02/09/2023: I had lunch several times during my stay in Forio and was pleasantly impressed. Location located on a terrace overlooking the sea (La Chiaia beach), very suggestive and relaxing. Service ok but could be improved, fairly large menu with tasty options. I recommend really excellent spaghetti with tomato sauce and the Sorrento gnocchi, which in my opinion are among the best in the area.

02/08/2023: Posto carino e accogliente. Il pesce è molto buono e anche i piatti della terra sono ottimi. L'attesa non è molta e il personale è molto gentile. Consiglio di prendere gli spaghetti alle vongole!

25/10/2023: Bellissima location sul mare vista tramonto. Ottima la pizza, ma davvero buono anche il pesce. Personale gentile, meglio prenotare per avere un tavolo vista mare.

13/10/2023: Siamo stati a cena qui in comitiva, più volte. Ottime le pizze ma anche le fritture, i primi ecc... sono molto buone. Camerieri molto disponibili e attenti verso le intolleranze alimentari, ma in generale tutto lo staff è disponibile, gentile, preparato e molto educato. Consigliatissimo

05/09/2023: Quando ho letto su internet "tenuta" ho immaginato un luogo a carattere familiare, con accoglienza calorosa, diversa da un albergo. Purtroppo non è stato così. Appena arrivati mancava l'acqua calda e ci è stato detto che eravamo stati noi a disattivare lo scaldabagno quando invece non avevamo avuto nemmeno il tempo di toccare nulla. Anche la jacuzzi aveva l'acqua gelata e quindi inutilizzabile fino alla serata del secondo giorno (il terzo era il nostro ultimo...). La piscina comune, molto più piccola rispetto alle foto del sito, è stata chiusa agli ospiti per un giorno causa evento privato. Purtroppo i proprietari, sicuramente persone carine e preparate, sono però partiti lasciando la gestione ad uno staff assolutamente non all'altezza di una simile struttura. Per i nostri disagi abbiamo ricevuto comportamenti evasivi, maniere ben poco signorili, fino alla più completa scortesia da parte di chi gestiva il tutto. Peccato, un posto così bello merita di più, la vista è splendida, i comfort (quando riesci ad usufruirne) ci sono tutti, ma in mancanza dei proprietari l'accoglienza, il calore e la cortesia sono stati pari a zero. Tornerò sicuramente nella splendida Ischia, certamente in una sistemazione magari meno appariscente ma che non lasci l'amaro in bocca. Davvero un peccato.

07/09/2023: Posticino curato e carino con prezzi nella media. Per quanto riguarda il sapore dei primi piatti mi son piaciuti tanto i paccheri ma mediocre il risotto. La ricciola fanstastica mentre i dolcini niente di entusiasmante. I ragazzi carinissimi dall'accoglienza al conto.

18/02/2024: Left an hour ago without being able to eat. Booked yesterday for today at 2.30pm with their recommendation to be on time. Today at 2.29pm we all show up, the tables are occupied, they tell us to wait 10 minutes, we are the first of the 2.30pm shift to wait, around 3pm the tables start to be freed up and here the manager and the waiter seat their friends first and then their acquaintances and to my complaints they simply say that other tables are becoming available. At this point, faced with so much improvisation, carelessness and rudeness, we honestly decide to leave. It's a shame the food isn't bad having home there, we had already been there in other less crowded periods of the year Today we didn't eat and the restaurateur doesn't care that we left as there were so many people, but in the other periods in which we come we perhaps definitely missed something.

09/02/2024: Beautiful sunny February day. My niece brought me here after visiting Sorrento proper. First, the road to beautiful Marina del Cantone Is narrow and curvy so be extra careful when driving. Second, get there early because there's little to no parking. When we left there was a car waiting for 40 minutes for someone to leave. If you get there early, you can enjoy the beautiful beach & views. My niece told me the parking was free. The road ends directly into it. There is parking in front of the hotel, but I'm not sure if they allow non guests to park there or if they allow paid parking. When we left the bay around 2 pm, there was a train of cars headed towards the bay. Ristorante Pappone: If you want a first row table to bask in the sun or take in the views you better reserve a table. We didn't care and sat at a second row table. We ordered antipasto mista which is a little bit of all the appetizers. It was really good. I love any kind of fish when I'm visiting La Mia bella Napoli. We both ordered the Spaghetti Alla Nerano and It was really good. The Spaghetti Alla Nerano Is zucchini with pasta. It doesn't sound appetizing but trust me you want to order this dish at least once. We topped off our meal with a cafe. The views while we were eating were marvelous. Our meal cost around 70 euros for 2 people. It was worth every penny.

10/09/2023: We stumbled upon this place when we came to try out the natural hot waters of Baia Sorgeto. We had the octopus bruschetta which was so amazing that we came back another day just to have it again! Right on the beach with gorgeous views of the bay, all the tables were shaded if needed so it was the perfect spot to relax with some drinks and good food. Reasonably priced for the huge amount of octopus on the bruschetta too - a fantastic place!

05/09/2023: Staff ill-informed and not at all talkative. Of the 6 dishes requested, all 6 were sold out. When we left, faced with the lack of choice in food, the owner gave us a look of contempt. I will definitely not return.
