25/01/2025: Sono già stato tre volte in questo ristorante e lo consiglio vivamente. Cucina a base di prodotti del territorio, con il menù che cambia in base alle disponibilità stagionali. Tutti i piatti sono curati nei minimi dettagli e ben presentati, ma le porzioni sono giuste se non abbondanti. Molto gradevole anche il vino della casa. Prezzi nella media, certamente adeguati alla qualità.

09/04/2025: I had been missing for a long time and I must say that it has improved, very beautiful and refined in appearance and also made it larger. However, I have to give a barely sufficient rating, given the care of the toilets, which, at least when I was there, were in very poor condition. Then for the pizza, the dough is of good quality, very light, but the quality of the fior di latte was not excellent. However, the various fried foods were excellent, as they are very particular and diversified. Good value for money.

Il ristorante è ricavato in un’antica stalla, splendidamente ristrutturata in pietra, e illuminata con candele e luci soffuse.
Cena squisita con prodotti a km zero e un menù da quattro portate, stabilito giorno per giorno secondo disponibilità e stagionalità.
Il personale è il fiore all’occhiello per cortesia, professionalità e cura degli ospiti.
Ulteriore nota a favore: massima attenzione alle allergie e intolleranze, complimenti!
Siamo stati benissimo e torneremo sicuramente, magari per pranzo e per godere della struttura anche durante la giornata.

21/04/2025: There's no point in pre-ordering, the owner's friends will always get ahead of you! Parking was complicated, you ordered two pizzas for 9pm and delivered after 9.30pm. We pre-ordered 2 pizzas:
Margherita seems frozen and pistachio-like pizza with low quality ingredients (vomiting mortadella not to mention the pistachios). Unwelcoming environment, rude staff and I don't understand all this popularity. I hope to never come across this tasty pizza again.

22/03/2025: I come from Tuscany and I was completely shocked by the "Carbocrema Beerbante" for me it was an absolute revelation, try it if you can. It is a bucatini omelette with egg, pecorino cream and guanciale. EXTRAORDINARY. A bit of everything actually was, the guys, all very young and happy to be there even though they were at work, made me feel at home. In general in Tuscany we are not used to such large portions and fairly honest prices, I also had a plate of BBQ Ribs, and I'll post the photo that speaks for itself. More than a plate! It's a boat!
The service was also very fast and the guys despite being easy-going were really very attentive to every need, thank you so much!
I'm attaching photos because they deserve it.
06/03/2025: Cozy and warm place, attentive staff. The food ordered arrived on time as expected by the restaurant. The products are fresh and prepared well. I recommend the burgers. Wide choice of beers and delicacies. The meatballs and the mixed pork dish are good. Prices are normal

02/05/2025: We came here for lunch. It was absolutely amazing. The hospitality from the hosts, especially as we stayed after serving time, was phenomenal so welcoming and caring. The food was relaxed serving with menus and food provided for us (1 meat eater and 1 vegetarian). We were so well cared for and we got to learn about the history of the place. Our Italian was very broken but it wasn’t a problem.
The views and surrounding area is so quiet and blissful - very relaxing. We had their locally made wine and just enjoyed an afternoon of relaxing. We can’t wait to

28/04/2025: I used the hotel, truly impeccable. The owner, Mirko, a truly special person. He immediately proved to be competent, very professional and available. My room was clean and with all the comforts. The breakfast was exceptional. We will return, without a doubt.
