03/05/2026: I had an American pizza with fries and sausage, delicious. Except I had to wait over an hour for the food to arrive, which wasn't pleasant. Plus, it was so hot, I almost fainted. Overall, a good place.

14/03/2026: I've been to many pizzerias in Verona, but I have to say that the vegetarian pizza I had today at San Mattia is one of the best ever! With seasonal vegetables! Well done!

10/03/2026: Stunning view, very good pizza, and a picture-perfect location. We hiked up to San Mattia, and it was definitely worth it. The restaurant is located on the Torricelle, in an incredible panoramic position: from the terrace, you can see practically all of Verona lit up, with the Arena in the distance and the surrounding hills. The atmosphere is very pleasant, especially if you manage to snag a table outside with the warm weather just around the corner. One of the best pizzas I've had in Verona lately, nothing like the typical touristy ones in the city center. The service was friendly and attentive despite the restaurant being packed (it was a Saturday night). The waiters were quick and available to offer recommendations. The prices were reasonable for the quality and location: nothing out of the ordinary considering the view and the quality of the ingredients. The only small drawback: parking can be a bit chaotic on weekends if you don't arrive early, but there is free parking nearby. Highly recommended for those looking for a relaxed evening with a breathtaking view and a pizza (or other typical cuisine) that's above average in Verona. We recommend it to anyone passing through Verona! 🌄🍕

21/05/2026: I stayed at this property for work and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms and the furnishings. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is well-stocked and in a quiet corner. The staff is very courteous and welcoming. Plus, the restaurant serves excellent food and drinks. I recommend it!

11/06/2026: After booking, six of us arrived at 8:00 PM. They gave us a table right away and served us promptly. We ate a delicious mixed fried fish dish with grilled vegetables and beer. Reasonable prices and excellent service.

10/06/2026: A typical, traditional restaurant. Personally, I wasn't impressed by the ambiance. I attended a spit-roasted dinner, and the food was definitely good. Ample parking.

02/06/2026: I ordered a rib-eye steak and it had a sour aftertaste. When I called the waitress to have it changed, the chef came to the table and explained that it was the 90-day blending that gave it that flavor. Honestly, I didn't like it at all. So much so that the table next to mine asked me what was wrong with my rib-eye steak because even theirs, out of four they ordered, only one was good. 😅😅 Anyway, I told them to make me a tagliata and that too was of poor quality because it was very sinewy and tough... even the side dishes weren't the best, baked potatoes and eggplant cut too large and raw inside... could it be a coincidence? I don't know, but honestly, I don't recommend it as a restaurant, even considering what I paid...

17/05/2026: It's my first time going to this venue to see a singer. I've never had a tip added to my bill to pay for the show. €21 for 6 people, 2 of whom came just to drink. Kudos to the owner for charging for the event from the guests. So, the venue was packed and the event was paid for by the guests. I find it quite shameful.

26/07/2026: The location is lovely, but the menu is marked by decidedly high prices, no big deal. But when you receive a dish that my wife practically didn't touch (she copied it), and I even explain why I don't like it, and you were kind enough to ask, then don't charge me for it, it's not serious.

25/07/2026: The food was not tasty. The lasagna and pasta bolognese were on the table within 5 minutes, so they were reheated. They had absolutely no flavor. Food is also not served simultaneously. It is a real shame because it is a beautiful place with friendly service.

05/07/2026: Perfect location, very kind staff, perfect food, I could go on like this all day... but one thing that really impressed me was the bathroom, it was VERY CLEAN, smelled nice, etc... (there is sanitizer in the bathroom specifically to sanitize it)

31/05/2026: Good, high-quality food, but honestly, the prices are too high. A cheeseburger cost €19. It was a good burger, but at least it came with fries... but no. There are burger options made with even dry-aged beef at a lower price, with fries included. The service and atmosphere were very good.
