The service was courteous, and the wait times were reasonable, contributing to an overall pleasant experience. Regarding the food, we had pizzas: the dough was very good, light and fluffy. However, I did notice a small flaw: my vegetarian pizza with baked potatoes was a bit too seasoned with oregano, which masked the flavors of the other ingredients. Overall, I recommend this place for a quiet and tasty evening, with a little extra attention to the amount of toppings.

19/10/2025: I've been coming to this place for years, but I'll never tire of it because, being the brainchild of two young and brilliant minds, there's always something delightfully new to discover! A rich menu with several great options to please everyone. Not to mention the off-menu burgers, which are always a pleasant surprise! Beyond the burgers, you can also enjoy excellent pizza, one that (in my opinion) is unmatched within a radius of several kilometers. Meticulously selected beers, Coca-Cola served strictly in a glass, and many other thoughtful touches that make all the difference! The establishment is comfortable, also boasting a splendid outdoor space. Young but experienced staff; attentive to customer service! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Great work! Keep it up!

21/10/2025: The ambiance is elegant yet minimalist, with excellent service and meticulous attention to detail. I was particularly impressed by the attention to intolerances and allergies, and by the fact that they served several types of warm gluten-free bread. The meat (sliced ​​heifer steak) was good, but I hope to return and try other cuts. The vegetable side dish was generous and tasty. The prices aren't cheap, but I'd say they're adequate for the culinary selection and the staff's expertise.

12/09/2025: A homey place, but with excellent service. The Salento menu is spectacular. Pureed fava beans, octopus, and horse meat terrine, along with cold cuts. This is what we ordered, but if I'd had enough, I would have happily tried other dishes. The only downside is that the outdoor tables are very close to a busy road. If I return to Lecce, I'll happily return and highly recommend it.

26/08/2025: Spectacular meat. Recommended, but only meat. We had the mixed antipasto, and the buffalo mozzarella was nothing special. However, the beef fillet was an experience I haven't had in a long time. 4 stars because we ordered two amaros and they charged us €8. We were hoping it would be free.

11/12/2025: We organized a small banquet for about 20 people at the end of September and couldn't have made a better choice. The dishes were all excellent, always served hot and beautifully presented. The venue is clean, welcoming, and enhanced by a truly splendid garden and veranda. The owner (and his entire staff) were extremely helpful from the first contact: together, we agreed on a custom menu for our guests, and every request was met with great attention. During the event, we were treated wonderfully, with a rare courtesy and attention, in addition to the quality of the service provided. The prices were also a pleasant surprise, absolutely competitive. Highly recommended: a restaurant where you truly feel like special guests.

We ordered a mixed grill as per the menu, along with a bottle of good wine...a bit of a wait, but it was worth it...excellent wine, plenty of grilled meat, so delicious we couldn't eat it all...and to finish, some liqueurs offered by the owner.... Excellent value, highly recommended!!!! See you next time...

07/09/2025: Yesterday, September 6, 2025, we went to Mamba!!! I don't know where to start... absolutely EVERYTHING was positive! The waiters were kind, fast, and attentive... congratulations to everyone. It's not a given that you'll find these qualities. Delicious pizza, exquisite dessert (cheesecake). The wait times... practically zero, we came in at 10:15 PM, and by 10:45 PM the pizza was already on the table. The prices??? Affordable, I'd say excellent. As for the meat... until next time, we'll try it!!! CONGRATULATIONS.

14/09/2025: We arrived in Puglia yesterday and were hungry. Restaurants here naturally open later than in Germany. Calogero opens as early as 7:00 PM, and the reviews were very good. Absolutely right. We can recommend the restaurant without reservation. If you're looking for a sea view, you've obviously come to the wrong place. But the food is excellent. We had Scottish beef tagliata, grilled and fried vegetables, a pizza, wine, water, a sorbet, and espressos. All of the finest quality. The service was extremely attentive and friendly.
