28/06/2026: Gusti Lucani was a lovely discovery. A simple and welcoming place, where you eat well and feel at home. Authentic dishes, authentic Basilicata flavors, and attentive service. Everything is carefully prepared without exaggeration, with plenty of substance and friendliness. We had a wonderful time and would happily recommend it. A restaurant we'll gladly return to.

21/05/2026: It was a crazy weekend on a motorbike with friends, and we couldn't have chosen a better place to recharge our batteries! Sfizi del Palato proved to be a true culinary paradise after miles of twists and turns. The welcome was fantastic from the moment we arrived: super-hospitable staff, a convivial atmosphere perfect for our group, and quick, friendly service. But the real spectacle began at the table. The quality of the ingredients was exceptional, the portions generous (which after hours in the saddle is exactly what you need!), and the authentic flavors truly reflect tradition and passion. The value for money was top-notch. It will definitely become a regular stop for our upcoming motorcycle rallies and weekend outings. If you're in the area (or are planning a two-wheeled itinerary), do yourself a favor and plan a stop here. Highly recommended! See you next time! 🏍️💨

03/06/2026: Intrigued by the name and Chef Enza's creations, we booked a round-trip trip of about 300 km to this restaurant, which offers a sensory experience beyond the limits! The raw fish envelops you with the flavors and aromas of the sea, while I can't even describe the other dishes. I had a revisited cacio e pepe that gave me an immeasurable explosion of flavors in my mouth! Every detail is meticulously crafted, from the professionalism of the waiters to the cleanliness of the restrooms. Everyone was satisfied, even my 3-year-old son, with pasta with tomato sauce, cutlets, and homemade potato chips. In short, if you want to try a culinary experience above the restroom, it's time to try L'ESSENZA! Thank you for everything!

11/04/2026: We went to La Maison in Policoro for Easter Monday and it was a feast for the taste buds! For just €35, they treated us to a truly incredible menu. The meat-based antipasto was so generous it felt like a lunch in itself: cured meats, cheeses, grilled vegetables... a palette of flavors. Then came the double first course: the baked pasta made us feel right at home, while the pasta with sausage was an explosion of flavor. The succulent roast meat topped it all off, and dessert and coffee rounded it off perfectly. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was friendly, and the value for money was truly unbeatable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to celebrate with style!
