22/04/2025: We passed by purely by chance, attracted by the location and the external structure, we stopped for a drink... but even though everything was closed and being prepared for Easter, they made us sit on the external veranda, delighting us not only with an excellent wine but also with local dishes... cured meats produced by them, cheeses, an excellent boned leg of guinea fowl and a cut of veal... What can I say, we were welcomed with great kindness and helpfulness that I will struggle to forget... Very honest price !!

Added value is the continuous opening hours, even after 2.30pm there is a good choice at the counter. The bill (for three, with 2 first courses, 2 second courses, 1 side dish, 3 zeppole and drinks) €46.00. Excellent quality/price ratio courtesy

Excellent food, high quality of chosen local ingredients from the tasty olive oil to the crispy bread, from the delicious vegetables to the fresh fish of the local sea. 🙌 Good service, excellent hospitality in a Mediterranean place full of colors! I highly recommend it & I love to book a table outside just to admire the blue of the sea and the high trees just in front of it 💕🌿

21/04/2025: Ristorante con personale molto preparato per la cucina senza glutine per soggetti celiaci. Disponibile quasi tutto il menù in versione gluten free (inclusa la frittura di pesce): le pietanze per celiaci sono servite in piatti colorati.
Ottima anche la cucina normale. Locale molto pulito, accogliente, musica soft di sottofondo. Personale gentilissimo.
31/03/2025: Locale grande e particolare in quanto di trova al primo piano di un complesso con delle enormi finestre. La pizza non mi è piaciuta perchè risulta essere bassa e leggermente biscottata.

15/05/2025: Absolutely extraordinary! ❤️ Last night we experienced an unforgettable evening at the restaurant "La Location Del Serendipity" in Schiavonea, Calabria. Although a wedding party had actually booked the restaurant exclusively, we were spontaneously offered a cozy little table between the kitchen and the bar. And what followed was a true feast for the palate!
We were greeted with a delicious glass of Prosecco, followed by a fresh salad and crusty bread. For main courses, we enjoyed perfectly grilled salmon, and the absolute highlight was a freshly caught monkfish with sun-ripened tomatoes from the oven – a dream!
But it wasn't just the food that was outstanding. The entire ambiance, with atmospheric music and the joyful dancing of the wedding party, created a unique and captivating atmosphere. We felt warmly welcomed and at home from the very first moment.
A huge thank you to the loving and hospitable team at "La Location Del Serendipity" for this wonderful experience! We'll definitely be back – and highly recommend this gem in Calabria!

23/03/2025: Siamo capitati per caso in questo ristorante che ci ha proposto il pescato del giorno e ci ha stupiti con una ricercatezza ed un gusto nella preparazione dei piatti di ottimo livello. Mangiato un caciucco di livello eccellente e bevuto anche bene. Prezzi un po’ al di sopra della norma ma comunque vale la pena. Ci ritorneremo.

08/02/2025: It looks like a vintage furnished place but instead the furnishings from more than thirty years ago have been maintained. and also kept very well maintained, clean. friendly and helpful waiters and bartenders. there is a pleasant and serene environment. croissants of various flavors always provided, sweet coffee (I prefer stronger coffees but it's a personal taste)
welcoming and kind staff.
restaurant located on a busy road, in front of a pleasant municipal villa
I can only evaluate the breakfasts, I have not consumed them at other times.
