17/05/2025: I definitely won't go back, I've always had a good time in the various old ones, in fact in this shopping center we entered confident of the quality. I'll be honest, the sandwiches and appetizers were good but the service was almost absurd, they pretended not to see me and not to hear me even though I called them from close range. In the end we ordered the dessert, it was supposed to be hot or at least lukewarm, instead it was frozen, for goodness sake it can happen, but at that moment the waitresses completely disappeared, making me understand that they knew about the mistake but they pretended nothing had happened, after 10 interminable minutes I got up myself to show the defect of the dish. Besides, the boy at the cash register was kind, apologizing but please, a good slap on the wrist to the waiting staff because it's a shame to lose customers like that!

09/05/2025: Terrible experience..For some chicken we waited 50 minutes despite the semi-empty place..the guy who served was to say the least "bordering" on rude...BAD to even pass around with rubbish while people are having dinner!!!! Never seen anything like it

02/03/2025: Wonderful rooms, perfect location. The tub in the room was amazing. The only point is the breakfast is poor compared to the rest. Few croissants, egg and beacon but very good. I would happily stay here again!

10/05/2025: Comment on the wedding hall. Very nice location and fairly well kept, with flowered corners and really nice walking areas with really beautiful backgrounds to take photos! Very well organized and kept wedding structure, the outside is a bit neglected in fact it is visibly ruined and dirty, but the inside is exceptional! Excellent for parties and weddings. I gave the bathrooms in this hall a rating of 4: to be completely redone!!! Perfect service in the hall, fast, attentive and very polite, congratulations! Good food quality, rating 6. Overall the place is pleasant and well managed. I recommend at least one visit!!

08/05/2025: We are quite regular customers as we often go to the cinema. When we arrived we asked if we could eat in time, the waitress who served us said maximum 15 minutes and we would have our food, as happened other times. Unfortunately, even though the place was half empty, we couldn't eat because at the end the film was about to start and nothing arrived, so we had to leave. The waitress at the cash desk was also kind, she apologized and didn't make us pay for the drinks but what was truly indefensible and what I found highly irritating was the careless behavior of the waitress with glasses who had served us and given us false expectations about the cooking times, especially since she didn't even apologise, and in the past on other occasions she had served us in a very unprofessional way. It was enough to tell us that the kitchen was proceeding slowly and we would have gone to eat elsewhere without problems, it was better to give up our consumption that time rather than forever give up on customers who come to the restaurant every 2 weeks, because now we certainly won't go back, not as long as that waitress is there, at least.

25/05/2025: Ci siamo fermati per un aperitivo in giardino .. nulla Da dire dell posto e del servizio personale molto gentile e “carino”, poi siamo saliti per la cena … location bella ma le pietanze si lasciano un po’ a “desiderare”… piatto di manzo solo grasso ….:(

02/05/2025: Ho visitato il ristorante in una tranquilla serata di maggio, visto che mi era stato suggerito e non avevo ancora avuto modo di provarlo. Appena entrati ho da subito notato l’atmosfera accogliente del locale, molto curato e ben arredato. Neanche il tempo di sederci, e la cameriera ci chiede cosa volessimo da bere. Noi ovviamente, essendo veneti, non abbiamo potuto esimerci dall’ordinare un calice di bianco e un americano (uno dei piu buoni che abbia mai bevuto). Ordinare è stato abbastanza semplice, nonostante non sia un fan dei menù digitali: un panino e delle crocchette di patate a testa, dato che i panini, seppur costando oltre i 15€, non erano accompagnati dalle classiche patatine, che non sono neppure ordinabili a parte. Tralasciando la mancanza (grave) di contorni, il panino era eccellente e la carne cotta alla perfezione. Anche i contorni erano buoni, nonostante la mancanza di sale. Dopo esserci gustati allegramente il cibo, essendo già pieni siamo passati direttamente al conto… che dire, a quanto pare la mancanza di sale è stata compensata da un conto eccessivamente salato… A mio parere 15 € per un panino e 6 € per 6 crocchette sono adeguati, tuttavia sono rimasto sbigottito una volta venuto a conoscenza dei 10 (e sottolineo 10!) € per un calice di BIANCO FERMO, e 3 per un coperto senza pane. Detto ciò nel complesso è stata una bella esperienza e abbiamo mangiato molto bene, sconsiglio però di ordinare alcolici senza aver prima consultato attentamente la carta dei vini (difatti è stata la cameriera a offrirci l’idea d un aperitivo).

21/04/2025: Ci sono stati serviti funghi fritti e crocchette assolutamente riscaldate e non fatte al momento, pane riscaldato, carne di scarsissima qualità… e tutto questo ad un prezzo non corrispondente alla qualità dei prodotti.

11/03/2025: Mi trovavo a Negrar x un operazione al menisco… mi sono imbattuta in questo ristorante per sbaglio.. non conosco la zona.. e’ stata una bella sorpresa!! Da subito il titolare mi ha fatta sentire a mio agio, molto gentile e professionale. Piatti ottimi e vino super !!! Tant’è che ci sono ritornata alla sera🥳 consigliatissimo!!!!

19/03/2025: Spritz top! Dinner with off-menu "spaghetti alla cenere": literally finger-licking good. A place to return for an informal evening, with friends or family. On Saturdays I heard they do karaoke: great idea for a different evening. Highly recommended!!!
