06/08/2024: When you're tired of pizza and pasta and you want a MEAT break, this is the place to come, it's very good, the wine is excellent and above all served at the right temperature 👍, the staff is really nice. The waitress is great, she takes the time to chat and advise. The atmosphere is a little calm but we came here to treat our taste buds not to party so the contract is fulfilled.

04/08/2024: Very good dinner and very kind staff, we were served with care and speed. The menu has a wide choice and the value for money as well as the portions are excellent! The ribs are really excellent!! Absolutely coming back!

08/08/2024: We go to Old Wild West at the Conca d'Oro bank with great pleasure, the typical environment characterizes this Western restaurant chain, what makes the difference is the attention to the customer, the guys in the room despite the amount of work they are always courteous... an extra star goes to the manager (or person in charge) who is an exquisite, polite person who pays attention to customers!!! The food is excellent and varied, and the promotions TOP!!!

07/07/2024: Attratti dalle belle recensioni abbiamo prenotato. Siamo rimasti incantati dal cameriere che ci ha proposto un assortimento di degustazione dalla pizza al cannolo scomposto. Devo dire che come primo giorno non potevamo fare meglio. Tutto eccezionale. Devo dire che le recensioni parlano chiaro. Un consiglio? Se siete a Trapani fatene da prima tappa. A noi è dispiaciuto non potere esserci stati altri giorni. Fidatevi si mangia divinamente. PS lasciatevi consigliare dal cameriere. Cozze al top😋😋

20/08/2024: We are from Brazil and as we are used to eating great meat, we looked for a restaurant that served cuts we like and found Madreselva! What a great experience we had!!! The food was sensational, all the starters, cuts and side dishes we ordered were excellent!!! And the best of all was the service from the waiter Ricardo (same name as mine!), he was extremely attentive and tried very hard to answer all our questions in Portuguese, English and Spanish! If all the restaurants we visited in Italy had people as attentive and willing to help as Ricardo, it would be the perfect world!!! I just have to thank you a thousand times!!! Thank you, thank you and thank you!

12/08/2024: Super positive experience, from the excellent appetizers, to the meat (we took both fillet and angus) to the delicious desserts, I also found the Argentine beer really pleasant, the friendly and professional service, the environment is pleasant even if it could be improved, the cost higher than the average but not by much. Keep it up!!

18/08/2024: This was our first restaurant in Palermo and what can we say, we are grateful that the waiter saw that we were very hungry after the long journey 😅 and offered us a table. The service was great from start to finish, we felt comfortable and well advised. We went back here the next evening because we knew it was good and everything was good for the price 👍the mussel soup was fresh and delicious, the fried calamari was great. We will definitely come back more often until we fly out again.

18/08/2024: We ate twice at Tritalo, the setting is very nice in a pedestrian street. The cuisine is very good, both in the choice of pinse and the pasta. The staff is friendly, a very good address in the center of Palermo and a safe bet 👍

20/07/2024: Perfect ice cream, the fruit ice creams were icy but the pistachio and straciatella were tasty and good. The staff was not very service-oriented, but it was probably because they didn't know English.

18/07/2024: Excellent gelateria! I recommend their pistachio granite (an Italian slushy). We also ordered the Sicilian pistachio ice cream and tangerine ice cream. They were all delicious! The staff speak English and explain the flavors. It is a must if you are in the town. A small portion costs about 3-4€. You can get two flavors.

14/08/2024: lovely trattoria, really good dishes, nothing to say, good and plentiful, perhaps even a little too much. the only flaw? as it is really good, it is also really expensive, a plate of spaghetti with sea urchins paid a whopping €25, ok the goodness, but it's a bit too much for everyone.

27/08/2024: Perhaps the owner or whoever manages the place (a certain Daniele) does not know that while the starters are being eaten the main courses cannot arrive, forcing the people at the table to gorge themselves in order to immediately finish the starters and have the waiters remove the plates. I understand that in August the places work two shifts... but there were still 50 minutes left until the next shift and there was plenty of time to eat. But you can make a mistake and this can happen to anyone... but when it is pointed out, cause controversy and make customers feel as if they had asked for something absurd (just enjoying the appetizer) by saying that it is normal to do so and that no one will has never complained means either not understanding how to do catering or being so arrogant as to not understand who comes there to spend their money. Let me start by saying that I had booked for 8.30pm and had to leave the table at 9.45pm. We arrived at 8.15pm so as not to have or create problems but we were still treated badly. Not to mention the fact that in the end they also forgot to give the receipt as we had paid in cash and they brought us the change with the pre-account receipt... but even here they got distracted I imagine... in short too many distractions perhaps also due at a young age, I hope with experience and age he understands that he is not doing us a favor by making us eat and that everything in life can change😉

27/08/2024: No customer attention. Despite having asked several times to moderate the cold from the air conditioner placed above our heads, only at the end of dinner did they move the fins and raise the temperature from 21 degrees. Two days of fever and cough. 😮‍💨

25/08/2024: Situato nella parte interna di Mondello quindi fuori dalla bolgia dei turisti, location gradevole e dispone di tavoli anche all’aperto. Non ho gradito l’antipasto con le tartare al tonno ed ai gamberetti come ancor meno gradito i primi con l’arancina ai frutti di mare che risultava abbastanza bruciacchiato all’esterno e comunque nel contesto generale del piatto mi é sembrata invenzione poco azzeccata. Buoni gli altri primi al pesce spada e l’altro ai gamberetti. Frittura di calamari fritti troppo e quindi non entusiasmanti, buona proposta di vini. Prezzi nella media locale e servizio gentile ma non propriamente professionale.
