20/10/2025: We celebrated a special birthday here in a place full of love for us. ​The welcome was excellent: the staff reserved a festive table for us, almost like a wedding, a gesture of great care. ​We chose a pre-arranged menu: very good, plentiful food, and impeccable service. ​The excellent service made the day unforgettable. Highly recommended!

11/04/2026: Strange line to get in. The cashier, unusually Italian and with a mustache, prevaricates with every customer. I pay in cash and he gives me change in 10- and 20-cent coins. There's a line. At the exit, I check and I'm missing 40 cents. If there are 100 customers, he's taking 40 euros a day. The manager should be carrying out checks in plainclothes.

15/02/2026: SHAMEFUL experience at Old Wild West. They took our dessert order, and after a 10-minute wait, another waitress came to tell us that the kitchen was closed and therefore the desserts would never arrive. That alone would be enough. Then the worst scene ensued: they told us that the parking lot was closing "in two minutes" to make us rush to our feet, and while they were telling us this, her colleagues behind us even started laughing, a blatant mockery that we didn't immediately understand. Too bad it was an obvious lie, given that the website listed the closing time as well over half an hour later, and that in the other restaurants in the Adige area, people were still happily eating. The result: we were forced to rush down two floors with a stroller and children, under unnecessary pressure, creating a potentially dangerous situation, and treated like a nuisance that needed to be quickly resolved. And to top it all off, at the cash register we found the ice creams that never arrived, but were still included in the bill, which they would have charged us had we not noticed. Total disorganization, lies, zero respect, and zero professionalism. A ruined evening, and the venue should definitely be avoided.

07/09/2025: I would say discreet like all the restaurants of the same chain. Very kind staff both in reception and at the table service. Fast waiting times.
