22/08/2024: Ho mangiato un pranzo a base di pesce alcuni giorni fa. Il ristorante in Policoro offre un ottimo servizio, i piatti sono appetitosi e sono anche attenti alle intolleranze. Consigliatissimo !

16/08/2024: La trattoria del cuore. La cucina è legata al territorio con qualche piccolissima innovazione. Nei piatti si sente la freschezza e l' amore di chi gestisce. Il posto seppur piccolo è gradevolissimo, il servizio è attento e mai invadente. Difficile trovare un mix di cose positive in un unico luogo. Qui ci sono tutti, compreso l' ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. I tantissimi avventori lo dimostrano. Bravi, bravi, bravi

22/08/2024: Everything of an exceptional standard. 3 times in 3 years. I hope to return. Quality raw materials, imperial raw materials with excellent seafood experience. Sommelier, attentive, friendly and prepared. His colleague is a little less so.

21/08/2024: Excellent restaurant that courageously emerges from a chorus that always and only navigates between tradition (little) and tourism, without thinking too much about the quality of the dish and offering something new, different. A beautiful experience, a restaurant with attention to detail and the possibility of drinking excellent drinks as well as wines. There are small details that can be improved to adjust the aim a little but in the end they are of little importance and are not strictly necessary. All at one. acceptable price for the quality of both food and drink. Essenza is a virtuous initiative, with the right courage, to which I wish luck in the years to come. We will be back.

11/08/2024: Ordered takeaway. They sent our pizzas by courier and made them again (but made us wait). They got one pizza out of 3 wrong, but we overcame it. Costs slightly higher than the standards of the place, but all in all recommended.

27/07/2024: Scandalous restaurant, we went in for a business lunch and were welcomed and rudely kicked out of the restaurant because it had no staff in the kitchen, I absolutely do not recommend it

13/08/2024: Abbiamo avuto un'esperienza straordinaria in questo braceria, dove la qualità della carne e l'accoglienza sono stati eccezionali, tutto garantito dell'attenzione di Nino, dalla freschezza di Francesco e dell'efficienza di Luciana. CARNE DAVVERO AL TOP!

13/08/2024: Sono stato a cena con mia moglie in questa braceria che mi è stata vivamente consigliata , è stata davvero una bella scoperta. Tanta accoglienza sin dall’inizio , è una scelta di carni incredibili… abbiamo gustato un carpaccio eccezionale e a seguire io ho preso un filetto di sashi finlandese buonissimo, mia moglie una costata scozzese frollata 30 giorni, eccezionale .. contorni perfetti e abbinamento vino consigliato dal titolare (aglianico in purezza) molto piacevole. Tutti molto gentili, presso più che giusto e ci è stato offerto anche un rum, che dire , ci torneremo e lo consigliamo a tutti

12/08/2024: Difficilmente dò 5 pallini, ma qui c'è poco da fare... Tutto eccellente, super il sushi senti davvero il sapore buono del pesce e anche l'innovazione e le idee ottime di chi lo cucina, azzarda do abbinamenti davvero spettacolari. Buono anche il gintonic, ottimo il panino e anche i gamberi al panko. Bella accoglienza, abbiamo speso 60€ circa e abbiamo preso 3 rotolino, un gin tonic, un panino e una porzione tapas di gamberoni al panko. Grazie per la bellissima esperienza.

06/08/2024: Reservation is required to find a table in the restaurant. The menu is rich with the possibility of ordering first or various second courses including sushi or seafood sandwiches. The only flaw was the wait: we waited almost an hour from when we placed the order after we asked the staff why they didn't arrive. Excellent price quality.
