pastries at the Bar La Lucciola, which were very good. The coffee was equally good. Friendly staff. Convenient location (when in Forio, less so when in Ischia Porto). If you sit at a table, there's a hefty surcharge!

03/08/2025: I came to this bar while on vacation in Forio for a few days. Well, avoid it. The worst atmosphere I've encountered in Forio. A waitress (an old lady wearing a cap) was super rude to me because I was a tourist. The prices were extremely high for very poor quality products. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. The atmosphere is just okay.

05/08/2025: Very local and cozy dining experience, if you want to dine like a local this is the place. For tourists who do not speak Italian (like me), here is what I know about this place: - opens around 8pm; locals kept on arriving until 9.30-10pm - if the lights are on and music is playing, the place is open - this is a one man shop - the owner Enzo cooks and serves and takes orders - there isn’t a fixed menu - I was asked whether I want fried or grilled fish, meat, shellfish, pasta, etc - if you want quick food this is not the place for you; for context I arrived at 8.30pm, ordered at 8.40, got my pasta dish at 9.30, fish at 9.45 and salad at 10pm - bruschetta was delicious; I also had aglio olio (2 dishes), one grilled fish and a salad - total came to €68 and they take card payments

03/07/2025: I had an amazing dinner at La Pagliarella on Ischia island! The bruschetta was the best I’ve ever tasted, the seafood and fish were super fresh and full of flavor. 15/07/2025: A very well-maintained restaurant, well-organized in its display of the various kitchen areas. Everything is in full view of the customer, from the wood-fired pizza oven to the grill and glass-fronted kitchen, allowing guests to watch the chef prepare their dishes. The service was slightly inattentive and imprecise on several occasions. The view was stunning, and the table was well-maintained and well-stocked. The outdoor terrace is nothing special; I wouldn't recommend it; the indoor area is better, with its unique glass windows overlooking the aforementioned bay. Overall, a good restaurant, but the entire staff, including the owner, needs some attention, as he's a bit chaotic. Keep up the good work, and keep up the good work.

19/07/2025: A family-run restaurant, it has all the advantages and disadvantages that come with it, but overall, the evening was pleasant. Ample parking is available next to the restaurant. The spaghetti with clams and the gnocchi alla pescatora (fisherman's gnocchi) needed a rethink; both were a bit disjointed in flavor. Generous portions. Three appetizers, two first courses, water, and a Coke. €40 per person.

18/07/2025: The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The food is excellent quality and beautifully served at a very reasonable price. The view is simply breathtaking; I highly recommend it 100%.

24/08/2025: I felt right at home in this beautiful restaurant serving home-cooked food. The staff was incredibly kind, and there were lots of children playing, but in a dedicated area away from the tables, it felt like a family-friendly environment. We had a Margherita with provola and thoroughly enjoyed it. Kudos also to the kitchen for the appetizer of Italian fried meats, including zucchini flowers, our favorites, potato croquettes, and zeppoline. We'll be back to try the local fish, which we've heard so much about. Thanks to Giuseppe and Kelly for their hospitality and professionalism. See you soon!

22/07/2025: This place is absolute bliss. Only a short drive to the main town of Forio this little gem is nestled up the mountain on a beautiful vineyard. The property itself is a privately owned vineyard with a handful of well appointed rooms overlooking the stunning island. The rooms were very clean with daily service, air conditioning, fridge, coffee facilities and safe box. The beds and pillows were nice and comfy. Our room had a terrace with 2 lounge chairs and a private jacuzzi, of course all with a view. Everyday we were treated with a typical Italian breakfast of a choice of fruits, yogurts, fresh pastries, coffee, juices and eggs. This place was a home away from home, the staff were super helpful and very friendly. The main pool is also very clean equipped with spa jets, surrounded by comfy loungers and over looking the island. A special thank you to Maria and Emma who took care of us during our stay. We also loved meeting the owner Luciano. If you are a looking to get away from the standard hotel booking and wanting something tranquil, picturesque and private this is the place for you. Could not highly recommend enough !

28/07/2025: La location è molto bella e curata, immersa nel verde, il personale è gentile e disponibile, e si interessa molto al cliente. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene, cibo di qualità, e prezzi ottimi , dunque rapporto qualità-prezzo perfetto. Abbiamo diviso in due un antipasto per 1 persona ed era molto buono, così come anche i due primi. È possibile parcheggiare la macchina in un parcheggio davanti al ristorante dove però si accede attraverso una stradina che non permette il passaggio di più di una macchina,oppure c’è un parcheggio a pagamento a 10 minuti a piedi dal ristorante, a cui si accede attraverso una salita un po’ lunga. Mi dispiace che il ristorante sia un po’ nascosto, perché merita veramente tanto

28/07/2025: Fornito di parcheggio per auto e location semplice ma piena di particolari. Cibo ottimo, dagli antipasti ai primi dove purtroppo ci siamo fermati , prezzi più che giusti e personale super carino e disponibile. Lo consiglierei a tutti e spero di tornarci presto per provare il loro coniglio.

03/05/2025: If you find yourself walking through the streets of the center of Ischia, perhaps waiting to board or just disembarked at the port, there is a small sandwich shop that is absolutely worth a stop. Don't expect a designer venue: the environment is rustic, simple, almost Spartan. But that's exactly where one of the best Nutella crepes you can enjoy on the island is hidden. The crepe is hot, thin but consistent, with perfect cooking that makes it soft at the right point. The Nutella filling is abundant and creamy, without skimping on quantity as often happens elsewhere. It is the ultimate comfort food, prepared with care and served with a smile. Even if the decor is not impressive, the quality of the products is evident and the attention to preparation makes the difference. A real treat for those looking for something good, fast and genuine in a very busy area. Recommended for a tasty break at any time of day.
