09/01/2026: Waited for another pizzeria for an hour before deciding to try out this pizzeria and was super surprised as the quality of the pizza was so good. They allowed additional toppings on your pizza so I got Gorgonzola on my pizza and this was one of the best pizzas I’ve had in Ischia. Excellent price and I didn’t have to wait an hour for good pizza

05/12/2025: This is a lovely family run boutique hotel. Great views! Loved swimming in the thermal pools in November! Food was amazing! Best part was the service and hospitality. You will not be disappointed!

07/05/2026: My girlfriend and I had lunch. We had two starters, one of which was gluten-free, and they were really excellent. The service and location were excellent. We'll definitely be back!

25/11/2025: We got welcomed even if we got there in low season and without booking. The owners are super friendly and I love how the place is decorated. I ordered Ravioli with rabbit (outside the menu) and they were one of the best meals I had in Italy. Lovely place

22/09/2025: We had dinner at La Rondinella this evening, guided partly by reviews and partly by intuition, and I have to say it was a wonderful dinner, with those simple flavors that linger. We wanted a good first course, and the pasta and potatoes with seafood was sublime, not to mention the Ischian-style rabbit...an island specialty that deserves to be tried here!
What can I say...we'll be back in Ischia and will definitely stop by again to enjoy these delicious specialties!!

02/05/2026: A lovely trattoria like they used to be...a family atmosphere, with attentive and very friendly service.
We had lunch with friends and had bucatini with rabbit sauce...and then the rabbit cooked in an earthenware pot, truly delicious.

Note: The answer further defines the subjects; the caramelizing effect of flour doesn't exist. You should be ashamed of offending your customers' intelligence and stop poisoning them. Be kind and polite, if you can.
