20/10/2025: We celebrated a special birthday here in a place full of love for us. ​The welcome was excellent: the staff reserved a festive table for us, almost like a wedding, a gesture of great care. ​We chose a pre-arranged menu: very good, plentiful food, and impeccable service. ​The excellent service made the day unforgettable. Highly recommended!

15/03/2026: If you're looking for authentic Venetian grilled food, this is the place. Open-view cooking is a guarantee, and the ingredients are top-quality. Special mention goes to the side dishes and the fast service, capable of handling large numbers without distracting guests. Generous portions and a fair price.

09/03/2026: The food is good...unfortunately, however, they didn't give us a menu...so we went in blind...which I was very disappointed about and that in 2026, accepting dogs only in a carrier seems outdated to me...

28/02/2026: I've known MK for several years, having been going there since the restaurant was still in Pove del Grappa. Unfortunately, in the last two times I've been there, I've noticed a general decline in the quality and menu offerings. The burgers I usually ordered are no longer available, and the selection is more limited. The pulled pork and cacio e pepe croquettes seem industrial and are served without any accompanying sauces, and the very ordinary red beer I ordered was awful. Unsure of which burger to get, since Hokuto, Harley Queen, and the others I usually ordered are no longer available, I decided to try an MK pan. The breaded and fried bread was full of oil. The quality of the meat itself was good, but the bread made the entire smash burger very heavy to eat. The potatoes were burnt; you'd think they'd been forgotten in the fryer or re-fried to serve potatoes that had been ready for a long time. The thing that absolutely bothered me was the cheddar cream: reading it makes you think of a cheddar fondue or something similar, but instead it's a sort of floury, crumbly purée that has absolutely no resemblance to cheese. Inedible. Both the potatoes and half the burger were immersed in this "cream," and it completely ruined my appetite. Honestly, from a place that promotes itself as top-quality and has truly been that way for years, you expect what's on the menu to be up to par, especially given the rather steep prices. Instead, I wonder how the MK pan ended up in there... My impression is that they've deliberately neglected the quality of the food to focus more on making numbers, forgetting that anyone who truly knows what MK used to offer will appreciate the difference. This latest experience really makes me wonder whether or not I'll return.

28/02/2026: Let's start with the assumption that I've been coming to mk since the first location opened, and I'd always eaten excellently. I returned after a while and was disappointed. Starting with the cicchetti: the croquettes, in my opinion, now seem industrial; the cacio e pepe was rather bland, and the jalapeños were particularly sour. Even the pulled pork, which used to be incredible, has definitely changed. Furthermore, everything was served without sauces, which in the past accompanied the dishes. The burgers were generally good, but overcooked and therefore dry. The fries, unfortunately, were inedible: they seemed to have been forgotten in the fryer or pre-fried. A colleague of mine ordered the pan with fries and cheddar cream, but the sauce was floury and separated, decidedly far from what we expected. The menu now also appears much broader and geared towards satisfying every type of request. The feeling is that the choice was made to focus on a more "everyone-friendly" offering, perhaps with the goal of increasing numbers, but at the expense of the care and quality we remembered from the beginning. Over the years, we've often frequented various MK restaurants, and for this very reason, it's disappointing to see a clear decline from the initial standards. Also because the prices aren't low: when you choose to offer a certain price range, it's natural to expect consistency between what you pay and what you get.

30/12/2025: The buffet was cold, the atmosphere was cold, the meat was very good, as was the service, and the coffee was completely cold! I was really disappointed, and I definitely won't be back!

21/11/2025: The steakhouse itself was okay… nothing exceptional. The meat was good when it didn't have a strong fishy taste, yes, fish! The grill master, who certainly lacked experience in the business, brought us so much meat in such large pieces that it ended up cooking on the plate and going past its prime before we could eat it. The buffet was very simple, one of the smallest and simplest I've ever seen in a steakhouse. We ordered two caipiroskas which, despite being expensive (18 euros each), were undrinkable; you can't even call it a drink, it was more like "alcoholic water with lemon flavor". We also ordered a passion fruit mousse, which we even asked if it was made from the fruit… The only passion fruit in it was a few seeds on top of something I don't even know how to name, but it definitely wasn't a mousse. None of that was worse than the attitude of one of the employees; During my dinner, a pair of Brazilians entered the restaurant and one of them asked if the young man spoke Portuguese. He replied, in Italian, that he didn't, but that he understood. Minutes later, the same employee who previously "didn't speak Portuguese" gets into a long conversation with another employee and, miraculously or not, in Portuguese. When I went to pay the bill, he addressed me in Italian and I replied: "You're Brazilian, aren't you?". He answered me in Portuguese, with a forced Italian accent: "I was just born there". My boyfriend (Italian) later told me: his Italian is good, but clearly he's not a native speaker... I definitely wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. This place, despite trying, doesn't represent the Brazil I come from!

08/02/2026: We had lunch at Old Wild West in Nave de Vero and had a great experience. We chose meat dishes, such as the chicken tagliata with salad and potatoes, which turned out to be tasty and well-prepared. Despite the mall being very busy, the service was fast and the staff very friendly. The western atmosphere is always pleasant, and the place is clean and spacious. A guarantee for a quality lunch while shopping in Marghera!

15/02/2026: Good but the meat should have been cooked more and it arrived pink and the water as always hot, they don't have a refrigerator that has been working for several years and it's a shame

15/02/2026: SHAMEFUL experience at Old Wild West. They took our dessert order, and after a 10-minute wait, another waitress came to tell us that the kitchen was closed and therefore the desserts would never arrive. That alone would be enough. Then the worst scene ensued: they told us that the parking lot was closing "in two minutes" to make us rush to our feet, and while they were telling us this, her colleagues behind us even started laughing, a blatant mockery that we didn't immediately understand. Too bad it was an obvious lie, given that the website listed the closing time as well over half an hour later, and that in the other restaurants in the Adige area, people were still happily eating. The result: we were forced to rush down two floors with a stroller and children, under unnecessary pressure, creating a potentially dangerous situation, and treated like a nuisance that needed to be quickly resolved. And to top it all off, at the cash register we found the ice creams that never arrived, but were still included in the bill, which they would have charged us had we not noticed. Total disorganization, lies, zero respect, and zero professionalism. A ruined evening, and the venue should definitely be avoided.
