Since I was little you have been the point of reference for Chinese cuisine, always friendly and helpful, the atmosphere feels like a family, I have been eating in this restaurant for 14 years or more and I have no doubts, if you want to savor this Beijing culture it's the right place. I recommend the soy noodles with vegetables, the fried seaweed and the spring rolls. Update, I came back after 4 months and nothing has changed, everything was delicious, I recommend the sweet and sour chicken because it's amazing. This place makes me feel at home

13/01/2024: Terrible service. We decided to eat in the self-service dining room. We ordered and had to wait an hour and a half before we got our order. Pizza was just ok. Perhaps it was because it was a Saturday. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

20/02/2024: I work in the shopping center, so before starting my work routine, I used to have a coffee at the Due Palme bar, something I no longer do, due to the lack of education and ignorance of the two WOMAN waitresses who serve the tables. I am a polite and cheerful person, but in the eyes of the two waitresses this was a reason for fury, most likely it will be due to their lack of social culture, especially the girl with short brown hair, with glasses, very rude, where she allowed herself to looking down on me, while the waitress with a masculine attitude and very long black hair looked at me with a challenging look as if to be a boss, Take care of your insecurity my dear, you need it. It's a shame because it's a nice place where I was happy to stop. I invite the owner to declutter the staff. Look at the cameras, because what happened is very serious. All this happened on 02/19/2024 around 12.30/13.00

12/03/2024: A pleasant alternative to feel a little lighter than the usual fast food. The toasts are nothing superlative in terms of flavor but they are good and genuine and took me back to my childhood. The staff is nice and kind. The branding of the products is also nice. A nice experience overall. Fair prices for what we got, they are very large toasts and we can have dinner peacefully.

03/04/2024: Caffè pessimo e sempre bruciato, prezzi alle stelle, tavoli esterni sempre sporchi. Inoltre prima che tu possa servirti devi aspettare parecchio prima che un barista si accorga di te. In generale non è neanche un posto pulitissimo.

04/12/2023: I won't dwell on the low quality of the food and exorbitant prices because I note that my experience is not isolated, but I would like to underline how the service is truly terrible, in addition to the very long waiting times even for a simple coffee. Dirty cups and spoons also often appear, I don't know why but once I took a stick to stir the coffee from the appropriate container on the counter just to avoid using those spoons. The younger gentleman at the counter looks at me strangely, takes away the stick I had taken and also the container that was on the counter. Why did I have to use the normal teaspoon??? The other day, then, the two gentlemen at the counter were arguing and told each other to go to hell in front of everyone. Really, some absurd situations happen in that place and always on the same day, so as not to make us miss anything, under the glass, where the various foods are displayed, a beautiful fly was fluttering and resting everywhere and the lady, instead of removing it, was worried about dust the external glass... well, and then they make you pay €3.00 for a 7cm×7cm focaccia, with poor and old products. Nice service.
