02/02/2024: Ho scelto di cenare in questo locale quasi per caso. Trovato su the fork e prenotato.
Posso dire di aver fatto una buona scelta. Locale accogliente e tutto il personale sorridente simpatico e disponibile. Spiedini vari molto buoni. Solo gli antipasti un po scarsini ma per il resto davvero ottimo locale.

Tagliata perfetta così come le bombette il pollo e la fiorentina cottura a puntino....che dire da ritornare quando prima.

23/03/2024: Hello there were 10 of us, we can't say anything about the service etc etc but about the very exaggerated price €41 per head which anyway we knew that there was a wash said but for the starters x5 7 cheese and pepper from €17 the dish 3 pizzas 3 bottles of wine and the dessert €410 that is, we're joking.

01/04/2024: I went on Easter Monday and considering that they don't accept reservations, the waiting times are quite modest. Not to mention the meat, something spectacular, a fantastic cut. Excellent location, definitely worth repeating.
25/03/2024: Very good restaurant in the center of Cisternino. It is a restaurant with a counter with all its meats, where you choose the one you want.
We ordered a “mix”, and the truth is that in general all the meats were very good, and we were also able to try typical products from the area.
Also, the restaurant was nice and the staff very friendly. And also, very good quality-price.
Totally recommended site.

You can take it away or consume it in the adjoining room equipped like a restaurant. Simple but clean environment. A little patience because everything is expressed. The meat is excellent, the side dishes are equally amazing. Truly unsurpassed baked potatoes and onions.

03/01/2024: Ambiente a dir poco spartano e dozzinale, sala dove si mangiava fredda e maleodorante causa effluvi provenienti dal bagno.
Servizio ai tavoli sufficiente.
Pasqualino, ossia il titolare, in persona prende le ordinazioni e spiega con garbo le varie voci del menù.
Personalmente ho mangiato come antipasto un piatto di polpettine fritte e poi uno spiedo misto.
La qualità della carne così come la cottura sono molto buone.
Prezzi adeguati ma si può pagare solo cash perché il pos è "stranamente" rotto e di scontrino nemmeno l'ombra.
Relativamente al cibo mi sento di consigliarlo ma per quanto riguarda il resto.... lasciamo perdere

05/02/2024: I came across this grill almost by chance but I was pleasantly surprised by more than one detail; the medieval-style environment is very particular and well integrated with the walls of Ostuni. Furthermore, the owner managed to find us a table even though we hadn't booked on a Sunday, which I really appreciated. We took some roast meat and we were also advised to try their homemade chips and it was all delicious!!! . I had a scottona burger and my husband the bombette, everything was cooked to perfection and the waiting times were really short! Very good dessert and coffee and the lady was also really helpful, always smiling and therefore I find myself easily recommending this Braceria
