I had high expectations because the reviews were excellent, but for me it was a bit disappointing. The atmosphere is nice and in keeping with a seafood restaurant. The service is attentive and the staff is friendly. But the food lacks the flavor of the sea. The seafood risotto didn't taste like fish. The au gratin mussels weren't au gratin and were missing garlic and parsley. On the other hand, the fried calamari was good. Average rating.

A truly enjoyable family dinner. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great kindness and courtesy, both by the owner and the entire wait staff, who were always attentive and helpful. The quality of the food was excellent. We started with a rich mixed house antipasto, beautifully presented with fresh and flavorful ingredients. For main courses, we chose fried calamari and grilled octopus: both were exceptional. The calamari was light and crispy, while the octopus was so tender, it literally melted in your mouth. A gesture that particularly struck us was the owner's thoughtfulness towards our daughter: before leaving, he gave her two shells. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the restaurant and restrooms, a detail that always makes a difference.

Overall, the dinner was decent, but I honestly expected more, especially given the numerous positive reviews. The fish was fresh and good quality, no complaints there. The portions, however, were average and not particularly generous, contrary to what I'd read in several reviews. Everything was delicious, from the appetizers onward. The first courses were delicious, including the seafood risotto and fresh pasta with clams and pistachios.
