We were very satisfied with the quality of the meat served, the possibility of choosing it in their historic butcher's shop and the value for money, but what struck us most was the welcome and professionalism with which they hosted us. Nino and his family made us feel right at home! Highly recommended and if there is the possibility of returning to Policoro it will certainly be a pleasant experience to repeat. 28/11/2024: During my trip to purchase goods to be allocated to the parish, where I serve as a permanent deacon, having made the timetable, we were looking for a place to refresh ourselves and return to the office. On the instructions of the employees of the company where we had gone for the above purchases, I found a quiet, welcoming, clean environment, the table service was discreet, prompt, courteous and competent. It was possible to verify and choose the choices of dishes and wines by placing a queue and subsequently requesting the order from the service employee with whom he was able to exchange a few words and share his life experiences. I highly recommend you go to this place, you won't regret it.

27/08/2024: Era da tempo che non ci godevamo una cena di pesce con tanta soddisfazione, oltre alla qualità e le porzioni veramente abbondanti, il servizio, tutto gestito in famiglia dalla cucina ai tavoli non è stato da meno, assolutamente da provare questa esperienza di impresa familiare personalmente quando rimango così soddisfatto il mio umore migliora.

A beautiful experience, a restaurant with attention to detail and the possibility of drinking excellent drinks as well as wines. There are small details that can be improved to adjust the aim a little but in the end they are of little importance and are not strictly necessary. All at one. acceptable price for the quality of both food and drink. Essenza is a virtuous initiative, with the right courage, to which I wish luck in the years to come. We will be back.
