07/04/2026: This restaurant is very close to Lagopesole Castle. I spent Easter Monday there with a set menu. The food was excellent, the setting simple, but the staff really made the difference: helpful, friendly, and extremely kind. They were accommodating regarding food, allergies, and arrival times, as we as a group had to wait well past the permitted time. Excellent experience.

23/03/2026: We went to Avigliano to eat cod at Osteria Gagliardi. It was truly delicious. The dishes, from appetizers to first and second courses, paired beautifully and delicately with this fish. Excellent value for money. The place is small, but very elegant and not crowded. The service was impeccable, fast, and attentive. It's best to book well in advance because it's very popular. We were coming from Bari, so we drove a bit, but it was worth it.

04/04/2026: We went with friends for dinner. They had a power problem that wasn't their fault, but we were met with extreme rudeness from the owner, who was quite rude and unprofessional. After our appetizer, we ran away and will definitely never return.

21/03/2026: Guests at a birthday and retirement party, we ate typical local dishes, truly well-prepared and delicious. The location is characterized by a charming retro style. Indeed, the reception area displays artifacts from Avigliano's rural culture, which blend beautifully with the decor and colors of the walls. The rooms are very clean and functional. The restaurant is easily accessible by car and has ample parking.
31/12/2025: As a customer, I can say that the owners are ready to satisfy every culinary need. The premises are welcoming, clean, and refined, as are the owners.
The service atmosphere is warm yet professional.
As for the food, there's nothing to complain about; the quality is excellent.
The facility has multiple rooms and is also suitable for large events.
You don't feel like you're being treated like a customer, but rather like a guest, so I highly recommend it.

11/10/2025: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, where we dined first with appetizers and then with sublime tagliata with arugula, parmesan shavings, and Dutch beef. Excellent, highly recommended.

Abbiamo passato una incantevole giornata in famiglia accolti calorosamente…mangiando i m maniera meravigliosa…e pagando poco rispetto a quello che la ottima cucina meriterebbe. Da provare assolutamente!!… una esperienza alla pietra del sale non può mancare!!!!
02/05/2025: Mi sono recato in questo locale con amici , servono pasti della cultura lucana , devo dire agnello molto buono e ben cotto. Sperlunga d pappardelle ai funghi e tartufo ottima.

28/12/2024: Lavorando in zona, ne avevo sentito parlare ma andare di proposito in tale pizzeria per una riunione di famiglia, è stato...come entrare in un centro benessere e uscirne risanati...! Sì è vero: prodotti artigianali e di alta qualità, pizze sottili, ben cotte e ben condite, profumo e sapore avvolgenti, atmosfera cordiale e familiare...tutto PERFETTO! Carmelina poi...la proprietaria, gentilissima, alla domanda: dolce? Noi tutti: noooo, siamo nelle feste di Natale, troppi dolci e noi, troppo pieni! Ma quando ha portato il nocciolato e fette di panettoni fatti da loro, bè sono stati assaggi IRRESISTIBILI! Un sincero GRAZIE a tutto il personale e sicuramente A PRESTO!
