02/12/2025: Excellent options, even too many. Trying a mix of appetizers, I found a blend of flavors, from the exquisite octopus and shrimp to the thawed tuna, which I wasn't expecting; it was still cold. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the spaghetti with butter-filled clams. The service was excellent, attentive and friendly. Prices were average.
21/11/2025: Guys, this isn't the first time I've been here for lunch. The fish is delicious and the portions are generous. The price is reasonable (not expensive). The restaurant is welcoming and very beautiful, even aesthetically pleasing. What more could you ask for? I'll be back and definitely recommend it.

01/11/2025: My favorite place for dinner in Tropea. Delicious food at absolutely fair prices. Lots of fish dishes, a very good wine selection. The Osteria is truly a little gem, tucked away in a quiet side street in the old town. Anyone looking for a relaxing evening with good food in Tropea should definitely stop by.
27/10/2025: 100 points for the service, the friendliness, and the extremely good food. Oh, if only we had something like this in Austria, complete with the weather and the ambiance.

26/12/2025: After asking the owner if it was possible to have another glass of wine, he sat down next to my wife and I, saying, "You want a drink? Let's have a drink then," bringing a bottle of whiskey with him. He stayed there the whole evening, creepy, even charging us for the bottle of whiskey that he drank alone, and making obscene comments about all the women in the room. Never again.
25/12/2025: Expired food probably. Got Food poisoning the other day. Not recommending to people who care about their health. they even had rats and cockroaches roaming around. Staff was rude when confronted about hygiene and cleanliness.

13/09/2025: I had the pleasure of trying this Italian restaurant, and I have to say the fresh pasta is definitely the highlight. The gnocchi with cherry tomatoes were truly delicious, well-made, and served with a simple yet flavorful sauce. The ravioli with swordfish sauce were also a pleasant surprise: well-seasoned, with a balanced filling and a sauce that enhanced the dish without overpowering its flavors.
On the slightly less positive note, the fried calamari were edible, but nothing special. The calamari were slightly sticky and lacked the crispiness you expect from a good fried dish.
Overall, a good experience. With a little more attention, this could become a truly excellent place.
21/08/2025: Excellent seafood restaurant. Superlative first courses. It's a shame they didn't offer a raw fish appetizer; perhaps ask for it when you book, but unfortunately I didn't. The place is also welcoming and well-maintained. I recommend it.

30/12/2025: A shameful experience, to say the least. I paid €7.10 for a single slice of Margherita pizza, mediocre quality and served on a dirty outside table. Exorbitant prices for unacceptable service. I strongly advise against stopping at this Autogrill unless you're willing to be legally robbed.

29/07/2025: Two years later: the food is still good, the restaurant has been revamped, and the atmosphere is very nice and clean. Excellent service and very friendly staff. The menu has been updated with new dishes. Yes, you can order everything online on your smartphone at the restaurant. No chipped dishes! I highly recommend this new culinary experience. 👍

08/12/2025: We ate well, all seafood-based, the stew was excellent, I found a splinter of the shell in the peppered mussels, the price of 36 euros per person for an appetizer, first course, and second course was very good, it's a shame you can't choose à la carte; if you want just a second course or a first course you pay the same amount, the staff were friendly, the bathrooms were very large, and the nice thing was, there were fresh flowers. It's a shame there isn't a very visible sign outside.
26/10/2025: This restaurant is a bit unremarkable, both in terms of location and menu. It offers seafood dishes with a €29 fixed-price menu featuring a choice of three from nine options. The dishes are well-prepared, but there's no hint of traditional ingredients, and the menu is a bit out of place.

24/09/2025: The food was just right for a mountain village. The pasta was homemade and made with local produce. Simply delicious. The host was helpful and friendly. We sat inside. The ambiance was simple, clean, and down-to-earth. The wine was local.
23/09/2025: A great place to eat. Good prices and quality food. The owner's service was excellent. The house rosé wine is very good. Highly recommended. A typical Longobuco spot, which demonstrates the warmth and friendliness of its people.

13/09/2025: Delicious pizza, light and crispy at the same time, nothing like those "rubbery" pizzas that they call "Neapolitan" and then rise in your stomach and you digest them the next afternoon!! The food is also good. Courtesy and kindness. If you're looking for a quiet place to eat, this is the right place.
15/06/2025: My boyfriend and I have been frequenting this restaurant often for a long time. The atmosphere is quiet, there are always few people and I don't mind, the owners are very kind and helpful. However, the overall experience did not fully satisfy us. Lately it has not been pleasant anymore.
For a place setting with a paper placemat, €4 seems a bit excessive to me.
The portions were rather small compared to the asking price, which at the end of the meal turned out to be quite high in relation to what we actually ate. Unfortunately, the quality-price ratio did not live up to expectations.
A shame, because with a few more adjustments on the quantity and cost, the experience could have been decidedly better.

24/09/2025: I tried this place specializing in rotisserie chicken, and I have to say the meat is definitely the highlight: well-cooked, flavorful, and tasty.
The cashier staff is friendly and helpful, which is always a plus.
The sandwiches, however, are less convincing: the prices are quite high for the fillings and quantity. The bread quality is also subpar, penalizing a product that could have much more potential.
I should also note that the wait time for takeout wasn't particularly fast. It's a shame.
In summary: chicken gets a thumbs up, sandwiches need some work, and the service is friendly.

18/08/2025: A truly beautiful place, with a breathtaking view even at night. The pizza is typical Calabrian, but the penne all'arrabbiata is superb!
The local wine, made on site, is delicious.
The granita is a must!
The prices are fair.
